    My water heater went out and Joe came by to inspect it. He identified that the 23 year old heater could not be repaired. My landlord authorized a replacement right then and there with a tap of a couple of buttons on Joes tablet. To my surprise Joe was back within an hour with a state of the art electric water heater and had it fully installed within a couple hours. Kudos to him and Element Plumbing.

The install went well and they were sure to test everything before leaving. They were so attentive and great that we requested a quote for replacing our aging hot water tanks with a tank-less system.     Anthony & Joey were excellent! Joey was so thorough with his inspection and diagnosis. He seemed to really care about our issue and was very diligent about getting to the bottom of our problem.     Roy was our Knight in shining Armour! We had no water in the house and Roy came out on Sunday morning to evaluate. We needed a new pump and he had it to us on Monday morning. It was a lengthy install as we also added a water softener to the system. It was a complicated situation and he patiently worked through it and coming out later in the evening to explain the system to us. We live in a rural area south of Pagosa Springs so his work is so appreciated, thank you Roy for going the extra mile!

    Very pleased with the work from Element Plumbing! They came out to my place off College Drive and did a quick and thorough job replacing a section of water pipe behind the wall. They stuck to their quote too, so I didnt have any surprise billing! Plus, they were able to come fix it the very next day!     Roy and Anthony came to our mothers 1880s era house where the entire plumbing system was completely blocked. The house is too old to have a cleanout so they had to remove the toilet for access. They used their camera to find and clear the blockage and also took photos that showed serious failures in the system. They were great to work with and explained everything they were going to do before they did it, then shared their findings every step of the way, and left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. We would definitely recommend Elemental to anyone with plumbing issues.

    We had our gas shut off by the utility company after they found a leak downstream of their meter. I called Element and Joe arrived about an hour later. After spending a few hours testing all of the lines in our crawl space we determined that the issue was on the buried line under our concrete patio. Joe and I discussed a plan to replace the line and replumb the gas system. Joe, came back with Tom and Roy and installed the new piping. They were quick and professional and worked hard to get our heat back on. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

    Had a new wash and dryer being installed but my lines where corroded, I have Element a call and they sent out Joey. What an excellent and honest experience I had. He was prompt, on time, and informative.He gave me info on my current system and what the best course of action would be for my situation. He then suggested doing a check of some other systems and found nothing wrong besides what I called out for. It’s hard to find an honest plumber in Durango so thank you for that Joey.As for the free estimate, I don’t think I could have called out a better company.Thanks again !!     Roy and Andrew were able to come to my business the day I canned to fix our leaking plumbing. I was at another job but they called and walked me through all the options over the phone and explained everything through their estimates. Having estimate options emailed to me what’s a huge help.     Im very impressed with Element Plumbing. Tom and Joe were very knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and listened to the issues I was having. They solved the problem within 20 minutes, and my water system is very old. I had another company come in twice ( charged me twice for the same problem) who could not figure it out and wanted to replace my entire system.They are the first company I have seen who use shoe covers in the house.     Element Plumbing is awesome! My fifty-year-old thin wall PVC sewer pipe had failed in the crawl space under our kitchen on Saturday. I called Element Plumbing the next Monday and they came out and inspected it on Tuesday. After running a camera thru the pipe, they noted that this pipe was a poor candidate for relining due to its deteriorated condition.They provided me a proposal the same afternoon which I accepted on Thursday and gave them a deposit. Due to the urgency of my situation Tom, Roy, David, and Anthony showed up first thing Monday morning and went to work. They even stayed until 7pm that night to get the water back on for the evening. They came back the next day to finish the work and by the end of Tuesday they had completed this project - a remarkable feat!Element Plumbing dug out the 25 of existing pipe in the crawl space under my kitchen (not fun!) and replaced it with a proper sch.40 PVC pipe. Then outside they pipe burst the thin wall pipe while pulling 100 of HDPE (high density polyethylene) out to the city sewer main. So in two days, and one week after getting their proposal, I have a brand new 125 of sanitary sewer line under my house and out to the city sewer main in the alley.Element Plumbing went the extra mile to help me out in this situation. The quality of their work is exceptional and thank you Tom, Roy, David, and Anthony - you are the best! :)

    Prompt and friendly service! Our water heater needed replacement due to being super old and last installed in 91 . Joey came out gave me a fair quote and also fixed the pipes under the house as well.     Outstanding service! Tom was here right on time.My garbage disposal wasn’t working and he found the problem immediately and fixed it without any problem.     Great company. We had a really difficult to track leak that we couldnt figure out if it was upstairs or down. Roy and Joe helped us find a secret sink in our garage that we didnt even know about that was the cause. Even the front desk Ladies were super nice. It makes a difference in situations like this when you have kids and no water. Theres a big emotional element to these things and they handled it, and us well.

    I had a great experience with Mr. David Star. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work. Looks for the best way to handle your situation. Does not pressure you to by something you dont need.     Wow great service!! We had several guests at our house when the water heater quit working. The technician that came out inspected the shower and gave me a few options to fix the situation. The drain is now flowing & the odor is gone thanks to Element who made it such an easy process.     Had a water pressure surge that caused a pressure release valve to need replacement at my downtown property. M&R Plumbing came out and said a whole bunch of stuff needed replacement to the tune of $4k+. I called Element and they had Garland Jones come out a day earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. Garland assessed the situation, gave me three options (minimal repair, repair all that was damaged, and a replace everything quote). I chose to repair/replace all that was damaged and the total bill was $1,294 - work completed that same day. 10/10, would make them my first call next time.

They assessed the project without presenting a picture of intractable doom first. A song and dance routine I was relieved to forego.I dropped another local company based out of Farmington who do a lot of business here but did not inspire confidence and were unwilling to bid the job in one piece. Im happy with my decision and would do it again in a heartbeat.They are not the cheapest shop in town. However, sometimes you get what you pay for and I think Element is one such example.     Element Plumbing came highly recommended by several friends so when we needed to extend our gas line we reached out for a quote. Joe came out within a couple of days of calling and once we approved the quote we were able to schedule the service right away. This is a huge plus. If my water heater was going out, I’d ask about it lol.
