Henry and his team were excellent to work with from day one. I had a complicated renovation of my kitchen that I needed to have done. My cathedral ceiling needed to be structurally repaired and then finished. Also needed light fixtures and ceiling fan replaced. In addition to Sure Fix I had three other contractors give me an estimate. Before I had any of the contractors come in I worked up an estimate on my own ( I am familiar with estimating as I do this at work frequently). Henrys estimate was right in line with what I thought it should cost, while two other contractors offered prices that were significantly higher and way out of line. The third contractor never even bothered to show up for the estimate.The Sure Fix crew was great. On time every day. Cleaned up every day. At the end of every day they reviewed the days work with me and made sure I was happy. We had to make some changes on the fly and the crew didnt miss a beat and maintained the schedule.The work turned out great. Were thrilled with the look. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Kudos to the crew....Tony, Emilio, Eli, Steve. Great job guys.

I like to say that (Henry) the owner of Sure Fix. This guy knows remodeling.He has been in business for over 25 years. He is caring & compassionate about his customers. He gives you excellent ideas for any renovation/remodeling project. No fancy long sales presentation like some other contractors. Im a DIY type of guy so we went to Home Depot & Lowesthe prices were crazy just for entry level kitchen cabinets. This was our first ever hired kitchen remodeling company. So I was skeptical. To my surprise the work started on time & finished ! Sure Fix,s one stop shop for everything was less than me doing the kitchen renovation myself. Henrys products are great and have a warranty from his distributor. Our new kitchen remodel came out excellent. My family & friends were very impressed.I provided before & after pictures so due your diligence go get other estimates. I guarantee you will pick Sure Fix. Also Sure Fixs contract is no frills simply to read & understand. Sure Fix recently remodeled our kitchen. We were extremely happy with the work they did. They kept us informed daily as to what would be happening the next day. All the workers were very good and cleaned up after themselves, except for one. We would recommend this company.

From the moment we met Mike and he asked us about our project, I was confident we found the right company for our job. When Henry came out to our house to discuss the addition of an inlaw suite, he listened to what was important to my mom for her new space and then gave her just what she asked for. At every step, we worked with wonderful people who listened to our needs, did beautiful work, and answered every question. The final project exceeded our expectations! Upon much deliberation and research prior to doing a kitchen remodel, I had interviewed 4 contractors prior to meeting with Henry of Sure Fix.This company, in my opinion, checks off all the boxes. The work they do is top notch, the price is reasonable, and the workers are polite and respectful. This is a professionally run business and it shows throughout the organization. Every person I interacted with treated me with respect. I will be sure to utilize Henry and his workers for all future projects. I currently have a patio project in process and they have been nothing short of fantastic to work with. 5 stars earned are 5 stars well deserved! I have to say Henry was probably one of the best contractors Ive ever worked with. Not only did he answer every call and question I had, but his suggestions were great and helpful. The work his guys did was beautifully done and the time in which they completed it couldnt have been any quicker! I had my Kitchen redone (painted the cabinets, new countertops, new backsplash), a wall opened up and rerouted air duct vents to accommodate what I wanted, and a new accent wall. His workers were clean and respectful of my home and belongings. They were fast and thorough with attention to detail. I highly recommend Henry and his company if you are looking to get work done by professionals. I felt comfortable leaving Henry and his workers alone to get the job done and they certainly didnt disappoint...thank you again.

In May 2024 our living room ceiling came down due to a leak from the AC. We contacted Sure-Fix on a recommendation from a friend. Henry came out and gave us a price to repair it. It was an insurance claim so we only had to pay the deductible. The work was good but the cleanup could have been better. We talked to them about it and they gave us a credit on our next job which was replacing our old patio door. In the end of September they came to do the install. Upon removing the old door they saw some rotted wood and fixed that to. We didn’t realize that would be so expensive considering the area was 6ft long and 4-5 inches wide. They asked for an $550 which we gladly paid. We just wanted a new door that would work properly. We noticed that the door latch would not lock so the key didn’t work from the outside like it was supposed to. The only way to lock the door was by using the security latch. We contacted them about the problem and they called back once to say they were coming to fix it. Unfortunately I was at work that day so they had no access to our house. I called to reschedule this about six times and they never returned my call. After telling them how upset I was they finally came out more than a month later . They did get the lock corrected. Dave the installer called to say he could be there soon. Thankfully my wife was working from home that day and he was able to get into the house and fixed the lock. It now works properly and we’re happy about that. All in all we would use them again for future repairs. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t such a pain to get the kinks worked out.

Henry and his team were great to work with. Everything was done correctly, quickly, and of the highest quality.We hired Sure-fix to build a kitchenette area in our finished basement. Henry and Tony were fantastic to work with. Everything was done quickly and was very high quality. I especially liked how the project manager Tony would take the time to explain the work being done with myself and each contractor (carpenter, electrician, tile guy etc) to ensure everyone was on the same page. Would hire again for sure.

After interviewing several contractors, we chose Sure-fix to renovate our kitchen. They took out a non-structural wall to combine the kitchen and kitchen nook, painted, demolished and replaced my floors out to my foyer, installed new lighting throughout and gave me a new backsplash. Sure-fix was a good experience from start to finish. They are reasonably priced and honest. All of their team were skilled, detail-oriented, and personable - easy to have in my home. They came when they said would, cleaned up when they finished, and did their best to make the kitchen as I wanted. All in all, a professional experience and I love my new kitchen!

