My husband and I were very pleased with the service and result of our room addition contracted through LZ Construction. We decided to add a 20’ by 20’ room to the back of our house and after discussing the project with several contractors, we decided to move forward with Larry Zolezzi’s company (LZ Construction). Besides the bid being in line with our budget, Larry and the project manager Richard explained the process in detail and answered all of our concerns in a timely fashion and to our complete satisfaction. The crew was courteous, punctual, and efficient seeming to always go above and beyond the level of satisfaction. All the tasks they performed were done to a level equivalent to what they would have done to their own home. In summary, all of the work met or exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is to be highly commended and we would not hesitate to use or recommend the services of LZ Construction. We would be happy to show the construction or speak as a reference if desired.

Larry Zoletti called me and spent time discussing housing projects that could be done even before I owned the property! He also generously gave estimates via email that seem to be quite accurate and in a timely manner as house buying can be very stress while it is a sellers market.
