    Chandler did a fabulous job for us. He replaced tanks in our whole-house water filter system. His knowledge, workmanship and customer service were outstanding. We will enthusiastically use M&R for our plumbing service.

    Were new to the area and wanted to get our system checked before winter. I received some recommendations to use M&R and we were very happy with their service. They were helpful on the phone, got us quickly scheduled for a service call and the technician was right on time.Technician (Lance) was helpful, polite, respectful of our house (wearing shoe coverings etc), and walked me through our system as he was doing the checkup. Their rates were competitive/very reasonable and follow up was great as well. Highly recommended!

    M&R Plumbing Technician Obid kept me informed from expected arrival time and throughout the issue diagnosis and final repair. He was courteous, clean and professional. Impressed also by the team focused company. When found a part needed not on the vehicle. He coordinated with a team member who picked up the part. They then met at at a location so he could get that part and return to finish. This cut down the time traveling both ways. Brilliant team strategy.

    Jon, as well as the young lady who answered my call, were the ultimate representation of fabulous customer service. I had to call on a sat and was treated with such kindness and understanding. Jon was not only extremely kind and respectful, he is very knowledgeable and as a new homeowner, I asked lots of questions which he gracefully answered and helped me learn what I needed to know. He also coordinated a follow up visit with the team as I mentioned needing to get my furnace looked it. M&R has a customer for life from me- thank you!

    Jason was intelligent in his assessment of the problem. They actually did what he said they would do. His Assistant was spot on, and I feel confident in their assessment and work. This was third overflow in one week. If it had been taken care of properly the first time,it would not have happened again. When the customer asks for the blockage to be dealt with, It should be cleaned out, completely. Experience speaks for itself. I was not asking to be impressed with fast talk, or a cheaper rate. We, the owner and I wanted the problem taken care of. Thank you Jason and your Assistant for cutting out the roots in the old line. Cleaning out the line to the Citys main was critical, all the way was necessary. NOW, we can move forward. Thank you. M &R did have a good response time to my calls.

    Our boiler malfunctioned leaving us with no heat or hot water. Iā€™ve previously used other services but after seeing all the M & R trucks around Durango I thought Iā€™d give them a try and what a pleasant surprise! From the professional sounding lady answering the phone to the quick response ā€œafter hoursā€ by Jonathan we could not have been more pleased with M & R!!!Our problem was quickly diagnosed by Jonathan, he presented us with the ā€œprojected cost on the spotā€and then returned the next morning as promised with the parts, made the repairs and the final bill was exactly as he had shown us the evening beforeā€¦no surprises. No wonder this company has grown like it has!

    Jason was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We joked about the magic of plumbing work. A great conversation while he assessed the issues and set about fixing the problem. He took the process at step at a time and gave clear explanation of what he thought was the problem, how he was going to fix it and the cost.     Tomas and Jarrod arrived promptly to install our new well water filter. They were professional, personable, and efficient. Tomas directed and they immediately began to cut out the bathtub where the equipment would be placed. Within hours they were ready to install the filter that Sterling delivered. The two day job, which also entailed rerouting the plumbing in the crawl space to the new filter location, was actually completed by days end. They helped me bring items back into the bathroom and even vacuumed the area, leaving everything as it was before the installation began.I Highly recommend M & R Plumbing.

    As Iā€™ve come to realize, M&R is and will be the only company that I will use for their many services. They were out to make a substantial repair to my boiler a few days prior when a faulty part caused some issues with my hot water. The faulty part was a manufacturing issue and I could have limped the system through the weekend as I had called it in late Friday afternoon. Jonathan was on site to fix the issue later that evening and stayed late to make sure there wouldnā€™t be any additional issues because of the elaborate boiler system. Just as Iā€™ve left stellar reviews for other team members of the M&R family, Jonathan has two thumbs up from me for his professionalism and sincerity. He even text me over the weekend to make sure the boiler system was working properly.Again, you get what you pay for and I highly recommend you contact M&R for any of their services if needed.I feel bad for their competitors because too many of them have shown zero interest in years past to be the company that shines.Thanks for the stellar customer service Jonathan. You and the others I have had out to fix the boiler are being advertised by word of mouth to anybody I know. I am a huge supporter of finally having a company in the area that does it the right way.

    Jason did an excellent job, diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very honest when asked why the leak happened, he stated it was because the previous plumber had not replaced Insinkerator sink ring with the new garbage disposal parts, which led to leak.     Excellent experience with Obid at M&R plumbing. I recommend him 110%!! The estimate and work was done the same day that I inquired about service. Obid fixed the problem and left everything clean and tidy and in perfect working condition.Obid returned the next day to fine tune some of the plumbing work. He was knowledgeable and courteous.Since my first review, M&R has also worked to make our water pressure consistent. When adjustments needed to be made after the initial installation of that equipment, they came out quickly and worked to get it right. Each time weve worked with different service people and theyve each been top notch in terms of customer service and professional expertise. Well keep using M&R!

