Woolsey Construction is a wonderful family owned and operated business. Seth and his Team built my husbands 2000sq ft dream garage. Everyone from the architect to the demolition crew, frame builders, concrete company, electrician, plumbers and painters, were all friendly and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for a beautifully crafted design for an area of your home, this is the Family to call! Thank you Luke, Leah and Family!

My wife and I had Woolsey Construction add a second floor to our home and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result! They added two large bedrooms and a full bath and from start to finish, our project manager, Seth Woolsey, kept us up to date on the progress of our build. The construction crew from the framers to the painters were top notch and the quality of their work is unsurpassed in home remodeling and construction. In our opinion, Woolsey Construction is the absolute best in San Diego. They turned our vision into reality and did so on time and within our budget.

Not all contractors/builders are equal! Have utilized a good number of high quality contractors/builders over the years and without question, the Woolsey team, top to bottom and from initial conversations through project sign off, are the best of the best. Completed the construction for the installation of a 4 stop elevator in a 140 year old home. Project started on time, completed as agreed and at the estimated budget...and unless you knew there was an elevator installed, you would NEVER be able to tell as the completed project mirrors the original home. Every step of the way the communication was perfect. For us, we greatly appreciated having the same team show up religiously every day on time and ready to work and always paid attention to the small details such as cleaning up everyday before leaving the job site. 100% recommend and would/will definitely use them again.

We suffered a sewage back up caused by another construction company and Mistakingly called Woolsey. Even though it was not his problem he sprang into action and contacted the engineer from the responsible company. If he hadnt taken the time, our flood would have been much worse and would have affected more of our neighborhood. I absolutely recommend Woolsey. They are good humans.

Clear communication, excellent workmanship, and the years of experience are what sets Woolsey Construction apart.If youve tried building in California, you know how hard it is to find good contractors. We have a few additional renovations to do in the future and were definitely going to work with them again.
