    Great Service from Goldmedal services for drainage issues. Very experienced professionals. I got Arnold Ward, excellent knowledgeable person and gave nice suggestions. Worth the money.Only thing is they were running a special for discounted prices since last 3 years which stopped from last month in Nov 2024. I wish they gave specials again is good for emergencies 🙂.

    Alberto and his assistants expertise in removing our 54-year old furnace today and then installing our new furnace was beyond excellent! They began early and maintained a high degree of focused-concentration in every way. To say that it was a job well done is only the tip of the iceberg. They kept exceeding our highest expectations in every aspect of this project. We are very pleased, and we will refer Gold Medal Service to others. This was our second major household project with Gold Metal Service within 60 days, and we are very satisfied with both projects.

    Very positive experience! From the salesman to the installation team, they were very professional. I got several quotes and Gold Medals was the most efficient and cost effective. They sold me what I needed and what I wanted. Great communication throughout the three day job was impressive. They did what they said they would do in the time that they said it would take and charged me what they said it would cost. The installers work was meticulous and clean. I now have a mini split system that I am very happy with because I hired Gold Medal.

    Gold medal service has been great . We had a major sewer line collapse. They were professional and efficient. They even replaced the sidewalk that had to be dug up . Ronald and Angel did an amazing job on that ! The price was not cheap but you get what you pay for . I was very impressed with the job and the service we received.

    Everything about this service call was extraordinarily excellent! An appointment was set by Dalia and kept punctually by Ryan Williams. He carefully checked everything and repaired the problem which didn’t directly involve the equipment. We highly recommend Gold Medal for all services they offer.     I recently reached out to Gold Medal through Costco for a furnace and AC replacement at home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.Matt Hoppe from the sales team went above and beyond to guide me through the process and explain the specifics of the work they were proposing. He was professional and quickly answered any questions or concerns I had in-person and over text. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and explained the replacement process in a way that was easy to understand. This was a major differentiator compared to other contractors I had reached out to - I appreciated him taking the time to go the extra mile. He was able to get me a good deal on the entire project and offer labor and parts warranty which helped me make a decision.The quality of work from the technicians was also very good and I am happy with my new system.     Arriving home from vacation, we noticed a leak in our sewer line while doing laundry. Called in to the dispatcher Sunday afternoon and had tech on site by Monday morning. Repairs were completed by Matt Chuffo who worked diligently until project was completed the same day. Matt was extremely knowledgeable of the situation and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Matt was courteous and extremely professional. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area and literally left no trace of the work that went on.     UPDATE: I called Gold Medal again for an inspection as I’m moving/selling my home. Victor was very thorough and checked everything out. He was on time/prompt and answered any/all of my questions. Thanks again Gold Medal!!Victor did a great job installing both the whole home filter and the RO under sink filter. We tested the water afterwards and I was highly pleased with the result; I finally feel safe drinking my tap water and can cancel my bottled water subscription! But anyway, Victor called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and then arrived on time, getting everything done in just a few hours. Thanks again Victor/Gold Medal!

    I contacted Gold medal to replace my hot water heater. Jorge was the plumber. He was super friendly, experienced and very thorough in his work and patiently explained all the options I have with warranty. He and his team were very diligent and ensured that the hot water heater was installed as per code. He even went through all the steps with me to clean the sediment buildup in the tank periodically without damaging the elements. He also tightened up the main water shutoff to stop a very minor leak. They cleaned up the work area when they were done. I am very happy with Jorge’s work and Gold medal. They charged exactly what they said they would. I would hire Jorge again.

    We were having issues with one of our Mitsubishi Artic Air units and were in dire need of help. So we called Gold Medal Service and and our technician was Thor.     I reached out to Gold Medal on a Saturday night to unclog my kitchen sink. My normal repair guy tried but couldn’t do it. I was able to make an online appt for the next day (Sunday). Gold Medal tech came and unclogged the pipe in no time. Also, I had a coupon for discounted service. The tech was efficient and personable. Service was quality and there is a one year warranty. I’m a satisfied customer!

