I was impressed with Ashlin Pucketts workmanship. I hired him to replace my rusting, leaking 60 year-old Bilco door with a new powder-coated model. He repaired a crack in the concrete and did a very professional job of rebuilding the concrete base so that we didnt have to use bulky metal cover plates. He has invested in high quality tools and equipment. He went through the extra effort to properly install rain flashing under my aluminum siding. Ashlin returned my calls promptly and showed up to start the job at the time that he had promised. His workmanship has survived its first winter with no leaks even after those 2 and 3 inch rainfalls. I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a first class job with no worries about a no-show. The work area was left cleaner than when he started!

Ashlin installed a new Bulkhead Door and also reworked our precast steps. We are beyond satisfied. The concrete work is excellent and solved a basement water issue that was nagging us for a long time. The new powder coated door is awesome. So Glad we hired Ashlin.

Ashlin was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process; from evaluating the existing hatchway, to selecting the color of the new one, to the installation. He returned calls and texts promptly, worked dilligently and explained everything involved very clearly. I was very pleased with the end product and the cost of the project. He is an extremely reliable contractor - a rarity, it seems, in todays world!

We had our old hatchway replaced by Eastern Cellar Doors. The owner came and looked at our old hatchway and provided us with a free quote. He performed the work himself. He was meticulous, professional, on time and made sure that the work was done correctly. He followed up with us the next week to make sure we had no problems with the new hatchway. I would highly recommend this company.

I utilized Eastern Cellar doors to replace my bilco doors. Ashlin was prompt, courteous and professional. The cost was comparable to the competition but his service was definitely above. I’d recommend him to everyone.
