Great customer service! I rented a pressure washer and I am so happy with the way my driveway looks!!! It was my first time pressure washing and Fred gave me a personal tutorial on how to use and hook up everything I needed to get the job done. I highly recommend this shop for any rental needs. Picks up the phone within three rings, had the equipment in peak working condition. Took the time to go over the equipment in detail to make sure we were comfortable with the 34 TOWABLE PERSONNEL BOOM LIFT. Gave us a great price. Fred and Shane run a very professional shop, with well maintained equipment. Its clear they take pride in there work. Thanks guys.

I rented a small excavator to do some trenching on a job I have. I am new to the area and this was my first rental here and I chose to try them. The price they gave me was good and the delivery guy did a great job explaining the various controls of the machine to make sure I knew how to safely operate it, taking the time to double check and for me to try it out first before leaving. I ended up with some damage from a root on a tree snapping and coming back to break a hydraulic line. They responded immediately and worked it out with me to have the machine longer as it required a special fitting that was not immediately available. They did not charge me extra or for the fix of the broken line which was definitely my fault, although I had purchased the insurance when renting it (highly suggested by me!). Fred was the gentleman I dealt with there and I noted that all of the equipment they rent out is gone over carefully when returned and made ready for the next renter. They had a nice variety of equipment to rent at good rates. My experience with them is very positive, and Ive now rented other items from them with similar good experience. I recommend them.

I had the absolute pleasure of using this business in the last few weeks as we took the plunge and decided to DIY our back concrete pager project. The experience was made a lot easier by the help we received from the guys at grand rental station as we needed to rent a jack hammer and tamper to complete the project. The advice and help picking the right tools for the job was invaluable, the tools themselves were in excellent condition and worked with no issues. Fred is a credit to all those excellent small businesses out there and should be always supported over the big boys.

Had trouble with our Dewalt chain saw with the chain slipping. Fred Jr. ordered a new chain, put it on, cleaned up saw and gave me a tutorial on how to properly use. Thank you Fred. Your store rental items are so clean and organized. You guys are great. We WILL be back for whatever needs we may need in the future.

Great experience! Rented diamond concrete grinder and demolition hammer. My first time removing years old carpet adhesive from porch and tile from large kitchen area. Friendly and lots of great advice. Fred is a gem!

I had to redo all my hardwood floors in my house built in 1960. I went to this Rental Store not having a clue what to do. Fred went through every single detail and rented me the machines I needed to complete my job. My hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is great. 😊

I rented the John Deere tractor to brush hog my 2 lots in Samsula. They deliver the equipment to me super fast, and they were all extremely nice. Plus the equipment ran perfect, better than expected. This rental company is a great place to rent from I highly recommend them!

I rented a 34-foot hydraulic lift (aka cherry picker) and the price was $40 less per day than the other rental yard just down the road, the equipment was in like new condition and worked flawlessly, whereas the other rental yards lift was not as well kept, at least cosmetically. Fred Connell and his mechanic were both very kind and courteous in all my dealings with them. When I called GRS to request extra days rental, which Fred kindly agreed to, he also asked how the chainsaw I rented was working for me, and offered to do any maintenance on it if needed, but it also worked flawlessly so there was no need. These folks act like they want your business, and they keep their equipment very well maintained and in like new condition, keeping items freshly painted as well as mechanically functional. I will definitely rent from here in the future.

Started to power wash my patio today and my power washer wouldn’t stay running ...after two try’s it wouldn’t start ..I had already removed everything off the patio , I took the power washer to grand rental .I was able to rent a power washer while he fixed mine and was able finish the job I started and now I have a clean patio ❤️ I highly recommend Grand rental station ..

Absolutely amazing service from all Involved from office staff answering phones to the deliver driver. And to the mechanics who came to fix an issue with a broken track.which ended up ending my day early but they happily offered to refund my money for the time or give me a credit. I rent a couple pieces of equipment from this place a few times a month due to running a professional tree service. And every time I am satisfied with this business. Yes the prices may be a little high on a few things but some things are lower priced compared to the other guys. Now there is one thing you will never have to question with these guys and that’s the quality of each piece of equipment they have. They are always clean and serviced and charged if need be. Everything runs smooth. The main guy Fred is friendly and professional and it keeps me returning with a smile on my face. If you need to rent any kind of equipment this IS the place to go.

Ive rented equipment from Grand station rental several times through the last two years,the owner mr. Fred is a very honest person and very helpful on making sure you get the right equipment you need for the job youre doing when you explain to him what your trying to do. Mr Fred even had me rent a different less expensive piece of equipment to complete the job I was doing after I explained to him what I was attempting to do.Very honest and theycertainly go out of their way to please their customer.I would highly recommend Grand station rental for anything you may need to rent bysimply explaining what youre doing to mr.
