The architect was on time and the customer service was very responsive to schedule next day. He was very detail and explained everything and went over the quote. He answers a lot of questions and very informative, very professional. Unfortunately, the quote was pretty high (compared to last year) and need to find another services who can paint and do the fooling. I will get two more quotes to confirm if this is reason pricing they ask for.
