    Theo is great! He walked me through the repair to make sure I understand what is happening and why. He is very professional and is there to get you taken care of.     Theo is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure our new dishwasher was installed quickly, despite several bumps in the road (unforeseen plumbing issues and a broken door on the new appliance).He thinks through each issue thoroughly to make sure the work is done properly.     I really appreciate Theo and his team for coming to our rescue multiple times with toilet installs, faucets, and busted pipe fixes. Plumbing is a valuable skill needed in our community and I am really thankful for people willing to share their skills to benefit others. It’s busy season so please be patient with these guys as some fixes take longer than others and it’s hard to estimate how long their going to be on a job.

    The timing of our water heater failure was pretty bad, Thanksgiving night! Theo answered right away and showed up the next day. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend.

    We have used Courtesy Flush twice now. Once when our water heater started leaking late on a weekend night. He came out that night looked at it, told us we needed a new water heater and had it installed the next day. I was very impressed.The next time was for a clogged toilet, again he was super responsive and was able to fit me in same day. Got the toilet fixed quickly and the prices were very reasonable.Every interaction has been friendly and professional on his end, my dog however was not as professional and gave him multiple kisses.I will be using Courtesy Flush for any plumbing issue I have. Which to be fair I hope is not many, but I know who to call when they happen.

    After attempting to fix a drain pipe myself and botching the repair job, I was in a real pinch. I needed a plumber on short-notice to get my water back up and functional. I called Courtesy Flush and they were prompt at responding to my repair even though it was after hours and on a weekend. They got the leak taken care of quickly and they were professional and good quality. Would recommend and use again. Thank you!

    Very professional and saved me a lot of time and money. I called on a Sunday and we talked through an issue and since it wasn’t an emergency I didn’t have to pay extra over the weekend. The next day Theo came over and found the problem. It wasn’t plumbing related, so I was grateful for his expertise and thoroughness.

    Chase came to our home to clean out the bathroom sink drain. He was on time, professional, and polite. He was able to clean the drain, kept the area clean and even cleaned up the rest of the sink counter when he was done! I will use Courtesy Flush for any other pluming issues we have.

    Saturday night at 7pm we discovered water leaking in the garage. I called 5 different places. Theo answered on the first ring. He was here 15 minutes later. After checking the kitchen sink and refrigerator lines, Theo located a tiny pinhole leak in a plastic water line from one of the upstairs bathrooms - nowhere near where we expected the leak was coming from. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Flush!

    My experience with Courtesy Flush turned a bad day into a good one. All of the toilets and sinks in my home started backing up. Courtesy Flush was at my home within 25 minutes and determined the main drain line for my home was clogged. After the diagnosis the technician was able to clear the clog and offered to come back if I experienced any other issues. Thanks to Courtesy Flush I can sleep well tonight knowing my home is not going to flood.
