Woke up Thx Giving morning to a leaking and broke Hot Water Heater with luke warm water, took a quick shower and called up R&S the Owner Don walked me through it how to get it lit temporary since it was the Holidays he put me on the schedule for the following week, i ran a hose from the leak to my garage drain, he said they would be there by 0900 hrs and they actually showed up at 0850 hrs, within 45 mins he had 1 old one out, and a new one on the way, he put the new one in within 2 hours total time, completed by 1100am. Price was about 500 cheaper than i expected. I will DEF use them again. I wish i wouldve known about them for my Boiler Replacement, but they were swamped and couldnt get to me on New Years for at least a month and i needed heat. Love the new Bradford & White 50 Gallon they last twice as long as the Box Stores. Thanks R&S Plumbing!!!!!!!!! D.

R and S did fast and effective work for us when we were out of town and our house sitter discovered our high-efficiency boiler had quit. They were at our house with the boiler working by the following morning. Would recommend!

Had them come out today to install hot/cold water in my garage. He was done in about 2 hours and work seems sturdy. Ill amend if something explodes over the next year or so, but for now... 5/5. No Complaints.

We called about a small leak in the pex line in our crawlspace. They came out the same day took a look and fixed it on site. They were so courteous and very efficient. Jeremy took the time to explain what he was doing.

I used these guys twice so far. The first time they drained and cleaned the air out of the pipes, fixed the bladder immediately, cleaned up and talked to me about other possible problems I might be having. Then when the heat wasnt coming back on, they came back immediately and fixed the situation free of charge.The second time wasnt the best experience but they did fix the water heater. He showed me the problem and that my water heater filter needs to be vacuumed periodically or it will not get the oxygen it needs to keep the pilot light lit. I was not so happy to pay the big bucks to watch the man vacuum for 5 minutes then leave but such is life. Now I know what to do. At least he showed me the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Thats why I gave them 4 stars.

Have used them for over 20 years. I have rarely been disappointed with the work.I have had property managers use other plumbers with unsatisfactory results. I end up returning to R & S for quality work. As a customer you should always explain your expectations before engaging any contractor.

It was a Sunday -16 out and my furnace was out. I called anyway even though they were closed. Someone answered. I asked if I could buy a pressure switch. I thought it was the culprit. He advises me to try another thing. It worked! No money and heat at 16 below ! Thank you whoever that was!Also broke a flame ignitor the week before, It was $42 there as opposed to $92 in town. Different brand but works great.Thank you whoever answered the phone 1/5 Sunday!

I had a No Heat issue on a cold day right before the weekend with my forced air furnace. Don showed up 20 minutes later diagnosed the issue, retuned with the part and installed it. Furnace is back to making heat. Thanks for the quick response and repairs

I called R&S when I realized my in-floor heat boiler quit working sometime over the summer. They were quick to diagnose a defective heat exchanger, order the part (which was obtainable two weeks earlier than estimated) and installed it way ahead of schedule. So grateful for their quality and quick service just a week or two before freeze up! My house is toasty warm now. I’ve been using them for many years and will continue to do so.

Despite the fact that I was able to find someone else to do the job (very poorly and frustratingly I might add) the representative on the phone took 20 min exchanging pictures of my business furnace to help me try and get it temporarily working. So my boiler/furnace was dripping water and I called R & S. They showed up on time, figured out the problem but the part was tough to find. Yet, 2 days later they found the part locally saving us from a shipment from Italy as it was a rare part. Installed it hours later. Leak fixed...Then, my Heater stopped working later that night. The technician came back, and my pump went out...he had a spare pump, installed and got me up and running in a matter of minutes. Knowledgeable technicians. Big shout out to Jeremy for the amazing service. Very professional service and at a good price. Would recommend to everyone.
