    Once getting the all clear to start the project to stabilize the foundation of our home, Davids crew at Ram Jack was quick and efficient in their work. Our project was completed in two and a half weeks with over 20 stabilizing piles installed against the foundation. Larry, our rep who helped us get the project under contract, was communicative and quick to respond when we or the crew had questions. Cassaundra in accounting was also helpful and timely in helping us get the payments in. Overall a great team to work with! The concrete team covered up the spots in a few hours today and we are ready to move onto our next project!

    I had a crack in the footing of my house. Larry came out and put a repair plan together for me. Ray showed up that Saturday morning at 7am and worked hard till 1pm grinding down the crack, inserting pressurized epoxy with steel rods, then grinding it down to smooth out the wall. These guys are fantastic! I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific. They are doers, professional and really care about the job and the customer.

    Don Schroeder of RamJack assured me that the work waterproofing the subterranean basement walls would be done with care and a tenacity of purpose and he was Right. The waterproofing compounds were injected 6 feet deep and slowed down the water coming into my basement. The drilled holes were vented over and the work was done quickly and well. The injected foam seemed to seal the voids and the holes were filled and sanded. Very pleased with the work from RamJack.

    Ram Jack did a great job for us! We interviewed many different contractors before hiring for this job and they were, by far, the most professional company we dealt with for this project. They handled every aspect of the job, including permitting and soil analysis. They kept us in the loop with any changes, a major point with us. In conclusion, the work seems to be very high quality.     I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific.We had Don visit to determine if we have an issue with our foundation. We just might have an issue due to a tree root problem, but luckily we can wait and see as the root decays and the house settles back.It is always such a relief working with an honest company and a super professional team of experts that will diagnose a problem and not gouge you when work is needed...or in this case possibly delayed or avoided altogether.You always expect to spend additional time seeking second opinions, comparing costs, etc. No one has time for that. No one has time for dishonesty. What I have time for is Ram Jack Pacific...all day!

    Ram Jacks team is excellent! I find them through google search and I feel so lucky to decide work with them. They did excellent work and able to squeeze my small project to my time window. They complete the job with high quality. The technician also answers my questions not at the project area, with patient explanations. Their price is very completive.I also like the way they fix the issue. Its a fundamental repair with knock out the cracking concrete and make new concrete slab. Other than other company that I consulted, they do amend by inject adhesive and coating with supporting outside layer.I dont know what I can do to thank Ram Jack more, just write a public review to express my thanks！

    Ram Jack is fantastic! I called about a foundation issue and they came out the next day with a free consultation and clearly told me what the process would be. They measured the floors and inspected the foundation and found a crack. They were able to fix it in less than a week. Every step of the way was professional, speedy, a good value compare to others. They will be my go to for anything house related in the future.

    Had Ram Jack out in May 21 to give estimate on a cracked slab in my home. The first guy out explained what NEEDED to be done to fix the crack and HOW the work would be completed. He checked with the office, gave me a date and time for the work to be started and so it began. Im very pleased with how it turned out. I had the carpet removed and flooring installed and you cant tell where the crack was. Great work by a great group of guys (and the first guy out showed up and worked his tail off), not sure if this is normal.Big Thank you to Ram Jack

    I sincerely can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this company, the professionalism and cordial demeanor of the representative truly made this rating what it is!I hired Ram Jack for a foundation inspection, on a home in escrow, and it saved my family from potentially taking on 40k in foundation repairs. Don S. worked around my busy schedule to setup an appointment, on a short timeline, then while inspecting the property took the time to educate my wife and I on all the major issues. After the inspection Don made himself available several times throughout the week to answer follow-on questions.I would recommend this company to anyone and be prepared to have your expectations not only met, but exceeded!

    Ram Jack service is amazing! The representative, Kyle, came out to our home and defined our problem - AND it was not as terrible as we had thought. No charge. Rarely will you find a company willing to invest their own dime to secure great clients and reviews. They sure got one with us!!! Great Christmas gift on our end. The prompt attention and clear explanation on their part went above and beyond. I would recommend them without hesitation!!! And... WILL utilize their services down the road, as well as pass their name along to anyone that needs these services.

    Don came out to do an initial inspection of our home, and boy was he a wealth of knowledge. We had noticed a few signs of foundation issues, and decided we should get a professional to take a look at things instead of worrying. He came out, addressed our concerns and found the root cause of many of the issues wed noticed, and they werent foundation! He pointed out some areas of the landscaping we should address, and took measurements of all the interior floors as baseline. He suggested we monitor the situation and not take any foundation action at this point. Should we see anything new develop, we will 100% give him a call back and utilize their services. Don clearly knows what he is talking about, and is reasonable in his recommendations which I fully appreciate. Thank you!

