    From the first meeting to the finished product, Chris was the consummate professional. He was very helpful in choosing the right roofing materials, giving us different price options, and communicating when the work would be done. His team worked quickly and efficiently and the work is top quality. Even the cleanup afterwards was fantastic. If we hadnt been there during the project, you almost wouldnt have known they were there except for the new roof. I highly recommend using Easton Roofing to do your roof.

    Chris and his team at Easton Roofing were excellent to work with! The price was competitive, Chris was responsive and answered all our questions. There was some possible rain forecasted later in the day, so he had extra workers come to site to ensure they completed the roof before any rain. His team was SO quick and efficient! I was truly blown away that they finished in such a short amount of time (seriously, I had cleared my work schedule, and I barely needed half the time I said I would be unavailable for work!!). They made sure the yard was protected, and cleaned up so that there wasnt any remaining debris or anything left behind. We have a small dog, so making sure there were no nails or bits of roof shingles left about was very important to us. We also had an unused chimney that was basically falling off the house, and they were able to take that down and patch the siding. The new roof looks great, and most importantly, is solid and leak-free! I also love that Easton Roofing recycles as much of the waste material as they can so that less ends up in landfills! Very pleased with the roof, the communication from Easton Roofing, and would recommend to others in the area!

    I had shingles blow off my roof in a very bad wind storm in December 2023. I reached out to Chris. He was at my house within an hour on Christmas eve to patch the damaged areas. I knew right there I would be using Easton Roofing for my roof replacement. Any time I had a question, Chris always had a quick response. Ended up, my roof needed more repairs than expected. He was honest and very understanding. It was so easy to deal with the owner of the company directly and not a salesperson. I would highly recommend Easton Roofing to anyone.

    Chris (owner) and his crew did a superb job on my roof a couple of years ago. Its 2019 and my roof still looks brand new.They were prompt (started working at 7am sharp) and competed the whole roof, 2 sky lights and gutters by a reasonable time. Before I hired Easton Roofing, Chris explained to me in full detail how the job was going to be done along with samples of the products/materials (top brands) that he was going to be using. Not too many roofing companies does that. So that alone gave me a piece of mind for years to come. On top of that the price for the project was very reasonable.     We have had Easton Roofing work on two projects for us: once to fix an improperly installed ridge line (by a different roofing company) and once to help in an emergency situation for which I will be forever grateful. In March 2018, a tree hit our house and put a huge hole in our roof. Chris was at our house within hours of our call and spent much of his Saturday patching the hole for us. If he had not come so quickly, we would have sustained a great deal of water damage. He has worked on the roofs of several happy neighbors as well. I would recommend Easton Roofing to anyone.

    Chris and his team replaced both our roof and gutters. In each case the end result was fantastic. The roof was completed in one day and the yard was picked up clean. The gutters were done quickly as well (although nature did provide some drama but Chris and his team ultimately won the day). I highly recommend Chris as he is local, prides his work and cares about the customer experience.

