    Shubert Plumbing was wonderful. They were courteous, knowledgeable and fast - they fixed my plumbing issue in hours less than another plumber quoted me. Their estimate was also extremely affordable compared to the other quote I had. Email communication can take a day or two, so be patient. Nothing but thankfulness and relief at the great job Shubert did.

    I called from Texas with a problem at my home in Durango. The owner got on the phone with me and within an hour he had Bradley out to fix my problem. And then they called me to follow up. Five star review from me! First time I used them I had similar experience. Well done Shubert!

    We had issues with the diverter in our shower/bath. Called Schubert’s at 12:40 pm. By 2:50 we had a new working diverter and access panel! That’s just over 2 hours folks! Everyone from reception to technicians was courteous, responsive and professional. I would say the price was a good value but I have nothing to compare it to so I will say it was reasonable. We hoped to have this fixed for guests arriving in a little more than a week. In what universe does this happen, starting with a cold call, in 2 hours?We will recommend Schuberts whenever we have an opportunity.

    These guys are absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, the best service we have ever received in Durango. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, on-time... the list goes on with how great we were treated and how well our home was taken care of. We had two emergencies within three months time and they made our home a priority to fix as if it were their own. They even came out within the hour on a holiday.     We purchased a new home and the house had set empty for over a year. We tried a different plumber prior to using Shubert Plumbing. We had a lot of items on our check list to check out or replace. Ken and his team always kept us informed of the progress. They showed up when they said they would. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend.

    I had an emergency plumbing issue (no heat) and Ken and the team got me up and running immediately. Since they did such a great job, I had them build out my bathroom and in -floor hydronic addition as well, it all came out amazing, and they came up with some creative solutions as well! Love these guys, I don’t use anyone else.

    Shubert plumbing was recommended to us by our condo association. We had them completely replace all our old plumbing in our newly purchased condo and install all new full bathrooms (3) and kitchen plumbing and all drains. They did a great job and were extremely helpful when we needed them in a pinch to replace an old water heater that gave out while we were staying there on vacation. Thanks Shubert team!

    Always rare to find a company in Durango that promptly returns your calls and shows up when they say they will. Shubert responded right away to my call when we had a broken water line. They were super busy but managed to fit me in that morning and got our house up and running. The guys they sent were helpful and thorough. I will be using Shubert for all my plumbing needs in the future!

    The only plumbers to call me back in Durango! Kens daughter was empathetic to my situation and had her father stop by that day to assess the water heater. The two plumbers who installed the new water heater were very professional and nice. I would recommend these guys!

    Well Ive tried to call several times, left phone messages, sent an email, but nobody answers the phone, answers messages, or responds to emails so Im not impressed, guess I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame since theyre listed address is just a few blocks away.To his credit the owner did call Monday afternoon after I had written the review and said he had left for an early morning emergency call and had just gotten back to the office. He offered to come over right away but I had already made other arrangements.My suggestion would be that his cell phone be his business phone number because potential customers assume that business phones will be answered and have no idea what the reason is for them not being answered.I did call three times Monday and waited till about 1:30pm before I contacted another plumber.

    FAIR PRICES, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY! The most honest plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The first company I had out tried to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it. I knew this was a rip off, so I called around until I found Shubert Plumbing. They answered the phone every time I called, and quoted me the best price. I made the appointment with them for a couple of days out. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and polite. When I showed him the problem he said I think I can fix that easily for you without replacing the faucet. He tightened a nut down that fixed the leak immediately. Then, on top of that he didnt even charge me for coming out. He literally fixed my problem for free. It was an easy fix, but I know nothing about plumbing and he easily could have told me the faucet needed to be replaced and moved along with the repair. I would have paid, and would have have never known that I didnt need the replacement. Thats what you call INTEGRITY. Ive been around a while and owned a couple of older homes that needed numerous repairs. I have never in my life dealt with such an HONEST and HELPFUL company. You bet if I ever need a plumber in the future I am going with these guys. This is truly an amazing company. Dont even bother calling around. Hire Shubert immediately.
