    My HVAC went out on Thanksgiving, and BWS had a tech onsite right after I called them even with the holiday.We knew our HVAC was going to need replacing, and BWS did a great job walking us through our options and not being pushy.     I had a wonderful experience having my furnace and a/c replaced with BWS! Katie was my first point of contact and she was amazing with scheduling, and finalizing the payment at the end. The initial technician Austin, came out and explained everything very thoroughly. He was forthcoming and honest in his feedback and recommendations. I didnā€™t feel like Austin was trying to sell me something I didnā€™t need. I learned so much about hvac, and I owe it all to Austin.The install was seamless, and Luke and another gentleman (I forget the other guys name) were very nice and respectful of my home and family. After the install, Luke took the time to walk me through my new thermostat features. It was an amazing experience and I can honestly say I felt I was treated like family. BWS also 100% honors their apples to apples price match guarantee. I highly recommend, and will utilize their services in the future.

Three estimates were delivered to give me a variety of options to fix a hole in ductwork with thorough explanations and assistance at helping me decide.     Have used BWS for two different projects. Most recently, our furnace died (which caused our A/C to stop running). BWS was out same day to inspect it and Austin provided a quote for repair and replacement options. I got a second opinion and quote from a competitor and BWSs quote was less money for a higher quality unit (and the competitor agreed with what the problem was). Then BWS sent Cory and Luke out for an install the very next day. Not only did they arrive on time (even a little early), they finished ahead of schedule and left the utility room looking better than they found it.Previously, Matt Johns from BWS did a great job with our tub/shower repair. He fixed a dripping tub spout and replaced the supply lines and all the hardware for the shower head, tub spout and handle. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional, and did great work.Would definitely recommend BWS to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor or plumber.

    Would definitely recommend BWS plumbing they were recommended to us by a trusted family member and they were definitely right on. We needed to replace our furnace and ac unit. Matt Weber came to the house and was very thorough with his recommendations. He was open and honest about our options didnā€™t pressure us to choose the most expensive option. Mattā€™s integrity was on display as we had three separate companies out to give us bids and never disparaged the other companies, just told us the facts about his products. Even when we voiced concerns about another companies sales tactics he never said a bad word about them although Iā€™m sure he wanted to, as he was disappointed to hear that a peer would try those tactics. The installation went smooth, we have a small house and tight spot to install the furnace, their crew was great and efficient. There was an issue with a little damage to our patio from the AC install, however the most important thing is that they made it right immediately without a fight or any additional issues. We didnā€™t need to negotiate, they owned the mistake and never tried to get out of their responsibility. Luke their service manager was great throughout the process. I find that kind of integrity with a company to unfortunately be rare these days.

    Noah did an awesome job finding and fixing our pinhole leak! It was a complicated job because the leak was in a very hard to reach area blocked by cement, brick, and ductwork on multiple sides. But he explained the issue thoroughly, offered options on how to approach the wall demo needed, gave us clear expectations, and seemed genuinely excited to figure it out and solve the problem as efficiently as possible!     My 10 year old water heater was leaking so I called BWS. This wasnt an emergency, since it was just a trickle running down my floor drain. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and had me setup for replacement the next day.My tech, Mike, was a joy to work with - hes the main driver for me taking the time to write this review. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, an patient with my questions. He exuded love for his job/craft.     Luke & Katie at BWS are absolutely fantastic and deserve 10 stars, it has been a great experience with both of them! The team overall is kind and takes time to provide the best outcomes for their customers.BWS did initially miscalculate the furnace size I would need for my home, and it took me following up quite a bit to solve the issues and get properly sized equipment but they made it right. I recommend comparing some estimates and sizing recommendations from multiple companies and ensuring theyre doing proper measurements vs eyeballing square footage. Also consider how a new system will work with your duct work. BWS is knowledgable here but I felt that I was leading on bringing up these questions ane considerations.

    Steven did a great job walking me through problems, helping me understand the severity/urgency and giving options to get things fixed. He also listened to what I wanted done and worked with me on pricing. The hot water heater, softner, and various smaller fixes are all working great. They were installed efficiently and on time with fair pricing (including easy 12 month 0% interest financing options).An additional note for Ladies - as a woman you donā€™t always get respect when working with install and repair people. I have never had that problem with anyone at BWS and they have done several major and minor repairs for us in the 3 years weā€™ve owned our home. My partner is often home when BWS has been here but I handle the repairs and none of the people I have worked with have even made an attempt to talk to him instead of me. Itā€™s great!

    We really appreciated Brandons level of service for our A/C. We had previously used Sabre and were disappointed with the rude/unresponsive staff. Brandon took the time to explain everything even though our call was after hours.We would rather pay a little bit more and support a family owned business that provides quality service.     Itā€™s the middle of a big cold snap and our furnace goes out. (Insert panic) I call all around and am met with no answers, long waits or terrifying prospect of ā€œemergency rates wherein services are billed at 3x.ā€ Then I spoke to Kevin. Kevin started the call different then all others by giving me all the things to check quick for myself- ice build up - etc. He didnā€™t want to just send a mechanic- he wanted to truly see if he fastest way to get the heat on be that a mechanic or knocking ice off the exterior pipe. He had a professional ready to come out. I will be going to BWS for my future needs. Iā€™d give 6/5 stars if I could. I felt that they truly cared that my kids sleep in warm beds.