    We decided to go with Ram Jack when our foundation was in need of restoration. Initially speaking with and having a consult with Kyle, the GM, who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and put our minds at ease because this was going to be a big job. They started work Monday morning early, the team outside, with preparation for the installation of the helical piles. They worked fast and efficiently. When Tuesday came around they started working on the inside fixes. By Wednesday afternoon they had finished both shoring up the house on the outside and grinding/ repairing all the cracks on the inside. The whole team was competent and efficient. Special shout out to Andrew the site manager, and Jack the grinder and Crack repair guy. Both were obviously good at their jobs and made us feel like we could trust them with our home. We are happy with this service and although we hope never to have any more foundation problems, we would recommend them to anyone. True professionals.

    We are under contract for a house that had a few small visible cracks in the flooring. Larry came out, inspected the slab, was very knowledge and explained everything to us as he was doing it. I would %100 call RamJack again if I or anyone else is in the same situation. The level of service we received exceeded my expectations and very happy we called.

    I was concerned about cracking in the ceiling of my home and called Ram Jack to check out my house for settling issues. Kyle Zauss thoroughly inspected my house, spending at least an hour on his review. I was thrilled to have him tell me my house was fine. There was a minor low spot in one area of the house but not enough to warrant any repairs. He recorded all his measurements of my house and said he would keep my house in his records in case I ever wanted them to come back at a later date to re-check the house.I was so happy there was nothing structurally wrong with my house. Kyle was great about explaining what he found concerning the overall condition of my 30 year old house. My experience with Ram Jack could not have been better!

    I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific. Kyle Zauss came out to inspect some cracking on the patio and foundation of our house. He was very thorough and professional and explained everything very well. I was very thankful to hear there were no issues found and I felt like our best interests were in mind. Kyle documented the inspection and offered to come out if we had any other concerns. It was also very easy to set up a meeting and communicate with them.     I want to share with those in San Diego who might be considering some foundation work on their homes my recent experience with Ram Jack. Kyle, the general manager — not a salesman — came out, on-time, to check out what I thought might be a settling problem with my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with an easy manner, and he explained how he would be measuring my house to determine what was going on. He patiently answered all my questions in a thorough manner. He told me at the beginning that my options would probably fall within one of three categories: 1.) the problem might not require his company’s services, 2.) the problem would require his company’s services, or 3.) let’s wait and see any further developments to determine a remedial path at a later time. After 2-and-a-half hours of measuring the different levels from different places inside, outside, and in the crawlspace of my home, Kyle determined it was an ash tree’s roots that were pushing the corner of the house up and causing some symptoms, but there was no settling, meaning I was an Option 1. I’ll be looking for a tree-removal firm soon. I believe, from my experience, I can honestly say San Diegans can feel they are in good, honest, hands with Ram Jack. Thanks, Kyle, for your honest professionalism!

    Our company called Ram Jack when we discovered that a corner of a 10-unit apartment building we manage was sinking. From start to finish, everyone we communicated with at the company was extremely professional and responsive. They diagnosed the problem and presented a very clear solution for a fair price. They were very accommodating to our timeline when scheduling the work and when the time came to lift and stabilize the building, and perform the slab repairs, they did so in a very professional and efficient manner, constantly staying in communication with us about their progress and raising any concerns with us immediately. Ram Jack went above and beyond for us and we will certainly be calling them for any foundation issues we have in the future.

    I am so glad I found Ram Jack to diagnose and fix my slab crack. From initial call, to Larry coming out to evaluate the issue, to the manager who scheduled the work, to the guys (Jack being one of them) who came out to do the repair, the total experience was one of professionalism and care. On care: I have white couches and I noted that the repair guy was careful to not have his extension cord rub up again it. I dont think he noticed me noticing that sort of consideration, but it was appreciated. Anyone needing Ram Jacks services is not in a happy place (I can attest to my sorrow at having to demolition part of my bathroom with splitting grout lines along tiles). But, if you have a slab crack like I did, you cant be in better hands. And their pricing is very fair.

