We have to use Crowell pretty regularly due to roots getting into our main sewer line. Theyve always been great but I want to give them a special shout out today for coming out during a level 2 snow emergency to clear our line again. Our system getting backed up during this winter storm was extraordinarily crappy timing but Crowell showed up within a couple hours and got us up and running again. Appreciate them!

I have a very old, much remodeled home with a mixture of plumbing. When the water heater started to fail I stopped in at Crowells, talked to them and arranged a replacement. They arrived exactly on schedule, got the job done right and I am very happy with the quality of the work. They are always pleasant to do business with and are very good with advice and discussing options.

We couldnt be more pleased with the job done Crowell Plumbing Eaton, Ohio. We called them after three no shows from Mike Hudsons Septic Tank Cleaning. Crowell Plumbing came out same day. They finished our Septic Tank Cleaning in less than an hour. Their workers were very professional, courteous and honest. They charged exactly what they said they would charge. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service assistance. Finally, a company who demonstrates true customer service! Thank you!!

We had Crowell Plumbing clean our septic tank and I can honestly say the gentleman who cleaned it did a fantastic job. Previously when someone cleaned the tank they only dug up one lid and cleaned it. We had three lids and didnt know it . The techs inspected tank and baffles and cleaned it very well. Great job!

Crowell plumbing and it’s staff are wonderful and pleasant people that are willing and have always gone the extra mile to ensure that our plumbing issues at our home and businesses are always handled in a prompt and professional manner. I called at 8am in a panic for a commercial job and not one but two tecnicans showed up and stayed several hours and diagnosed what several other companies couldn’t. I’m greateful for the small companies like Crowell that continue to make Eaton what it is. If you ever have plumbing issues don’t waste time shopping around call Crowell plumbing and get the service u desire and deserve.Thanks guys,John

MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! Doug went above and beyond today to make sure my mom would have hot water in her home by end of day today!! She has been without hot water for three weeks because of her home warranty company and the plumbing company thru the home warranty company!!!! Words cannot truly express how appreciative I am of Doug coming out so quickly and making sure she was taken care of!! AWESOME JOB!!!