    Iā€™ve been a ā€˜Comfort Clubā€™ member for years now with BWS to service my rental townhouses in St. Louis Park. They are unique in that they have excellent customer service - they answer the phone right away with someone who is friendly and knowledgeable. Their end to end communication is exceptional ā€“ no one is better. A text arrives letting you know ahead of time when theyā€™re coming, they do their work that they are well trained to do, are professional and good communicators. After the inspections, the HVAC or plumbing professional calls with an update and recommendation. They usually email images of the equipment or issues and will provide a quote if they believe equipment needs replacing.Iā€™ve had them install two complete HVAC systems in my properties.

    I had BWS out to take a look at my sump pump and I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. The plumber was nice and arrived in a timely manner. However, when it came to my sump pump inspection, all he did was look up the model number, tell me their company doesnt remove sealed lids on sump pumps connected to a radon machines since theyd have to re-seal it, and then finally offered to install a new on for almost S1,700! I literally paid $50 for someone to look up serial numbers! If thats all I wanted, I couldve did that myself! If the company doesnt inspect sealed sump pumps they should tell you that when you call to schedule an appointment! Its literally just caulk on the lid! It was not only a waste of my time, but also my money! I highly dont recommend them.Edit: The company reached out to me via phone and agreed to come back out. When they did so, Mike was extremely professional and thorough! They examined my sump pump, gave me options, and provided me with a lot of information so that I knew how my sump pump worked. I was very pleased with the visit! I would definitely use them again! A company that stands by their work and rectifies any issues is definitely one to stand behind! Ran into a misdiagnosed issue that they couldnā€™t fix, so called BWS and had an immediate response that was above and beyond, kind, and professional. Pauline in the office was quick to jump in and help with getting Brandon, the service progressional, to our house who knew the answer in less than 5 minutes. The answer warranted a call to the HVAC Install pro, Matt, who was at our house in 30 minutes and had us quotes and an install scheduled within 90 minutes of BWS arriving at all, all while communicating everything to both my wife and I on speaker phone calls while I was traveling.     I had Derek from BWS do a whole house plumbing inspection (we had a house fire and the company that rebuilt the plumbing and heating system had serious flaws which were corrected by BWS), water heater flush and check the drain tile system for blockage that was below surface. He also showed me how my water softener worked as the contractor who installed it did not do that and we were kind of clueless. We discussed replacing sump pump as ours is very old. He did his best in getting me up to speed about his steps to resolving my issue. In the end the issue had to be turned over the building but the technician did a great job in coordination between myself, building maintenance staff, and other residents to resolve what he could.     I found Kevin to be very pleasant efficient professional and hardworking. He completely checked out the furnace and then explained everything to me in detail and wrote it up.     BWS spells ā€œHappy Homeā€ for sure! Shane was friendly, professional and definitely knew his stuff! Maple Grove water is notorious for its minerals and bad taste and smell! BWS took care of it all, and we are so excited to have great tasting and smelling water! Reverse osmosis and whole house water filtration system is the way to go Maple Grove!! Thanks Shane and BWS for making our home happy!!

    My husband and I moved into our new home at the end of June and were shocked to find that the AC in the master bedroom wasnt working properly. I was 8.5 months pregnant at the time and we have had several 90 degree days this past month.The unit was old and BWS recommended we replace it to increase efficiency and airflow. It helped, but it wasnt a total fix. They were committed to fixing the problem for us and came out as many times as it took to get it fixed. It turns out the duct work was never completed properly and they needed to use a scope and even tear out some of the basement ceiling to fix the issue. We finally have a cool master bedroom. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, hard-working and willing to come out at anytime. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They are fantastic. Luke did a great job for us. This was a very tough issue to pinpoint, but he found and it fixed it!

    Even in the middle of all these hot days, when they must be just slammed with other customers AC problems, Mike (my technician) arrived on time, and quickly evaluated my AC system. He was very friendly, and very professional, and was happy to explain everything he was checking. I will absolutely use BWS again.

He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous & took the time to explain ALL details / functions of new furnace and thermostat installed. Outside air conditioner too. I so appreciated his expertise and also enjoyed his experience of various Music groups / venues. A fantastic day of installation and welcomed reprieve of WARM conditions to COOL & comfortable in my home.

    I have American Home Shield warranty and was assigned BWS for my toilet problems. They sent me a photo of the rep on my case before he came over so that I would know I was letting the right person into my house. I found that very considerate as I am a female who lives alone. My service rep was Fred and he was excellent -- he showed me what was wrong with each of my toilets (one was running intermittently and one was burping when flushed) and explained clearly. He fixed everything efficiently and was extremely professional. I highly recommend

    My tech was Ryan and he was fantastic. Talked me through what he was going to check, what my options were for fixes, and did all the communications with my home warranty company. My warranty company assigned BWS to me, but I would happily use them on my own. Great work, great service.

    I had BWS out for a tune up on my furnace and boy am I glad I did it while it was still fairly warm out. They found a crack in the heat exchanger, which meant it wasnt safe to run. The service technician, Nick, used his camera to show me the crack and explained to me in terms I could understand what my next steps would need to be. Their salesman, Kevin, got me the quote for the new equipment and I was on the schedule for their first available appointment all in a very timely manner. Luke, the installer, was at my home on time for his appointment and the workmanship was beyond compare. They now have a customer for life.

    Sam was awesome. He serviced my mini split correctly and he was very knowledgeable. After getting quotes from three other places, BWS was the best value, but I also believe they are the most honest. I would definitely use them again.
