    I highly recommend Tigers. Dustin is a super nice guy and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I have a 23 years old AC package system in my condo. It had very low efficiency and couldnt cool down my apartment in warm and humid days. I was told that I have to replace it. Dustin did the inspection and repaired the unit and now it is working perfectly. he helped me save lots of money and time.Here is some updates after 4 years:I recommended Tiger Plumbing to one of my neighbors and this (attached photo) is the note she put on my door a few days ago.     Last evening I was struggling with a sump pump problem. As rain was forecasted I was in a bit of a panic. I had diagnosed the problem as the float switch, the sump would not shut off. I called Tiger Plumbing as they were listed by the sump manufacturer as a parts supplier. Dustin picked up as it was after hours.Dustin could have turned the call into an emergency run for significant $$$. He listened to my diagnosis, asked a few questions, and offered some sage advice. I am pretty handy and had planned to fix the unit myself. Following his advice I went back to the sump and ultimately fixed the issue. The rain came and the sump was pumping.I appreciate Dustin’s ability to listen, and his honesty about a couple of approaches I could take to possibly fix the problem. Should I need plumbing or HVAC help in the future I will give Dustin and Tiger Plumbing a call. Thank you, Dustin.

    Hands down this is the best heating and air conditioning company i have ever used! They are timely, honest and fair priced. One year my heater went out on Christmas Eve!After calling companies all over town. I called Tiger Heating and the owner of Tiger Plumbing and Heating was on call so his employees could celebrate Christmas. Heagreed to come to my house and repair my heater at midnight!! After that Tiger Plumbing and Heating became my go to forall heating and air-conditioning! I dont write reviews but they really deserve one!

    Ive used Tiger Plumbing twice now and couldnt be happier with the service. Both times, they were quick to get me on the schedule and the dispatchers were great to deal with. Stefan was the tech that came to my house for both service calls and he is the absolute best. Both of these were my fault (trying to DIY and needed a little help with some related issues), and Stefan was amazing and gave me some great advice, all while quickly solving my problem. Ive got their number saved in my phone and wont be considering any other provider should any issues arise in the future!

    Had Jared out for routine maintenance on my furnace at the suggestion of a family member. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, even giving our humidifier a thorough cleaning even though it was not part of regular furnace maintenance. I appreciated how transparent he was - he noticed a slight issue with the way our dryer vent had been installed by a different Tiger technician, and he pointed it out and coordinated a fix for it no questions asked.Stefan was the tech that came to help fix the dryer issue, and he did an excellent job as well. Again, on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He also took the time to answer some questions I had about my options for replacing my water heater and drew up some quotes for me.Overall I’ve had great experiences with Tiger - I have recommended them to several family members and friends, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

    We’ve used Tiger for several times for plumbing issues and they are fantastic. Each time we were able to get a service call scheduled within 24 hours- one was within 2 hours.     I had a great experience with Tiger Plumbing, Heating & Air. The owner responded during blizzard conditions to perform an emergency repair of the sump pump in my home when it failed, in addition to the backup battery. I contacted Tiger around 10PM on a Friday night and he was at my home in less than an hour. They have subsequently replaced the pump/backup and the technician who came to my home was very professional. He explained the new system and cleaned the area when done. Fair pricing as well.

    I contacted Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air today after a few frustration filled days dealing with my Home Warranty Company reps and their contractors and an even more frustrating morning dealing with the same. My AC hadnt been working for 5 days and the temps were in the high 80s with 90s heat index. The inside of the house, even with fans running and windows open, hovered around 88 degrees and with 4 kids and furry cat, was a miserable experience for all.By the time Dustin at Tiger answer my call I was hot, frustrated, and at my wits end. I asked if there was any chance they could get someone out to assist me today and explained I just couldnt continue working with the warranty company. Dustin was extremely empathetic and understanding. He advised that he could get someone out today and walked me through the scheduling. To say I was relieved to have someone coming out is an understatement.Dustin himself arrived at my home within my service window, walked through the home and outside unit while listening to my explanation of what happened. He then explained the process for troubleshooting, got my consent and got to work. 35 minutes later, my vents were blowing cold air into my home. I could have hugged him!!! He explained what he believed is causing the issue and answer all of my questions regarding next steps I should take to keep my home and family comfortable, and myself sane. He spent more time answering questions and listening patiently to me prattle on than he needed to fix the problem.I am so very grateful for Dustin and Tiger Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They have truly saved the day, my week, my sanity! I highly recommend this business and my furry cat, now residing on top of the air vent, recommends them too!