I have been trying to DIY my fixer upper home for years. After taking out my kitchen cabinets - it just became too much to handle on my own. I visited sure fix and they had someone come out to measure and create a plan of action. I am happy to support a local business and they were able to take care of various parts of the project which is not something you can find in all companies. Kitchen remodeling can be complex and they were able to provide support in the different areas. As with any big project, we had some challenges along the way but we were able communicate and get them resolved . Thank you for responding.

Met with Henry and his team almost 10 years ago and they did a kitchen and bath remodeling for me, job was done very quickly, everyday the workers showed on time and the crew was very pleasant to deal with. Fast forward, recently I was trying to sell our inherited home but after we put it on the market the feedback about the amount of work the house needed was not so positive, out of almost desperation to find someone, of course I thought of Henry. I made a call to the office on a Wednesday and got an appointment on Thursday, he came out and gave me very genuine and good advice on what should be done. On Friday we got the quote which stayed in the budget we provided, Saturday he sent his crew out. By the following Thursday all the work had been completed included changing 7 interior doors, 2 closet doors, 4 door jams, new flooring for 4 rooms and hot water replacement and main sewer line repair. By Friday we were back on the market. Another week later today, we got multiple offers, all thanks to Henrys understanding of what I needed and willing to lend me a hand which took so much pressure of me. 2nd time around, I was also glad to see the ppl that worked on my house almost 10 years ago are still with Henry. Which also tells me he is not only a great person to work with, he must be also a great person to work for. Henry is knowledgeable about the work, he is passionate about what he does, he genuinely cares about his clients. I know this review is long and draggy, but Henry deserves a thank you from the bottom of my heart, if I ever have work again, Henrys team will for sure be my go to guys. I feel the price is very fair for the scope of work. In todays day and age when many contractors simply cant even show up to appointments or complete the work at all, if you need work done at least you have real companies like surefix to count on!

I just had a 1000 sq ft. Basement completed by Sure Fix.I can honestly say this company is top notch.Henry the owner is an absolute gentleman.Job was very fairly priced. I was told the job would take 6 weeks. In 4 weeks I went from concrete walls and floor to a completely finished beautiful basement.Workers were here every day promptly at 9 am. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant,and eager to do their jobs. From the carpenters, electricians, painters, floor installers. Tony the project manager came every day to monitor the jobs progress as well as discuss any concerns we had along the way. Some very minor issues were promply corrected without hassle. This company trulywants you to be satisfied. I honestly cannot say how happy we are. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them highly.The company also went above and beyond in several areas that werent included in the initial job estimate.I read the negative review about Henry being heartless. This is either a mistake or a boldface lie.

I needed my kitchen done in a hurry and the team was able to accommodate and do the project. The different workers, according to their trade, were all very friendly, respectful, and efficient. They did an excellent job. The project manager came everyday to check how the work was proceeding and that is was done correctly. They were in constant communication with me for questions, answers, and notify me when materials and/or workers were coming to the house. I was also comfortable with leaving them in the house while doing errands or leaving them a key when I was not home. Great Team. Definitely use the company again.

I give this company a million stars.I am soooooo happy with our new fence and retaining wall. Sure Fix Remodeling was extremely professional from start to finish. Henry Rouhana was at our house in a day with a same day estimate. The work was started the next day and they finished the whole project in remarkable time. Henry was very knowledgeable and really cared about what our needs were. The crew who came to do the work were always here early and worked their butts off. They were very kind and courteous and you could tell they wanted the project to be done right and to look nice. Everything was cleaned up and looked like they were never even here. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone !!!

An excellent experience of having a new triversa kitchen floor installed. Working with Chris was so easy...hes both patient and knowledgeable; answered every question and gave me multiple samples (including the trim) to take home to try on with zero pressure. When I finally decided, installation was was scheduled promptly. The installers were on time, calling before their arrival. The work was flawlessly completed. New transition strips had to be ordered post installation and that was also done quickly. In an environment where so many seem to have issues with contractors/orders/installations, I would highly recommend Sure Fix. Their pricing was certainly competitive, their work was excellent and their customer service exemplary. Im highly satisfied with the new floor.

They are talented, conscientious, and efficient.They stuck to their schedule and finished on time.When the big snowstorm hit last week, they were good about communicating adjusted schedulesWere out of projects at our home, (for now), but we have no doubt who to call if and when we think about remodeling.

Henry came in and gave us a good estimate and explained exactly what they will do for us. BTW, we remodeled the whole main floor of our ranch house. 3 bathrooms,1 large kitchen, LR, DR, 3 bedrooms and 2 foyers. They were very easy to work with and took any of our requests in stride. I will definitely have them back for the Rec area in the basement and some exterior work. Our thanks to Sure-Fix and all the people who came to our house to work. Did I mention the most important? Well, there were no interruptions for the whole time it took to complete. We could go on, but contact them and experience for yourself!

The plumber and his assistant arrived on time. The first thing they did was to lay a canvas sheet on our floors to prevent any damage or dirt. The heater replacement went smoothly. They cleaned up after the installment and the fee was reasonable.We have been using SureFix for about 10 years. SureFix has installed hardwood flooring, basement and bathroom remodeling, painting, and a few more things. Whenever we needed any work done, we would contact Henry at SureFix. Henry gives excellent customer service and is friendly. We have never had any problems or complaints dealing with SureFix. There are some dishonest contractors out there. But if you want a prompt, honest, experienced and skilled contractor, SureFix is the one.

We bought a home that needed some work done before moving in. We were still living out of town about 5 hours away and Henry was able to coordinate with us remotely. We had drywall work, painting, new doors, and new floors installed throughout the whole house. He stayed true to the timeline and got almost everything done before we moved in! The only couple of items that werent completed were things outside of his control. Overall we are pleased with the quality of the final product and will likely be using him again for future projects.
