I checked with different companies suggested by Bilco before choosing Forte. One was cheaper, but seemed less professional than Forte. I was pleased with the work the crew did. It did take two days, but that is because the material needed to dry. Overall I had a positive experience working with Forte and I think I got a good value for my money.

We had an old ground mounted bulkhead that was leaking badly. Freds crew built a higher foundation and mounted a new Bilco bulkhead. We have had several heavy rain storms since the installation and no more leaks or flooding.I highly recommend Forte Enterprises for your bulkhead needs.

Freds crew replaced my bulkhead this summer. Yesterday I painted the bulkhead. I intimately saw the detailed work they performed. I appreciate theirs and Freds bulkhead expertise. Fred was communicative and promptly answered all questions. I highly recommend him.

We needed a new metal bulkhead to replace an old wooden bulkhead. From the time we got the quote, signed the contract, the crew was prompt in scheduling a time that they could perform the work weather permitting. Due to rain the project took at least 2 days to complete. The bulkhead is great and water resistant and the turn around to install excellent. The cost is affordable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I needed half of my bulkhead replaced.due to some damage. The guys were courteous neat professional and very knowledgeable on the installation of the replacement parts. They gave me a few tips on proper maintenance and cleaned up the work area like they were never there. I would recommend Forte Enterprise to anyone in need of any bulkhead installation or service.A great job from a great company

Fred Forte reinstalled my bulkhead after someone else had done a poor job. Fred was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and expertly built a concrete base and re-installed the bulkhead. My bulkhead area and basement have been dry ever since - over a year later and even during this very rainy summer! I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Fred Forte for any bulkhead issues!

I am so pleased with the services of Fred Forte and his crew! He resolved a bad situation in October 2023 where a previous contractor had just installed my bulkhead, and I noticed just before he drove away that the bulkhead did not fully close; that contractor had tried to walk away. Winter was approaching, I had already overpaid that contractor (who was not cooperative when approached, or knowledgable enough about bulkheads, I later realized), and it was a very stressful, time consuming and expensive experience. Bilco got involved, then directed me to Fred Forte in November, and with his help and that of his crew (and Bilco), it was resolved by Thanksgiving and I had a great looking, functional bulkhead!Fred’s customer service is stellar. He was empathetic of my situation, responsive, timely and went out of his way to support me. And he was so knowledgeable and kind. His crew was also A+: very professional, knowledgable and they did a perfect job. I have referred Forte Enterprises to others, and I would work with him again without a doubt. I highly recommend them.

Fred did a great job on our bulkhead, which we got about a year ago. We replaced a rotted old wood bulkhead with a Bilco Bulkhead to get into our old fieldstone basement. Freds team had to pour concrete to make it possible to install the bulkhead, as well as replace some boards of our siding. Once his team was done we then painted the bulkhead and the new clapboards. His team was efficient and professional. It’s held up wonderfully and we haven’t had any water coming in with heavy rains.

My old bulkhead was leaking badly so I had it replaced by the Forte crew. Excellent job on the installation of my new Bilco unit, its rained pretty hard a couple of times since the install last week and shes dry as a bone, thanks Fred!
