I would highly recommend Don and his team and greatly appreciate the fact that what I thought might be a tough experience was, in fact, quite easy and pleasant!!

Through every step of the process they were courteous, professional, timely and neat.Don Noll is a great communicator. He clearly explained every step of the process and provided daily reminders of what would happen next. We appreciated his thoughtfulness regarding keeping a clean work space as well as his reminders to lock the basement door when he was finished for the day.We found his price to be competitive and his schedule to be convenient. This is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist, Janice, to the two mechanics, Brady and Don.I called them during a storm to come and fix my generator. My regular company, New England Generator, wouldn’t give us the time of day.They responded quickly and we’re here within hours.They found many problems with the generator that New England Generator failed to fix.Their work is impeccable and they are very professional. Mass Generators just installed a Kohler 20kW whole house generator for us. From the initial contact to final install and test the process was easy. Don was a total professional and pragmatic with advice and in answering questions. Great communication plus prompt responses to emails/calls within 24 hours every time and arrives on time for appointments.The best part of the 20Kw generator is theres nothing to think about or manage when the power goes out. Run the house as if nothing happened and pay the bump in natural gas from using it. Looking forward to next power outage now, ha!
