Will came out very late at night to take care of our mainline backup. He tried looking for our clean out, but he could not find one. I told him i didnt know if there is one or not. Besides great effort on his part. He was not able to unclog the line. He was trying his best till a litte after 2:30am. He thought it was best to have Todd come out first thing in the morning and i agreed with him. He is very good at what he does. I would highly recommend him.

Our Service man was very nice and knowledgeable. Our kitchen drain clogs on the Labor Day weekend and rotor rooter was the only place I could get to come out. They did not make their window of appointment time, but called ahead of the end of the appointment time to tell us they were sorry and they would be there as soon as they could kept us in the loop. We really appreciated that. All in all we received excellent service.

Technician John was very professional and was first rate. No issues there - once he arrived two hours later than initial time promised. (Not his fault, I am sure.) The four-star rating was not due to anything technician John did - he was 5 star all the way. At least I was texted a couple of times letting me know the tech was running behind schedule. While the cost for all that John did along with what is still promised, was not wholly unreasonable, the estimate for additional cleanup (which I, my son and son-in-law did) was not what I would consider anywhere close to reasonable. A dirty, messy, job? Absolutely! But, just because homeowners insurance might cover such costs does not make it right.

They did an exceptional job and right when I needed it. Since I tried to do it myself by hand, I had an appreciation of what is involved. They gave a clear explanation of what happened and repeated the treatment three times to avoid future problems. This is what experience and a commitment to continuous improvement does for a company.

I had a kitchen drain blockage. I have a manual eel and tried several times to break through it, unsuccessfully. Jeff from Roto Rooter also had difficulty but was successful in opening the line. This was on a Sunday morning and I felt the service charge was appropriate for the time spent.

Service was great, both the Technician’s did a great job explaining what they had found and the process for the clean out. 5 stars to them both, they were very knowledgeable.However, when it comes to dispatch not so much. Very poor on communication with the customer, I received one text the evening the service was supposed to have happened, I called twice for a follow-up had I not called them I wouldn’t have know what was going on. The dispatch told me at 9pm that they were still coming out. Didn’t happen, I received a text the next morning to let me know that their people would be there.

Will was an excellent technician. He made time to meet my schedule, did a thorough evaluation of my situation, and di more than what we had originally expected because of the age of my house. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and everything he did do. My situation was not an easy fix but with a lot of patients, Will got the job done. I appreciate everything he did and was happy that he was able to assist me. I would highly recommend this company.

Sorry I couldnt give the good value, they are a bit pricy. But, you get what you pay for here. Ron was here five minutes early and cleaned the roots from our main drain to the street in less than an hour. Ron has many years of experience and it showed. He could tell by the feel and the sound of the machine he was on the problem. Its very satisfying to watch a true professional at work.ASK FOR RON!A manager came out as Ron was leaving. Brandon came and ran a camera down the pipe, (free) and showed me what kind of problems I have. He offered a number of solutions - no hard sell.A very professional company with good people. Will always call them for my plumbing needs.

It was a night I was alone and my toilet wouldn’t flush. Not only did I try all of the google tips but called family and friends who knew more than me. After exhaustive attempts I knew a professional needed to come out. I was questioned well about what was and wasn’t going on, given clear ideas of timing, and communication was great. When Jeff came out, he assessed the situation well, explained things clearly, gave me options and listened, and did what he said he would do. He also said if it didn’t work, I wouldn’t be charged which was a relief because I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t work. Jeff also explained a few other bathroom/ plumbing things for me which I found very helpful. While he was here, Jeff was courteous, careful, respectful, and prompt. I would prefer that the toilet didn’t have problems in the first place, yet given that it did, Roto Rooter and Jeff were great choices leading to a toilet that’s functional and a night that’s no longer stressful over the one toilet not working.

Fantastic experience in a time of torture. Our main line out of the house became broken as it exits the house from settling. After a little one noted a clog and got a lecture for too much toilet paper, we noted all drains backing up. Called Roto-Rooter and they arrived shortly after, found the issue and have us scheduled for full repair tomorrow. I can update afterwards but so far, the service from Ron and Michael has been stellar. Great people helping all of us through a not so fun time. And I also apologized for blaming the little one and her toilet paper use, dad fail!

He even suggested to have a manager come out to have my main line looked at with the camera. Coty Combs the service technician and what I believe was his trainer(I forgot his name) was very professional but down to earth and real. Coty did a very thorough job taking time to ensure every options was checked out eliminating possible sources until the main issues was found, fixed or repaired. Great communication in assurance I knew what the problem was and steps needed go address the situation. His instructor/trainer really knew what he was doing. They was both courteous, friendly, professional, thorough, informative and dedicated to make sure source was found and addressed appropriately and honestly I a timely manner leaving no room for error or reassessment. They knew exactly what they was doing. No doubt Coty is an excellent technician with a very experienced trainer/ partner passing down excellent knowledge and experience.