    We always call Gold Medal when we have furnace issues . We recommend having the service contract and get the coupons from their website . Today the heat wasn’t working so Daniel S. came and spend several hours to see what was really wrong with it. He explained everything in detail and gave us options to fix it less the discounts he found for us . No furnace repair is cheap and we knew that, but the service and detailed explaining with options is very helpful .And thanks to our Sales Rep Chris who made it a breeze to finance our new HVAC system which was installed today in a matter of a few hours !

    I have to say I was pleased from start to finish. I called in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. I had a clogged drain that had to be snaked from a crawl space.     All of a sudden our AC was not working and the HVAC Unit was making rattling sound like stones shaking in a closed metal container and was not communicating with Thermostat and the temperature went up as there was no cooling. This was all happening in the night at about 8 to 9 PM in fact I could not turn off as the system was not working and the thermostat was displaying contact the installer . So as it was Saturday night I waited and called Gold Medal on Sunday morning at 8 and they made the appointment between 12 to 4 for the same day but at 9 AM the dispatch called me and informed that the tech would be there by 10 AM . Alex was the tech arrived promptly and as he was looking at the unit while I explained the problem he immediately identified the problem that the pump was not working He provided the remedial measure and within minutes the system was up in running and cooling. He did a splendid job and our family was pleased with his knowledge and expertise . I give him a 10 star rating as tech who was on the mark and kudos to Gold Medal for hiring such an experienced and talented technician.     I had two HVAC units installed. It was pretty fast from contract signing to the install. Install was quick and professional. I had an issue with moisture buildup in the vent pipe/flu that created a small water drip in the attic. Thankfully I caught it before it did any damage. This issue is unusual I am sure and not something I hold against Gold Medal. The time it took to get the issue inspected and finally repaired took more time than it should have but GM did come through. I would recommend GM Services.

    We just had Alexandr Panov fixing our A/C unit. He is a great professional. He diagnosed the problem last time but we had to wait for the part to come in. Today he came to install it.     Aleksandr Panov was our technician. He performed a thorough check of our AC unit and partial check of our furnace. Our appt was scheduled for AC only but Aleksandr was able to do a partial furnace check per our request (did not have specific tools needed). He was very professional and knowledgeable. Aleksandr pointed out a serious issue with oxidation on the exterior of the AC unit. In addition, he helped us with choosing a membership plan for the following year. I would definitely recommend Aleksandr!

    2nd experience: we had a very bad pipe leak forcing us to turn the water off to the house. Noel showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He not only fixed the pipe and provided all necessary new parts but checked every other area around the leak as well as the sink and outside hose attachments to ensure no other leaks were in the house.     First, all the stars are for the technician that came to help, Aleksandr Panov. He was professional, saw the problem and got to fixing it.If Im reviewing the company itself, one star just to leave a review. We have had so many issues with this company. They do send someone to fix a problem, usually same day. But its usually a different employee each time and where one problem is fixed, another one is made. And then a different employee is sent out to potentially fix the issue and hopefully not cause another. Everyone weve spoken to is very polite and tries to help, but I dont know if its a communication error or more training is needed. Maybe teams of technicians, I dont know. Im just thinking their bright yellow van always coming to my house isnt the best advertising.

    I have been using gold medal service since I’ve moved to the Clinton area. I got some electrical work done today which included putting in a whole new panel.     Gold Medal Service gets a gold medal in my book for service! Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday on a 95 degree day. Our house was almost 90 degrees. A friend told me about them and I was able to book an appointment online last night for an 8am to 12pm window today. They called before they came, provided a picture of the tech coming, came within the promised window time, diagnosed the issue, and provided the complete price before performing the work.     I used Gold Medal for my water heater install which was great and is still working as expected, but I wanted to provide update on a new steam boiler they installed for me.The team was amazing!! Alberto, Xavier, and Jorge are great guys and answered any questions I had.Steam boilers are am art form of maintenance and installation to ensure you get the efficiency and longevity from the boiler. Well, just look at the pictures. There actually is more piping, but they tucked a lot of it behind the boiler, saving me a lot of floor space.Alberto also tapped into my hot water line, so the boiler is never filled with cold water while its hot, which can cause warping like a hot pan getting hot with cold water in your sink.Now that its on, I can hear the air flowing faster through and feel the house heat up faster too. There is no more knocking of pipes, only the sweet sound of heat, ha.Id definitely recommend this crew if youre u need a steam boiler to get the most out of your hard earned dollars.