    Like many 2 story apartment buildings in San Diego built in the 1960s, my building evidenced settlement. Having owned the building for a very long time, I had dreaded the thought of the long, inconvenient and disruptive process of excavating under one entire length of my building and installing a new continuous grade beam footing. Im glad I found Ram Jack Pacific who was doing another project near me. From our first meeting they conducted a very high degree of technical capability, conducting a levelness survey in less than a couple hours. They graphically mapped their analysis to show where piles were needed. Ram Jack recommended point support piles at 6 centers at portions of my foundation to underpin where settlement occurred. Ram Jack installed push piles to resistance at 22 locations in just 8 days (Six days of pile work, two days of back-fill and concrete patch). Ram Jack minimized to a very great extent, lengthy delays that others would have created in traditional repair process of installing a new grade beam. The crew was highly skilled, respectful of my property, very considerate and very experienced. They demonstrated extensive training and culture disciplines driven down from the Ram Jack corporation.

    Great company. Larry took his time going over everything with me and took his time getting all the numbers he needed to see what’s going on with the foundation. He recommended to just monitor it because everything was within tolerance. Any other company would of wanted to take your money. But this company was very honest.     Called RamJack to examine my slab. We had ceiling cracks and other clues. We engaged them to remediate our slab settling.They were very professional thru the entire process. They patiently answered all out questions. workers showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly all day long. We had 14 piles set around our foundation.The cleanup was exceptional. Workers, especially Israel, Jose and Tony were very helpful with little requests along the way. They were conscious of our plants and saved many of them that might just as easily have been destroyed.They also remediated our deck in the back yard what was also experiencing some movement.

    Such a pleasure to deal with an upstanding, honest contractor. We had had multiple concerns with our foundation. Kyle Zauss from Ram Jack Pacific came out for a free inspection and after thoroughly measuring the floor and inspecting under the house explained that the foundation was fine. No need to spend any money. Their competing Companys initial response to my call was to offer to send a man out for $75.00 to view the issues. After I insisted on at least having a conversation first to describe what I perceived to be the issues they eventually asked if the house was a custom or a track home. Oh we dont do custom homes was the next response. Huh? That would have been good to know up front. Stick with honest quality companies - Ram Jack Pacific.

    Mr. Kyle came out and was super professional. He worked around times and adjusted to a time that would workout for me. He called the day before to confirm times as well as explain a little of what he’d be doing. Once he arrived he was very polite and easy to talk to. He went about his measurements and was very thorough. He made sure to answer all my questions and really knew what he was talking about. He reassured me that my house was save and in good standings. He didn’t try to push anything or sell me anything. He even gave me some amazing suggestions to help and keep my foundation safe. Lastly he suggested I give him another call in about 10 years or if I felt there was any shifts.

    I recently got my foundation repaired (20 piers/lift) by Ram Jack. The project started very nicely but we ran into some issue/miscommunications which ended up costing a little more money due to an unexpected damage BUT I talk to Scott and Scott came to my house to investigate/inspect to see what went wrong and took care of the part that was damage during construction.To me, nothing is more important then someone honoring their word and Scott just did that. I highly recommend Ram Jack. Except for the little glitch, the work was done in an extremely professional manner. Easy 5 star. Thank you Scott!

    We were experiencing a few settling issues in our new to us 1950s house and the home inspector originally told us we should get the foundation inspected further as there was significant water in the crawlspace.We knew there were some drainage issues that we have been addressing for the last few months so we figured better call an expert to look at the foundation and tell us what needs to be fixed. We were also concerned about some off center posts and small cracks in the concrete the home inspector showed us.We scheduled an appointment and Kyle showed up right on time. He explained the process and said hed need about an hour to take some measurements, use a level to see if there was any sinking, and to go underneath the house to check the crawlspace. He mentioned that hed provide an honest assessment when he was done.To our astonishment, once Kyle was done, he said there were no real concerns to note, so our house was provided a clean bill of foundation health! He even explained how the terrain we live on has helped keep the house very level since its not on a clay bed.Kyle was true to his word. Class act that is harder to find these days. I highly recommend them, not just because we didnt have to pay anything, but because they are honest!

    My home’s raised floor was sinking in one part of the house to the point that a door was jammed shut and I was unable to open it. I had multiple companies come and try to find a cause and a fix. Ram Jack came and fully inspected my foundation, found the cause of the sinking, and came up with a solution that solved the problem. That was the most important part, to properly analyze the problem and come up with a solution. I had companies blame my fireplace as the cause up to telling me it was my addition pulling the rest of the house down; and bids just as ridiculous. In some cases those reasons may be true, but not in mine. Ram Jack saved me a lot of money and needless time wasted on unnecessary work. A very honest and professional company that I would not at all hesitation to recommend to anyone.