    Chris and his team did an excellent job on my roof which was about 33 squares. They completed in about 8 hours flat! Easton roof was very competitive on price and he was able to provide exactly the roof system I wanted. I consider myself an educated consumer and will research the project so I know what to look for during and after installation. In my case I found water seeping in the attic behind the chimney after install, we had a really heavy driving rain. I called Chris and he was back the next day on the roof making the necessary repairs, it hasn’t happened since. Interestingly enough our old roof was simply shingles on the deck with no underpayment and no ice and water. You can tell that the new roof system is heavier and will outlast our home ownership.     I did my due diligence and received 4 different estimates on my roof. Easton Roofing was the best deal and Chris was straight forward, clear, and thorough.     Chris and his team were very professional and showed up right on time to get our job done. Our roof was leaking pretty badly above the living room and Chris was able to come out within just a few days notice (before the next big rain storm) to help keep us from experiencing unwanted and costly damage.     We live in a 240 year old house with unlimited surprises, no matter what the job may be. Chris Fitzsimons, the owner of Easton Roofing, not only took on the challenge of replacing our roof, but handled an extraordinary amount of carpentry that needed to be done due to previous damage. The damage only became visible once the soffits were removed (due to ice dam damage) and the structural integrity could be assessed for new fiber glass gutters. Chris took detailed pictures of all the damage he encountered and was incredibly fair with regards to repair costs. Chris did an incredible job rebuilding areas where dry rot and other damage existed. The knowledge Chris has about older homes and his ability to tackle unforeseen challenges is second to none. Chris proved his knowledge on his first visit, after I had already had 2 other quotes to do our roof. I feel very fortunate to have met Chris and had him on the job to handle all the issues that arose. Im confident no other contractor could have done the quality of work in the timely manner Chris and his team did. They not only battled mother nature and the endless amounts of rain we received in southeastern Massachusetts last fall, but Chris even worked until 8pm on a Saturday night to get the job done. An amazing contractor who Im proud to have as a professional in our town.

    I would give Easton Roofing six stars if I could.I had an unexpected weather related problem with my roof. I contacted several roofing companies and was not happy with the service level just to get a quote or prices once they did give me a quote until I made contact with Chris Fitzsimons from Easton Roofing.Chris gave me a quote that was very reasonable within 30 minutes of arrival. Told me when he could do the job and said he would do it in one day. To be honest I was a little skeptical about the one day part but he was confident even with the shorter October day he would get it done. Chris went over the details of what he would do to protect the house, in ground pool, prized fruit trees, gardens and landscaping. Clearly he was a pro.On the scheduled day Chris and crew showed up as promised at 6:45 am. Had the roof striped by 10:30 and was putting the new roof on. This crew worked nonstop. As promised they were done in one day. When they leftat the end of the day the property was clean the landscaping was intact and I had a new roof. They did a great job cleaning up every last nail.I have to say these guys are very good, fast and have a great work ethic. Not only would I use them again if needed, I have already passed Easton Roofing information on to a very good friend who also has had the same exceptional experience. A second friend will be contacting Chris in the spring. Yes these guys are that good.

    I have had a lot of work done on my old house over the past twenty years. Sadly in most cases, my experiences have ranged from complete rip-off to shoddy work to frustrating amateurish performances. I am all the more lucky to have hired Chris that I was dreading the next repair. First of all Chris came in person ( instead of a salesman working on his percentage) within 24 hours and gave me an expert and detailed estimate that matched the lowest of the 3 I had had before. I was amazed by the speed and quality of the work he and his crew did in one day (stripping of one side of my roof, re shingling, replacement of 3 leaky skylights). They left my yard spotless and my new new roof and windows looked great. Chris and his carpenter also came a few days later to install a new gutter and new vents on the sides of the house. Again the work was done very professionally and with great attention to details and aesthetics. The follow up also can tell you a lot about the quality of a company and there again Chris came back promptly by himself to address a minor cosmetic detail in the roof work ( I do not think many contractors would have come back to fix such a minor issue). Another factor which is very telling as far as I am concerned is the way a boss relates to his workers. I was truly impressed by Chriss patience and courtesy with his roofers, many of whom spoke limited English (what a difference with the poor fellow who once was sent to my house to spray chemicals in my basement without any protective clothing and breathing protection !). Another telling situation took place a few months ago, when Chris reached out on line to help pay the medical bills of one of his former workers who was injured and apparently not sufficiently insured. The response he got spoke volumes about his professional and personal qualities. Chris cares about his customers as much as his cares about his workers. They respect him as much as he respects them and therefore you can be assured that they will do the best possible job when they come to your house. You are not going to find a better company if you need any roofing, gutter, window replacement, carpentry, etc . I would gladly give Easton Roofing 6 stars if I could !Bernard PlanchonRandolph

    I have actually used Easton roofing on 2 occasions. Chris and his team replaced my roof last year. Did a great job, in and out and reasonably priced. He even showed me pictures of the damage that he repaired and the areas where the shingles were missing. I appreciated that since I obviously couldnt see up there. I called him back in the fall to replace my gutters which were so heavy with stuff, had pulled off of my house (not his fault but mine for not cleaning them). He took more pictures and he spent the time to explain everything to me. Would absolutely recommend.