    They sent a plumber that couldnt even find the shut off valve to the shower (which was behind the shower in the closet. There also was one for the hot water tank and he couldnt even find that! Wow!! Even a decent handyman would have known that and Gold Medal told me they were sending a licensed plumber!! Charged for the service, work undone!!After this review, Manager Bryant called and listened to me patiently, and offered to send his senior Plumber on a Sunday to make things right!! Very happy with the work. All companies will have employees that need some training or refresher in the company culture but when the company is willing to right the wrong, it talks volumes of the culture. Extremely happy with the company. It is now my go-to plumbing service, and highly recommend it.

    The gentleman who took my phone in the evening, because my furnace died. I was babbling a lot but listened to all the things I tried to say. He was awesome, so the men that came to offer an estimate for a new furnace because it was way too old.     Great experience replacing an existing AC system! Called three places for estimates, Gold Medal gave us an exact time and the rep showed up right then. The other two gave us two hour windows and yes the reps showed up in the given time frame but who wants to wait around. Of the three, Gold Medal gave the most thorough home evaluation, measuring inside area, checking attic and outside unites. The other two either felt they had enough experience so there was no need to calculate tonnage or they were just going to replace existing unit with comparable equipment. The Gold Medal rep spent the most time explaining options and calculating costs. The other two said installation could be scheduled soon, Gold Medal did it the next day. The installation techs were great. Came in, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and how long it should take. They covered the floor with cloths and left the house clean, didnt even have to vacuum. Before they left they explained everything and answered all our questions. Very pleased with our choice of Gold Medal and would recommend to anyone. They also had the best warranty. Only one minor inconvenience, contacting the local office by phone required going through a non-local channels but totally worth it!

He was knowledgeable, fast and did great quality work backed with a warranty on labor as I supplied the water heater. This worker was the first time the plumber came on time. The workers are very good but the company needs significant improvements with respect to keeping the appointment.     I called several companies to replace my hot water heater. I finally choose Gold Metal Service. Matt reviewed everthing about the job and the equipment that would be installed. Gold Metal was ready to install our new hot water heater on the spot. Matt and John the service techs were outstanding. They were organized, knew the product and and did a great job installing the hot water heater. Matt and John left our home in perfect condition, so much so you would never know we had the job done today.Great job Matt, John and Gold Metal Service!!!!

    The service tech that came over to do the spring tune up, John, was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Although my central air system probably needs replacement he was not pushy at all. After discussion I decided to let his advisor come over and give me an estimate on a replacement system. The advisor, Dominic, came over the same afternoon. He was also very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of my situation and worked up a price on the spot. He gave me a very detailed written report on what needs to be done to get us back to having a reliable air conditioning system. Dominic was also not pushy at all, he just laid it out matter of factly. I have used Gold Medal to charge this system several times over the years and I must say all of the techs were as I described John and Dominic. I have also used their services to clean out my sewer pipes several times over the last few years. The guys that came to do that service were just as knowledgeable about their trade and provided their services with the highest degree of professionality. I highly recommend Gold Medal for any service you may need.

    The 5 stars are for the tech Norman Somerville, not for Gold Medal. My appointment was canceled twice and then rescheduled for between 12-4. Needless to say the other jobs ran longer and my actual time was 6:09 pm.

    5 star service. From calling to make an appointment to arriving at my home was a 3 hour turn around. A hour later my AC was up and running properly. Not to mention having the part I needed on the truck, because this wasnt the usual need for freon. The tech was professional, informative and polite. It was a pleasure doing business.

    Gold Medal A/C tune-up service was beyond expectations! Joseph was polite, friendly, and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism and explanation of the issues and work performed.     Im unsure where to start but I will keep this brief. Gold Medal has set the standard when it comes to professionalism and customer service.The techs that came were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and executed a flawless replacement of our AC system.What made our situation unique is our neighbor hired them to replace their system.Upon commencing, they inadvertently removed our unit mistakenly. After reconnecting and trying to service the unit back to normal operation, they opted to replace our system to us at no charge.There were no disputes, red tape and or excuses..They simply made us whole and gave a new unit.It was a tremendous experience to say the least. It was exemplary service and scheduled and performed seamlessly and expeditiously. All can learn from this top level execution of customer service.My own Business included. They have a new customer for life.
