Nate McVay was amazing when called to my home on a Friday afternoon for a spicket breakage. We still have galvanized piping and I was so worried. He fixed it with being open and honest that it could turn out bad. AMAZINGLY he was able to fix quickly , correctly and affordable. He is very friendly and has great customer service personality. We have used Sunflower Services for years for various plumbing and septic needs. We recently noticed our water bill was higher and wanted some leak checks done. I appreciated the ability to request an appointment online, a prompt response back from the office to confirm the appointment, and great communication before the appointment. Cody and his apprentice did an excellent job communicating about what they found during testing and were very professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Came out earlier than expected and was able to fix it quick. Jaycob was our plumber and did a great job. Finished snaking our line and then stayed to make sure our washing machine wasn’t backing up anymore. Just a great dude, talked with my daughter about what he was doing. Will definitely use again

Very affordable, and honest. Our leak ended up being an easy fix (but we didnt know that). Didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt need like new pipes. (it was a leak from our shower head) We havent had any problems since. They were punctual and came fast and didnt charge an emergency fee.

The two men that helped us today were fantastic! We needed to have a scope ran to figure out a plumbing issue and they definitely did what they were there to do. They were completely professional, gave detailed answers/explanations, and had great attitudes. I had several questions about a variety of things and they knew exactly what they were talking about. I called on 1/27, and had an appointment set up the next day to come look at my issues. I will be highly recommending them to anyone that needs a plumbing service!

I was very happy with the service I got from the Sunflower employees that came to my house! I had to request that they wear a mask due to my health issues. They said that was not a problem and they both put on masks that I gave them! They did a wonderful job and got everything working so much better after they removed a ton of tree roots from the line! They came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any kind of plumbing issues!

First thing off, they return phone calls, they give us a call before arriving. They provide quality workmanship and clean up after the work is completed. I cannot say if they are in line with other services as far as cost goes, because we have no others to compare with. But I am sure if we would have called someone out of Wichita to come out here, it would have cost much more! We highly recommend Sunflower Services! We will continue to use them when needed.

We needed a plumber in the El Dorado area to fix one of our rental properties so I googled and found Sunflower. I am SO happy that I did, they were friendly and easy to work with, they were able to get out the same day and complete the repairs needed. We will be using them in the future for anything plumbing related! Best experience ever!

We used sunflower for two different services. Jesse serviced our septic tank and took the time afterwards to explain to me how the system worked and what things we could do or not do to help get the most life out of our system by taking care of it properly. Larry and Devin replaced a broken grinder pump in our basement bathroom. They, too, took the time to explain the system, what was wrong, and provided options for resolution. They were quick and efficient and had our basement bathroom back in service again in no time. Both teams were prompt, friendly and professional. Well definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a plumbing problem in the bathroom. Forgot the names of the two guys who came out but they did an excellent job and this was the very quickest repair job Ive ever had. They explained what needed to be done and were soon finished. Then they took the time to explain once again and completely demonstrate that it was working correctly. I very much appreciated their courtesy and efficiency!_____________________________________________________________________Pilot light on water heater went out. Tried to re-light but could not get it to stay on. Larry Huebner came out and quickly found the problem - 2 small wires were not connected. Although it didnt take long, I wanted to pay for this, but he said there would be no charge. He also went above & beyond his service by answering about 50 questions I asked!

I had a plumbing issue that had been ongoing for several years. I finally had to do something about it so I called Sunflower Services. They were able to send a technician out quickly. Jett was able to fix my small problems right away, and he diagnosed the major problem. With the info and pictures Jett provided they were able to get me a quote quickly for the big repair. Jett, Larry and Joe worked on cold days, in the rain, and had to crawl under my house in a tight space. They ran into many construction obstacles (issues with how my house was built years ago), but they problem solved and found the best way to get to my problem. And despite the weather conditions, concrete barriers and other obstacles they ran into, they always had a smile on their faces and politely answered my questions, showing me some of the issues they ran into. Such nice guys, who were so careful not to track in mud! The jobs those men deal with on a daily basis are usually gross and disgusting to many of us, but they get right after it! The amount I paid for the hours and working conditions they had was very reasonable. They were prompt with their arrival times, and I also got emails from them with information. Ryan and the others in the office were so polite and helpful. I absolutely recommend Sunflower Services to anyone who needs quality work done by great technicians. Thanks Jett, Joe and Larry .. you guys are awesome!!2nd review .. a few weeks later I had a totally different plumbing issue, so I did not hesitate and immediately called Sunflower again. They came out quickly and got my problem fixed. Robert did a great job .. I hope I dont have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, I will absolutely call them again!!

I had to replace the “thermostatic cartridge” in my shower unit for the second time in six months. Both times Sunflower Services replaced the cartridge within one hour per trip... as good as I could hope for. They also provide very satisfactory servicing of my septic system.

I highly recommend Sunflower Septic. I had a plumbing emergency a few weeks ago that resulted in water from our sewer lines backing up into our bath tub! I had no idea what to do, so I called Jonathan, who got me in touch with Ty. It was 10 degrees outside, with a windchill that made it seem even colder, and they were actually closed due to the weather. When Ty heard about my problem, he was ready to help (on his day off!). He left his warm house, went and got their truck, and was at my place within the hour. He had to try a couple different things until he was able to find the problem, and had a smile on his face the whole time. He was out in the below freezing cold for almost two hours, got it fixed, cleaned up all his stuff, and tried to turn down my tip (dont worry, I hid it in the cab of his truck). Everything is working great now.These guys are top-notch. They have a really down to earth way of doing business that was probably a lot more common 50 years ago than it is today. Way to go, SS.Hopefully I dont have sewage in my bathtub anytime soon, but I will put them on speed dial just in case :)

We were horrified to come home one afternoon to find raw sewage backed up into our basement! We immediately called around and Sunflower was the only one available for the same day. They were quick and professional and went the extra mile to find out the source, cause, and prevention of another burst. Turns out, were oddly connected to a few neighboring houses before the sewer main (house is 100+ years old, so not shocking) and THEIR pipes were already backing up, which forced further pressure onto ours and made the sewage back all the way up to our house (our basement being the lowest point in the chain, gravity was kind enough to spill it there). They went down the entire block checking each point to ensure all was fixed and flowing correctly, and even sprayed our basement clean. Between the emergent situation, nastiness, old pipes, and multi-house issue, they went above and beyond. Id book them for all plumbing needs.
