    Bach electric came out to my house right away gave a number of wonderful recommendations to my lighting needs came back and put in a bunch of canned lights and hung lights in my kitchen. All workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable and we are extremely pleased with their customer service. We will definitely recommend them and use them with our future electric needs.

    We had problems getting our Cadillac EV Charger installed. After it was finally installed , it quit working after a week. The installer State Electric out of Troy said it would be over 3 weeks before they could get an electrician out to fix it. We contacted Bach Electric and they came right out and fixed the problem in 30 min. The electrician was friendly, professional and reasonable. We highly recommend Bach Electric.

    Working with Brian and his team has always been an exceptional experience! They listen and offer insights into solving some of the most difficult remodeling electrical questions. They are prompt, priced reasonably, and thoughtful. They installed a Tesla charger and a Generac generator, and have helped us problem solve complex re-wiring issues. I have even relied on Brian to provide the names of other businesses for services and they have always been a great recommendation. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Bach Electric!

    Bach Electric was great to work with! The team was professional and completed the job very quickly. We had a new ceiling fan installed on a rather high ceiling. Prior ceiling fan did not have a light or remote. New ceiling fan includes both and looks great. We called to schedule and they were here within 48 hours to complete the work.     My garbage disposal wasnt working and, upon my own assessment, I thought it was an issue with my GFCI outlet, Brian with Bach Electric was super helpful. After he patiently walked me through some troubleshooting by phone, I realized it wasnt my outlet at all and it was an issue with the disposal. I was able to fix the disposal on my own, and in turn, Bach Electric saved me so much money. Thank you again for your help!

    Bach Electric has always handled issues regarding my various electrical service needs including an issue with my whole house generator last evening, professionally and quickly.I had initially called Consumers power since my generator kept coming on and off yesterday afternoon and they determined that there was a problem with the transfer switch.I sent photos to the owner last night after hours and Chris one of his great servicetechnicians was here right after 8:00 a.m. and replaced the switch and now I have peace of mind.The Consumers power technician told me as he was working on the transfer switch, that it kept arcing and there were literally burn marks around one of the connection points, so to have Chris here bright and early to take care of the problem is an amazing testimony to the quality of service you can expect from Bach Electric.

    Bach Electric went above and beyond to help me! When a breaker blew and wouldnt come back on this evening, Bach Electric worked through the issue with me even though it was after hours. He had me send photos of the issue and walked me through how to fix it. If I hadnt been able to fix it myself, they would have been willing to send someone out quickly as well. Highly recommend for fast and quality work. Thank you!

    Power outage due to last nights storm. Called Bach Electric. Brian was here so quick and went over and over my power sources so efficiently.     Brian Bach is a real stand up business owner. His crew originally did all he electrical wiring in our new house build 4 years ago. We recently lost power to 7 of the 10 outlets in our kitchen. We texted Brian, he came out the next day and made the simple fix to return power to all outlets. When we asked how much we owned he said no charge. I was so impressed that he stood behind his work and did this for us. He is the ONLY electrician I would ever use. I highly recommend Bach Electric to anyone who needs this service!!Outstanding!!

    I put a nail threw our Electrical Panel and smelled smoke. This was the only place to actually answer the phone. They cam immediately and made sure our house was safe. when we expected to pay a Huge emergency bill, they didnt even think of overcharging. Just billed for the service call and one hour of time. i will always recommend and use this company for ever!Thank you Chris for being very professional and keeping my family safe!