    We hired Jared with Tiger to diagnose an issue with our heating system and had such a great experience that we signed on for their reasonably priced annual furnace/AC tune-up service (VIP membership). We were happy to have him come again for the furnace tune-up where he was again very knowledgeable and helpful, letting us know our options without being too pushy. We look forward to having him come back for the A/C tune up in the spring and will be recommending Tiger to our friends!

    My journey to find a nearby and good plumber began with an appliance stores recommendation to call Tiger. The worker showed up on time and ready to roar! His job was to unplug the drain leading from the washer/hose connection. Twice, the washer had completely emptied full loads of water onto the floor. The worker returned with a larger auger. In short order, the washer was working with no nasty, plugged drain issues. All of the staff whom I met over the phone; including plumber, call center, and owner were professional, personable, and respectful. I would definitely recommend others to Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air.

    I called Tiger to take a look at a broken garbage disposal, scheduling was super easy and very well executed, they had a technician (Stefan) come out the very next day. Stefan was on-time, super professional, and not only explained what he was doing every step of the way, he walked me through other things to keep an eye on in the house and how best to handle any emergency issues (like a pipe bursting in the winter). Tiger came highly recommended because they are so knowledgeable and take time to help their customers understand how to take care of their homes so they can avoid emergencies. Im really impressed.

    Tiger was awesome! had a slow leak from a Saddle valve the previous owner of my home installed. I wanted the valve & entire pipe the valve the pipe was attached to removed because of the leak. I called after hours expecting to get a message service. But a LIVE person picked up @ Tiger, and spent over 10 mins answering my questions and helping me use their online booking tool (I didnt know they had one) was able to book the service call for the next day. My plumber Carlo was on time, and extremely knowledgeable and replaced the pipe quickly. I have used Tiger at my previous home for a water heater install and they were great then. I was very satisfied by my service today and will recommend Tiger to anyone that needs a plumber

    Our furnace went out Christmas day. I called Tiger and Dustin was very helpful and was able to confirm an appt. for the next day. Jared arrived within the window, beginning of window. He listened to what had happened and what the Center Point energy tech had said he found(just a center point tech., no repair tech.). He did a thorough inspection. He then explained what he thought was the issue and what the costs would be. We decided, he went back to the shop to pick up the part, and was back to complete the repair. We are so thankful that he was able to complete the repair same day. He said if he was not able to, he could recommend a really good space heater. Thank you Jared and Dustin!!!

    We had water damage from a burst pipe in our basement. I called Tiger because I saw the excellent reviews. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Stefan was out the very next day. Located the burst pipe and fixed it all in one day. I even had him fix a back flow preventer for my irrigation. Stefan was awesome!!! He deserves a raise because I honestly have not had any other experience with a building tradesman that was better. Top notch service. Call these guys with any needs you may have with your home.

    Tiger has the best service I’ve ever experienced! I called after hours looking for a specific sump pump battery and Dustin (the owner) answered from home. He was going to meet me at the store so I could get it that night, but there ended up still being an employee there that was able to help me. When I was checking out, I told him I didn’t know what I was doing and that my husband was out of town so he offered to have somebody come out next day to help hook it up to make sure there were no issues. Both Dustin and this employee (I didn’t catch his name) were so helpful and took away all of my stresses of potential flooding with a storm in the forecast this weekend. I will be coming back for any plumbing, heating and air needs!

    Our pipe burst during the -30 temperatures of 2019.     When Zach said he was on the way to do the semi annual check on our furnace and AC, it reminded me of all the great dealings Ive had with Tiger over the years. I started purchasing parts from them when they were still operating out of their house and remembered the super service I received when it was time to replace our heating and AC. They did a great job on our installation and the follow-up service has been nothing less than ideal. All questions are answered whether with the tech or office personnel. My wife and I are totally happy with Tiger at every step.

    We have been long term customers of Tiger (about 18 years) when they installed our current furnace and water heater. The water heater finally died yesterday, Tiger sent out a two man crew to evaluate the situation. They couldnt have been nicer and more helpful giving us options. They were also able to get a new water heater delivered later in the afternoon and installed it same day. In all of our years of dealing with Tiger they have been nothing but professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get quality work done.

    A few weeks ago, when we were having 80+ degree days, our AC went out.That same day, Tiger was able to get us cooling and at a VERY inexpensive price.There staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and you could tell that they genuinely care..They explained everything to us in detail and at no time made us feel pressured to buyanything additional. They did mention there VIP maintenance plan (which is a great deal), but again, they were never pushy. I was so pleased I even asked for business cards to hand out to some of my senior friends.     Excellent experience with Tiger for what I initially assumed to be a fairly routine repair/installation. After moving into my new home, my water heater failed to ignite after numerous attempts. Additionally, I need to have new faucets and a toilet installed in my upstairs bathroom. It turned out that my water heater had to be completely replaced. The faucets also presented some issues, as the plumbing assembly was extremely corroded. The technician was able to order a brand new water heater and have it delivered and installed the same day. He dealt with multiple unexpected issues with my previous plumbing that may have been from the original home build. Everything was handled expertly and with care, and he made sure to explain each step of the process. It took more than 8 hours, and the price was very reasonable. Dont hesitate to reach out to these guys!

