Rich did a great job fixing a corner lazy susan cabinet that was misaligned. He removed it and installed it correctly. We had an hour left over in the two hour minimum so Rich fixed a few other things I needed to take care of and then he helped me put away my three Christmas trees. I feel we got our moneys worth and Rich was on time and courteous. I felt comfortable with the professional service that Kathy originally started and not having to bother finding a handyman that I wasn’t sure I could trust. I highly recommend ACE HANDYMAN SERVICE and will use them again (wish I knew about them earlier)!

Bud and Ace Handyman are fantastic! I had water coming in my basement window with the heavy rains. It ends up the window was entirely rotted out on the window well side. Bud came out to take a look and was able to find me an off the shelf window in clearance! The next day he installed it, expertly navigating the quirks of a 1962 window installation. Ace did all of this for 1/3 of what a window company quoted me!! Bud is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and they will be top of mind for my next project!

I had Bud from Ace Handyman Svcs install two grab bars in my fiberglass shower surround. He did an excellent job, no issues whatsoever. I also had him change out some 3-way wall switches. Hes been very friendly to our entire family, including our dog who bothers him the entire time for no reason at all. This is my second time using Ace Hardware Handyman service and I will definitely use them for all my needs moving forward! Kathy, who works in the office and handles scheduling, is such a great person to work with. She is very responsive and will work with you to figure out how to fit things into a schedule that works best for you. While I’m sure all the handymen there are great, I would highly recommend that you ask for Bud. He has done all the work at our house and his professionalism, attention to detail and ability to adapt when things don’t work as planned (i.e. the hardware needed to assemble something is incorrect or he needs to custom make shims to get new blinds to fit). Bud is awesome!

Kathy was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Jim K. gave us an estimate and started the project. Jim K. worked with Multi-Skilled Craftsman, Bud L. and Paul, all were here to start work 8:00 am, professional, courteous, patient and answered all questions. Jim explained each day what the next step would be. The communication between the Office and Jim K. was awesome. Once room is completed I will post a photo of room. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.This review is a continuation and final review of our room remodeling project. Jim K. showed up on time and got to work quickly after I showed him all of the issues. I had a short list that my husband either didn’t have time for or was not confident doing. (Stripping & re-caulking in two bathrooms, closing garage attic opening not used after new door was installed years ago, and other misc. things) I thought it was going to be 4 hours, so I booked a half day. It took 3 hours and I was charged for only the hours he was here.Overall a really good experience! I’ll continue to keep a list & use them again!

Matt M. was out today to re-hang an 11 foot long wire closet shelf that had come down after being loaded with more weight than the cheap anchors that the builder had used would support. Matt salvaged all the original hardware and installed heavy-duty mollies into the same holes, eliminating the need to patch the drywall. Excellent repair!

We were having some issues with our back porch, loose boards and some instability. We thought we would need the entire porch replaced. Our handyman, Matt, suggested a power wash and assessment of the integrity of the porch. With just a few repairs and an impending paint job, the porch is as good as new. They could have made a lot more money but instead gave us an honest assessment of what we needed. We will totally work with them again.

They’ve helped us with assorted maintenance as well like a door coming off the hinges, removing a satellite dish, and creating a better water barrier for a shower that was leaking everywhere. We appreciated having someone come out that knew how to knock out a bunch of honey-do projects the right way. Our handyman replaced two faucets and drain assemblies, re-caulked the kids bathroom (tub surround and the side splashes), fixed a busted can-light (we were pleasantly surprised it could be fixed instead of replaced!), and fixed another light/receptacle that wasnt working. Overall, it was a great experience, and well definitely call on ACE Handyman Services again!

Richard Manning is awesome! He was assigned to replace the exterior trim to our garage door, and from the moment that my husband and I met him, we knew that he was the professional we needed to correctly complete the job. During consultation, Richard mindfully took note of my preferences and addressed my concerns down to the color of the caulk! While we didn’t plan this in advance, we asked about the rotted trim to our front door stoop. Richard’s expert answers led us to commission this project too since he was able to do it in the same visit. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of both projects. I should add that Richard is a breath of fresh air. He has a genuine friendly demeanor and had me laughing throughout this entire project. Thank you, Richard and to the Ace Handyman team!

We sent pics of our small bathroom and gave them a list of what needed to be done and what we already had. They sent a quote over and explained their process, and we set up an appointment time. Deanna came out to do our installs and and we were able to rearrange work so she was able to get everything done in less time than estimated. She was courteous and very efficient with everything. Our bathroom came out looking better than we had hoped and it didnt cost us nearly as much as we had thought it would. Well be using them again!

Thanks John.The reason for 4 stars are what I felt were excessive trip charges. Ive worked with contractors in the past that charged for the time expended for initial consultation but if they got the job that amount was credited back to the project costs. In this case, including the initial consultation, there were $300 in trip charges above the time and material charges.

Cut up the old pieces, measured and leveled everything out for the foundation making sure he asked us where we wanted it. He even asked if the cut pieces were small enough. If your considering hiring Ace to do your handyman work, do it! They answer their phone, the person on the other end is a professional who knows the right questions to ask. They utilize current technology to provide excellent communication including text msg and email. Their expert called the night before to verify the appt, ask a few questions. They contacted me 1st thing the day of, and again about 15 min before to verify he was on his way. At the door was a neatly dressed professional ready to go. He completed the job in less time than what was expected, was thorough and cleaned everything up and made sure we were completelt satisfied with the work. Perfectly done. We will call again. PS - we looked for someone for 2 weeks, got a number of referrals. Most of those either didnt return a phone call or, if they did, were booked out for 3 or 4 months! We called and the job was completed the same week. Thank you Ace for being on top of things!

John V. is courteous, knowledable, and fast! He can tackle any home repair and does the job well because hes an experienced tradesman. He also left NO mess behind. I am very fortunate to have found him.

There were initially a few hiccups with some blinds installation, but both customer service and the follow-up from the handyman were excellent. Throughout the whole service, personnel were incredibly courteous and thoughtful. Not everything can be perfect from the get-go, but that kind of integrity goes far. Bud did a terrific job. He arrived when he said that he would. He was very through with the jobs. He reassembled the drop ceiling that fell down and he wouldnt finish until he was satisfied that the light was straight and the ceiling secure. Then he hung new pantry doors in the kitchen. Once again he was not satisfied until the doors were level and the catches were properly installed. He really was concerned with my satisfaction before he left.

Kathy the Office Manager was quick to estimate how long it would take for the job to be completed and a pleasure to speak with. Pricing is reasonable to guarantee a license and bonded company was coming into my home. Matt was the technician, he was on time, very friendly and efficient. My new curtain rods are up and I’m very satisfied with the service. I will used Ace Handyman Services again!
