McMillin made a long, expensive, complex project feel SO easy and affordable. Their entire team really earned our trust by providing transparency into pricing and options, communicating proactively (before we even had to ask for updates!), and ensuring our entire HOA understood what was happening at each stage - and why. Im so glad we worked with them for SB 326 compliance. Their team went above and beyond at each possible opportunity (thank you Cesar and Pat!) and kept us in the loop. We evaluated so many contractors for this particular project and McMillin was the clear winner. Excellent customer service and quality work. Thank you!

What a fantastic company to work with. Patrick Sr. came to our home and gave us an estimate to rebuild our balcony. A couple of weeks later his team arrived with all of the supplies and finished the work in just a few days. Wonderful people to work with from the father and son who run the company to the crew that tackled our balcony project. We couldnt be happier with the results. The balcony is safe, to code and they did a really nice job painting it for us too. Thank you guys!! Hopefully, we will see you soon for the next project.

McMillin has worked with my company for the past 2+ years on several large scale exterior remodel projects (stucco repair, metal handrails and custom metal work, painting, concrete repair/replacement, lighting, etc.), as well many large scope interior apartment remodels (full kitchen replacements, skim coats, plumbing repairs/replacements, electrical, etc). McMillin delivers consistently quality work with attention to detail and craftsmanship. They provide us with a schedule outlining the different phases of the project and deliver on their timelines. Moreover, Patrick, Patrick, Michael and their crews are genuinely good people who are enjoyable to work with, very honest and committed to pursuing excellence in their work.

McMillin Contracting did a great job for us in removing an unsightly trellis and backfilling and unused spa, turning the area into a nice, open space that looks great now. The lead for the job, Mike, was very good to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to get the job done. We are very happy with the work and will certainly go back to McMillin again in the future.

I called McMillin Contracting to take a look at some problem light fixtures and switches I had in the garage, they took one look at it and knew exactly what to do. They even noticed extra wiring that was not needed but was a electrical safety hazard which could have been a problem in the future. Our condo was completely remodeled by McMillin Contracting Services and it turned out amazing! They were completely on time with their scheduling and getting the job done in a timely manner. The kitchen got all new countertops, cabinets, and all new laminate flooring through out the entire house. They updated the bathrooms with new countertops and refinished the showers/bathtubs. To top it off they gave the entire place an amazing new look by updating the walls with new paint. We are overly satisfied with the professionalism and craftsmanship from the entire McMillin team.
