Adam was our initial contact and he couldnt have been more patient and educated us on the entire process. Adam of Fournier Irrigation did a great job in working with me in putting together what I need for my lawn irrigation system. Adam first went through the areas of my yard where he suggested the sprinkler heads should be placed and quickly provided a proposal. After some minor changes, Adam scheduled the install. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other providers and the installation went smoothly. In addition the installers were professional and went through all of the system features before leaving the job. In general, Adam and the entire staff was great to work and very professional!

We have had a wonderful experience with Fournier Irrigation. It started with a great design session in the Fall of 2021 with Adam. We didn’t have a full plan for gardens that we were installing in the back yard, but Adam was able to design a full yard irrigation system that would accommodate the flexibility in the limited space that we had for the backyard gardens.We were scheduled for an early spring 2022 installation, with the interior plumbing work done promptly during the winter. Our irrigation installation was done in April. The installation crew was great, they were patient with answering our every question and so nice about collecting all the rocks that came out of yard and bringing them over to our neighbor, who was collecting them for a border. They cleaned up the yard and seeded where they dug. The only issue with the install was the crew had to leave for another job before making sure the last couple heads were rotating fully or reaching their designated locations. This wasn’t a real problem, as we contacted Adam and he promptly swung by and fixed the heads for us.We had problems with another head during the summer and the company was able to get it repaired within the week.Fournier Irrigation has been quick to respond to any problem. Also Adam stayed engaged in our system, he did not just design it and then pass it off to the back of the house. The company has been good to work with.

Two years later I still cant say enough about what a pleasure it is doing business with this company. Customer service is amazing!! Everyone I deal with is professional, courteous and well informed. I especially want to give praises for Marco the technician that I have been fortunate to get when I need assistance. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. It is refreshing to have someone come to your house on a service call that you are actually happy to see. Once again, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a sprinkler system. We have made many changes to our landscape that have required rerouting, we’ve even cut through their lines the same day they were installed requiring immediate rework. I would highly recommend Fournier Irrigation. I spoke with several irrigation contractors but chose Fournier to work on my property. From the very friendly office staff who took my information, the designer Adam, William and his hard working installation crew, all are awesome people to deal with. Everyone showed up when scheduled on the day and time- no excuses or no-shows.The detailed proposal was received a day after Adam’s initial visit along with all of the product information. The installation crew worked very hard through my root filled lawns to install the system and cleaned up when they were done. William took the time to thoroughly explain how the system and the app works.

We interviewed a number of the top-rated irrigation companies before having Fournier install a full-lawn and garden watering system on our property.Fournier stood out as the best from our initial contact, to the detail of the estimate and plan, to the quality of their work.A special mention to the point person on the job Adam M. He was prompt and thorough answering all questions. If he said something would happen by a certain date, it happened.Fournier also went the extra mile installing lighting conduit for an outdoor lighting system we had installed by the also excellent Bahler Brothers. I didnt have to coordinate anything, the two companies worked together seamlessly.A week or two after the system was installed, Adam came back to make sure it was working properly and I understood how to use the app to set programs etc. First rate from start to finish.

Our entire experience with Fournier was wonderful! Adam is super responsive and knowledgeable. We got a couple of quotes and there was no comparison to the timeliness and professionalism of Fourniers. The crew that completed the work was talented, polite, and finished sooner than expected. They raked everything out and left it looking very neat! Both the foreman of the crew and Adam made sure we understood how to use our controls/app. In the Spring, I called Adam to schedule our complimentary spring start up and explained to him that we needed more than a simple start up. Over the winter some of our heads had heaved and one had been hit by the plow and a couple other heads were disturbed by some skid steer work we had done. Adam came out personally a few days later and did the repairs himself. He also mentioned that we will schedule his crew to come out and reset some of the heads that had heaved due to frost and the ground settling. Definitely recommend Fournier hands down and cant wait to use our sprinkler system for a full season this year!

I had Fournier come out to winterize my irrigation system in early October. I recently purchased a house that has irrigation, but was not left with any information about the system from the prior owners. A quick Google search later I found Fournier. Being a new customer, I was worried they may not be able to fit us in, but I called and explained the situation and they were very helpful, working with my schedule to have someone come out within a couple weeks of calling. Having never had irrigation before, I was able to walk around with the Fournier tech, Dave, who did an awesome job explaining everything he was doing and help me better understand the system, as we had not used it at all since moving in. He gave me a quick run through of everything, explained how the system and zones were set up, and let me know a few things I should keep in mind before we get start it back up in the Spring. Im sure he couldve easily sat in his truck while the lines were cleared, but having him walk around was a huge help and really went the extra mile in my book. Will definitely continue using Fournier in the future.

