    Brian and Lo responded very quickly and same day that i called. They were able to unclog my kitchen sink drain on the spot!     I appreciate Brian educating me on some aspects of my concern. I felt a bit of pressure from Robert to purchase his product of replacing my main line pipe, which would have been $7500. This is not a small purchase and was made to seem like it would be no big deal to dig 10 ft deep and replace a main pipe for this large amount. Otherwise, Brian was helpful in trying to suggest and ask about lining the pipe which would have been an alternative but perhaps not permanent solution. Overall, my experience with Brian was positive, my one less star is a reflection of my overall experience which included Robert’s role of the doing a camera for my main pipe and his suggestions.

I was expecting to need my kitchen line snaked for a clog, but they were quick to determine otherwise.They were more than fair, and I felt I was probably liable for a bigger service charge.     Simple and easy process. I had an issue with my sink that I couldn’t fix. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. David, our technician arrived around the estimated time frame that I was given and was able to unclog my kitchen drain within the hour!

    We returned from a Thanksgiving trip to find the kitchen drains plugged. The weather had turned cold while we were gone, and we suspected grease in the pipes had hardened. After gallons of boiling water down the drain, good workouts with a plunger and using a powerful shop vac, no luck. Called the nearest plumber, one weve used many times, and were told by a low-functioning call-taker no plumbers were available, not that day or the next, or any days in the near future. She couldnt recommend another plumber. Thats life these days.Called Roto-Rooter and they had someone here in half-an-hour. Big problem. The blockage was 60-feet out in the pipe. Just when I was thinking I was going to have to dig up the pipe, after three-hours hard work, Lo broke up the plug. We were only charged the flat fee -- not for the extra hours -- which was less then many plumbers get for one hour. Applause for Lo and Roto-Rooter.

    The floor drain in my basement was backing up with foul smelling sludge. My house is almost 70 years old so this was bound to happen at some point. My first and only call was to Roto Rooter. Brian and his trainee arrived within an hour of my call. They were very professional and explained everything throughout the process. Pricing and possible additional costs were discussed prior to any work being done. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Brian did an excellent job of educating me on what causes this type of drain clogging and what I can do to help prevent it in the future. I was very pleased with this service and will definitely call Roto Rooter for any future issues. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that I won’t have to call any time soon.

    We had a clogged sink that also was leaking. Called around & Roto Rooter could be here in 30 minutes. The drainage techs looked at the problem and said Id likely need a plumbers for the leak along with them unclogging the line. It was not cheap, but needed to be done & there was a coupon that saved me some money. So they unclogged the sink and, luckily, that seemed to fix both the drainage AND the leak, so the plumber wasnt needed. Lucky! Overall, was fast, the techs were clear & told me all I needed to and they got the job done fast.

    Friendly guy came out to fix garbage disposal. Only annoyance was the advertisement of a discount with donating to food shelf. Ad claimed $75 off service with donation, I filled a bag for him to take with, and the plumber said the discount was “already accounted for” in the pricing. But it was $200 for his work before and after I mentioned the donation and offer. Just felt like misadvertisement. Now that I know how to fix a disposal I’ll never call a plumber again! What a rip off for $200 to just twist a knob 🤦🏻‍♀️

    We realized that we were having a problem with water from our kitchen sink backing up into our downstairs bathroom’s sink. And, when it was happening, the water was over flowing the sink and going everywhere. We called Roto-Rooter, and they had someone out to us within an hour even though it was late afternoon. Our plumber was congenial, efficient, hard working, and insightful. He had the problem fixed within an hour, and everything is working (and flowing) well once again. The flat rate was extremely fair, and our plumber made extra sure that he had cleaned out the blockage, going at least 10 extra feet into the pipes. I cannot recommend Roto-Rooter highly enough!

    I loved that they are 24/7. My main sewer line backed up while doing a load of laundry. With a newborn baby I wasn’t going to last without running the water or doing the laundry. I called another company first and they weren’t going to be able to come out until morning and charged just to show up and give a quote. Roto-rooter was able to come within an hour and didn’t charge just for showing up. I’m sure travel is built into their pricing but it felt nicer to be able to walk away if I wasn’t comfortable with the quote.
