They reconstructed our deck with composite material and it looks beautiful. If we had any concerns, we talked to them and any concerns were immediately addressed! We are very happy with the look of the deck and believe we have something to enjoy for years to come. The crew was responsive and did an excellent job. Couldnt be happier.

We have rented a house in El Dorado from Engels Property for a year now and would definitely be renewing our lease if we hadn’t purchased a home. We have had zero problems with Engels. It’s easy to fill out maintenance requests or pay rent online (and get email reminders -love that!) and we haven’t had any issues with the house itself. Nick and Tim are great to work with. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. When we first moved in they had been remodeling- the place is gorgeous! They made sure everything was working well at move-in and were prompt in taking care of a few things (like making sure doors shut well after painting and replacing a faucet, etc). They were open to us using our own security system and they even worked with us on our move-in date since we needed in quickly. As a renter, I don’t like unannounced visits or the rental company constantly needing to come into the unit for things each month- Engels has been great! I haven’t had that issue with them. They come in quickly when you need maintenance but otherwise won’t bother you. I’ve dealt with other rental companies before and Engels is honestly wonderful. Thank you for providing great housing opportunities for the El Dorado community!!

Engels Property Management is a great company to work with, they are extremely friendly and very punctual. They have helped me out numerous times and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensue that my tenants are well taken care of!I have even used them at my own home to repair sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and for painting.They are very knowledgeable and professional, they are my first call for all of my property maintenance needs.

Nick, Monica and the entire team at Engels Property Management make up a top-notch, World-Class organization. My experience renting a Leon, KS property through Engels Property Management has been stress-free and enjoyable. They have always been professional and timely with my inquiries and have been extremely helpful with recommendations concerning local businesses and using their website. Required maintenance (changing out cathedral ceiling light bulbs that I could not reach) was prompt and professional. If youre going to rent in Butler County, KS, I sincerely recommend calling Engels first - youll be happy you did!

Their crew is always diligent in their repairs! Not to mention friendly! They always work with our schedules and let us know when they are coming! I’ve loved renting through them! Their forest park apartments are wonderfully priced and maintained! They are great!

The day before yesterday we arrived home to a mild yuck smell. Overnight the smell got worse and by yesterday it was unbearable. So much so we slept at my parents house. A creature of some kind got under the house and died which of course was the source of the awful stink. As one can imagine 90+ degree heat didnt help. I dont know about you but getting into a crawl space to remove a rotting animal is not in my wheelhouse nor do I desire for it to be. Thank goodness for Engels Home Solutions! I called, they knew what to do, and the issue is resolved.Theyre a five star small business that Im so grateful for! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tim, Nick and especially Monica where so lovely when finding the house I’m currently In. We just had a major plumbing issue and they are always fast to come and help the problem. The whole staff is very kind and always willing to help with any problem. I would highly recommend renting from Engles!

I have been extremely pleased with the way in which they manage my property. I am living overseas and cant imagine having a property without their assistance.
