    Called this morning, 12/23/24 about my home upstairs toilet back up and they sent Zac Greenfield and another Zac out within a couple of hours. They wore booties on upstairs carpet because they are neat & meticulous. Cobabe employees display high integrity and honesty to get the job done.     After returning from an 11 day trip we found our water heater was leaking. It was only 18 months old and had been installed by Cobabe Brothers. My husband called first thing on Monday morning and they sent Zack out within 20 minutes! After evaluating the problem and trying to repair, it still leaked and he determined it was a manufacturing defect. Cobabe Brothers replaced the water heater at no charge to us. They are a customer service oriented company who responds quickly and treats their customers fairly. We will continue to use Cobabe Brothers Plumbing in the future when we have a problem and highly recommend them our friends and family and anyone reading this review.     While preparing for a new refrigerator delivery, we discovered our gate valve had failed and the water supply was cut off from our house. We were grateful that Cobabe Brothers was able to get Hunter to our home in an hour(!) and after diagnosing the problem, he returned with a replacement ball valve and went right to work. It was a hot day, in a tough location and it wasn’t an easy job, but Hunter worked hard, kept us informed and was courteous and professional the entire time.

    I’ve been using the Cobabe Brothers Plumbing Service for approximately 5 years now for my older home. Hunter is a part of this well oiled machine team. Hunter is very knowledgeable in his trade and really puts you at ease with explaining everything ensuring the customer understands what the problem is and how it can be resolved. He is tenacious with difficult clogs and I’ve had two of them. Todays visit was a big one requiring the camera etc., problem solved. Plus the whole Cobabe Brothers team is more often than not, available to the customer(s). I unequivocally recommend COBABE BROTHERS PLUMBING SERVICE. They really “care” for the customers and stay in excellent communication when needed.

    We had a problem with dirty water coming up from the shower and the bath tub not draining. Israle was professional, quickly identified the issue, provide a reasonable quote to resolve. He repaired the issue quickly and everything is working as expected. We highly recommend him and Cobabe Brothers Plumbing. We will be contacting them again when we remodel our kitchen and build our outdoor kitchen next year.

    This was a last minute needed fix on a Friday afternoon the start of Labor Day weekend. Zac was there waiting when I got home and quickly was able to find the leak, we opted for a temporary fix right now, the permanent is going to be expensive and they me consuming. But within the hour, the fix was in place, the water is back on and a fail safe put in place in case someone forgets they’re not supposed to use that shower.They were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend others do too

    Backyard landscape drain backed up over recent rain downpour; Hunter & Palmer ran a cable down the entire line to clear it of debris, flushed it out; realized there was still some obstruction than ran a scope to determine the cause, and get a visual of the condition of drain. Multiple issues were confirmed: a section of the drainage tube was installed at a slight incline, tree root obstruction, and a couple of spots where the drainage tube was bowed (belly) where water and debris accumulated. They cleared the drainage, but maintenance will have to be ongoing unless fixed. We discussed the scope of repair; it would entail removal/replacement. Hunter and Palmer were personable, professional, very thorough, and efficient.