I did a lot of research before finally picking Fourniers irrigation comparing prices, on line reviews, and word of mouth comparisons. Each time, I kept coming back to fourniers. I’m very happy that I did. The level of customer care is pretty unique nowadays. Their level of professionalism is rare (unfortunately) especially with regards to how easy it was to contact them and how quickly they respond. Adam was wonderful in the entire process. During the installation and troubleshooting he and the rest of the team always answered my questions and was quick to help out whenever I had a question. During the first year of having an irrigation system, there were issues that came up that I never would have anticipated. The entire team was so helpful with everything. I easily convinced my next door neighbor to switch to Fourniers, for which they gave me a referral bonus too. It’s rare for me to be this pleased with a service but I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended this company from a neighbor of ours in the nordfedlt district. I called and set up an appointment to go over cost and installation, which they were on time and thorough. The estimate was exactly what the total cost came out to be. The equipment was great because you can control the sprinkler system through your smart phone. It helped allot because I was using multiple times a day because we seeded a new lawn. This company was professional and I am keeping them in for maintenance if the system.

Fournier Irrigation installed a new 13 zone system with 54 heads at the beginning of October. This was quite the install, they spent almost three full days at my house trenching in and installing heads. The new system is state of the are with wifi Hunter Hydrawise control unit, wireless rain sensor, backflow preventer and drip system for our flower beds. The reason I chose Fournier in the first place was years ago around 2007 they installed a 7 zone system at my old house in Enfield. When I got the estimate the tech told me they did some large accounts like Cabelas and Foxwoods Casino. I figured with big accounts like that they would stand behind their product and service and they certainly have. The system worked without issue and when I sold my house in 2015 it was one of the selling points as the lawn looked like a golf course. Much to the credit of the irrigation system. You could not tell they installed a system that day it looked basically undisturbed. The same would probably be true for my new house however, the late fall install doesnt isnt a great time to grow grass and repair damaged areas. Im really looking forward to the spring when we can put the system to the test. Im completely satisfied with the install so much so that my neighbor used them to do his yard as well. Adam is top notch, the foreman that ran the job was a complete gentleman to me and my wife and his crew was respectful and courteous. I trusted them when I wasnt there and thats a big deal. Dont cut corners or try to save a buck with a no name hobbyist that thinks they know what theyre doing. Go with the professionals, go with years of experience and a name the industry knows. Fournier Irrigation is the one stop shop.

I had been looking into an irrigation system for a few years and finally decided to make it happen. After a ton of research and reviews I decided to have Fournier come out and after my initial walk through/quote I knew they would be a good fit. Pricing was very fair and everyone I felt with was very professional. The install went very smoothly and after having a small clog in one of the heads, they were out asap to unclog it. I had an irrigation system installed in my front lawn by Fournier and the process could not have been any smoother. I first reached out to them in May and was able to get a date scheduled for a quote in June. Adam came out to the property and put together a great plan and layout for the system. The quote for the project was very reasonable. I made a deposit and was able to get on their schedule for July. Thier plumbing subcontractor was also wonderful to work with especially given that my home is historic and has its quirks. The installation itself took two days and the team did fantastic work in over 90 degree heat to get the job done. Upon finding a small issue with two of the 32 sprinkler heads in my system, Fournier came out the very next day to replace them and correct the problem. I cannot say enough about Adam, William, and the entire install crew at Fournier - great company and I highly recommend them for your project.

Fournier was recommended to me by a neighbor. I definitely compared prices and plans with other local companies before deciding to choose Fournier. I was very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that each and every employee of this company had. From sales all the way through installation, everything went smoothly. They even neatened up the lawn and flower beds afterward installation so that you barely knew they had been there. They made any necessary adjustments to the sprinkler heads after we had been using the system for a bit. Then they came back out in the fall to winterize the system to prevent any water from freezing in the pipes. I felt the prices were definitely fair and the customer service was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Fournier to anyone looking for an irrigation system.