    M & R replaced a 45 year old septic system. Employees Ralph, AJ, Josh and Derrick were very professional and communicated all along the way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They worked very hard with minimal breaks in hot weather and went above and beyond to leave my yard nice. The quote Daniel gave me was fair and worth every penny. This is not the first job M&R has helped me with and I am never disappointed. No surprise they are number one!

    After calling numerous people and essentially getting ghosted trying to get a water heater installed in my home, M&R got me settled in an hour flat.I now have estimates and am scheduled for service! Literal weeks of dealing with other people resolved in an hour! Cant recommend them enough.Update: 2 days later, I have a new water heater in! They were professional, did the work quickly, and cleaned the area as part of the job. 10/10 service. Will use again.

    We were 100% confident in Obids ability to install our new dishwasher from the moment he arrived. While some customers may be slightly concerned to witness his pre-job warm up routine, we rather enjoyed watching him run around pumping his fists in the air and knee sliding all over our gravel driveway while blasting Eye Of The Tiger.The original owner of our property was an idiot, and thus left plenty of curve balls and what the hell is this obstacles for Obid to figure out. Which he did, honestly, quite perfectly. And yes, Im sure some customers may question his need to put on a very bright and very pink bandana while listening only to Britney Spears Baby one more time on repeat until the problem is figured out. We didnt mind, especially given the quality of work.At one point I personally witnessed Obid hooking up a dishwasher line while fighting off an attacking polar bear while talking to his immediate supervisor on the phone.In addition to the giant polar bear, Obid also encountered several land sharks and even some prehistoric feathered creatures. He did not allow any of these distractions to stop him from getting the job done.11/10 would recommend Obid for all of your plumbing needs!

    Tomas was outstanding. He was fun to talk with, he was very professional and knowledgable. I had two problems. He fixed the first in about 3 minutes! The second was a bigger deal. He worked to diagnose the problem and explained what he was doing as he worked. He even called his supervisor to consult about part of the problem. I learned a lot from his explanations. When he finished, he advised me of preventative action I can take in the future. I appreciated his thorough efforts to clean up the mess left by the water heater.

    Called to have leaky sink looked at on Monday morning. M&R arrived by 1 pm, did a quick assessment of all plumbing concerns I had in my house. A number of issues were identified and pricing for each task was factored separately. I was able to choose the problems that I wanted to have fixed,which included several due to own doing as an amateur plumber. The work was performed efficiently and with good humor.     Hi, its me again! Once you start fixing a problem the rest start coming to light! If this keeps up were going to be on a first name basis! šŸ˜„ This review is proof M&R stands by their work! Chandler was sent out for my tub and toilet not draining, just had my sewer main replaced but the line was clear, after much trouble shooting, head scratching, crawling in the crawlspace (sorry you had to get under there, its a creepy place to me) he found the issue. I have a 2nd, smaller main line that was missed and detached from bigger main during the install of the new line. I have never seen a hole dug and the line repaired that fast AND managers arent afraid to come get their hands dirty because they know many hands make light work. Bravo guys, Im sorry you had to work that hard on a Saturday, you have my absolute gratitude! You cant even tell they had to dig up my yard! Now that is impressive!!

Canyon Salazar and his team rocked it. Man, that guy knows how to sweat a pipe! Canyon was extremely knowledgeable and explained his work every step of the way. Plus he and his helper Chris were very courteous and patient during the entire time doing a complete and perfect installation. I will continue to use M&R for all of my future plumbing needs.     On time. Actually early!!! Professional and courteous is an understatement.I had a different plumbing company come out twice for my radiant infloor heating issue and after two visits still couldnā€™t give me a satisfactory answer as to why the system didnā€™t function properly. James took 2 minutes and solved the mystery!!! Yeah James!Then to the faucet issue.     Chandler did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. I had a small issue immediately afterwards that I was unsure if it was related to the work or not. Chandler came back the same day I called and fixed it for no cost. More expensive than other services, but they show up and get the job done.

    I called and they were able to come out that day... even earlier than they said. I received a text and a phone call personally from Jimmy Herrera that he was on his way. Talked about what I had done to try and fix the issue before.. he listened and advised with a confidence that was reassuring. After he diagnosed the issue himself.. he called before any repairs as this was a rental unit. Once again he gave me the attention needed and let me know my options. He also supported me not going ā€œfull boarā€ into replacing the whole water heater and simply gave me the quote if this is what I wanted now. But no pressure at all. He was jovial, pleasant and sincere with all of his advice and fixed the water heater ASAP. I had other plumbers come out but none of them fixed the problem. It wasnā€™t something necessarily difficult, but it was about problem solving and fixing the core problem not just the obvious one. I felt the service was superior and would definitely callM&R Plumbing again!

    I needed a plumber to hook up a gas line for a fire pit. I called multiple plumbers. M&R was the only one that answered the phone. I worked with Kory and he went out to the site the next day and was both friendly and helpful with all of the questions I had.