    I called Easton Roofing after I had a previous contractor do work on my home which created a leak in my roof and exacerbated other issues with my aging roof. The owner came out, inspected my roof and sat down with me to review a quote only a day or so after calling him. He was clear, honest, easy to understand and he was upfront on cost and pricing which really made working with him and his company an incredibly easy decision. He explained the process, was easy to get in touch with and he and his crew came within the week to replace the roof. They got this roof done in no time and the quality of their work was great, I’m very happy with it. They came in lower in price than just about every other company I got an estimate from and they didn’t cut any corners, everything they did, the other companies said they would do the same way when they proposed their estimates to me. Same products, same quality of products and everything. I would happily recommend them to anybody I know in the market for a new roof.

    I had a fantastic experience with Chris at Easton Roofing. He was able to offer quality roofing material, and even the particular color that we wanted. In the midst of the pandemic and budgetary constraints, Chris worked with us, and was able to get us the BEST price. I had 4 other estimates and he beat them. We have a house that is over 100 years old and a room that probably had not been touched in over 4 years. He had a CREW that came in, stripped the roof, and cleaned up after themselves, all in ONE DAY!!! We also had some old underlayment boards that needed to be replaced. He took pictures of the boards on the roof as to what need to be replace and how bad they were. Replacing the large amount of bad boards that needed to be replaced was fair, and I now that I have a solid new roof from underlayment to shingles. He even reattached some gutters that were loose. Lastly, when getting estimates, he was the only one that actually walked around the house to look at the roof. The other companies, used satellite roof images to come up with the estimate. He was the only one who saw that gutters were loose and offered to reattach them. NO REGRETS

    During one of last years awful storms I lost a ton of shingles on my roof and it needed a full replacement. Another storm was coming in 4 days and was going to drop over a foot of snow on my dilapidated roof. Concerned there would be permanent damage to my home I called Chris. From the time I called him until the job being complete was 4 days. Chris got the job, which was not small, done in one day as promised. When I got home from work my roof looked excellent and it also looked like a landscaper had cleaned up. Not a single nail was found anywhere. He left it immaculate. His price was also the best in town. His service was outstanding and his price was outstanding. I highly recommend Easton Roofing.

    Chris came out and gave me a price on my daughters house. I have been in construction over 50 years s o I know the questions to ask and what to look for. I told him my practice is to get several prices and I did. He called me a few days later and we gave him the job. I asked for all his insurance papers he said no problem and he emailed them over in a day or two. He pulled the permit and we set a date. Very professional. I told him we couldn’t start for a couple of weeks again he said no problem. I told him we needed a certain type of vent, he said no problem. His supplier sent the wrong vents with the materials , I contacted him and he confirmed they had indeed sent the wrong vents. He got on the phone and had his suppler order the correct ones and he had them in two days. We were supposed to start the job on Tuesday on Sunday I got a text from Chris and he said It is supposed to rain Monday and he had another job that he had to do so we so we went for Wednesday same thing happened. On Wednesday he said he would try to switch things around so we could get the house done this week. He text a while later and said Thursday is a go. The dumpster was delivered that evening. At 6:30 Thursday morning here comes Chris checking to see that we are all set. We needed to move some furniture ,again he said no problem, do you sense a pattern here? His men moved everything and were very careful trying not to damage anything and they succeeded. As a long time contractor the words that are music to my ears is “ no problem”. The job was completed in 1 day ,the property was left spotless, and it looks like they were never here.Sorry this is so long, but I thought something more than ,“he did a great job” was needed. Easton Roofing went above and beyond. And I appreciated the job they did.