I was able to get ahold of Tiger Plumbing and they promptly got back to me and were to my house within two hours on a Saturday night! That’s amazing!     Our furnace stopped working at 9PM on a Friday evening, with the temperature dropping well below zero. We called Dustin at Tiger, and he was at our house within an hour. He didnt have the part to repair our furnace, but he was able to restart it manually, so that it could run through an eight-hour cycle. When that cycle ran out and the furnace stopped again the next day, he came by to manually restart it, so that we stayed warm until the part finally arrived for the repair. He didnt even charge us for the second visit! We were very impressed with Tigers responsiveness and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Furnace went out last night dropping temp in house with below zero degrees outside. I searched companies and found Tiger, they answered the phone right away around 11:30 pm and had Zack the technician out to our house by 12:05 am. Zack explained in detail what was not working and preventive measures moving forward. Tiger is a great find I will partner with for all heating, ac and plumbing needs.     Plumbing Issue, Requiring Freeze Kit. Flawless Fix.#(Added Addition) Tiger found a secondary leak on the citys water meter after job was done. Had trouble getting the city to replace it so Tigers Derek went out, got a new one and installed for it at no extra charge.Dustin and Derek did an amazing job. Managed to do a freeze and replace on a pipe and valve which was leaking. This was not an easy job requiring care for the water meter, little room to work with and close to the wall.I was extremely pleased at the quick response from Tiger both to get an appointment and the service itself.

    We had been gone for a while and came home to find no heat and an indoor temperature of 55 degrees. I called for a service call on Thursday and their technician was there early Friday morning. He trouble shot the furnace and found a flaky main circuit board. It didnt make sense to put significant money into my 19 year old furnace. Steve stopped out to show me my options. We ordered a new furnace and A/C. (The old A/C had been tripping the circuit breaker.) They were able to squeeze me in on Monday morning since we only intermittent heat. A full crew came over and worked until 7:30 Monday evening to get us up and running. We could not be more happy with TIger Plumbing Heating & Air and will call them again if we ever need anything. Their crew went above and beyond and performed a great (and difficult) installation. I highly recommend them!

    We had a problem getting service on our air conditioner from CenterPoint on our service plus plan because they said they dont do that service until May 1. I was astonished at taht and in a real bind due to family with allergies. I was recommended to call Tiger and did so. Dustin (the owner) came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call and felt bad about the way Id been treated by CenterPoint, who didnt seem to care too much about our problem.     These guys are great. Gas fireplace died when another plumbing company was working on the gas lines in the house. Zach from Tiger came out that day. $59 to check which is cheap these days. Our gas fireplace is no longer made so he was honest about the parts it needed and wasn’t sure they were still available. He said he’d try and figure it out. Called yesterday and he actually did find the parts it needed and they are on their way. We were looking at $5k plus to replace this one (we just moved in in July and home warranty doesn’t cover gas fireplaces) so we’ll get to keep our existing one and it’ll be as good as new. Very responsive. Shiva’s a hoot.

    Last Tuesday I woke up with no heat in the house. I went downstairs to our utility room and found the furnace was trying but just couldnt catch. I went online looking at Lennox dealers near me and Tiger stood out as having the best reviews. I immediately called them and the woman answering the phone was very nice and assured me that she could get a repair person there around 4 oclock. I was concerned since the temperatures were below 0 at it was already feeling cold in the house. To my surprise and relief, Zachary texted to me that he was on his way around 2 oclock. He was excellent. Explained to me what he was checking out and when he found the problem explained why the furnace acted the way it did. He had to go back to the shop and get the correct part but he was back and had the furnace running around 4 oclock. It was a great experience and Tiger will be the company I call for future plumbing and heating needs. Great job.

    One of the hottest days of the year and the A/C went down. Seemed to be a problem with the drain hose, the attachment to the drain hose from the pan in the furnace. The Tiger people showed up and found a way to fix the problem including fixing a drain coupler/elbow joint thing that had bad threads.     These guys are top rate!! I did a huge remodel job and tried to do as much myself as possible, but when I realized my limitations I reached out to a couple of places. Sean was my main plumber and he was great. He worked long hours and always was available to answer all my questions no matter how dumb they probably were!!
