    My entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. I was in sudden need of a new water heater; I was able to request service online and then continue communicating with the office through email which is a huge help to someone whose job does not allow for much personal phone time. I was offered service times as quickly as 2 days later.On the day of service, I received a text message alerting me when the technician was on his way and they supplied a link to a website that tracked his travel progress on a map so I knew exactly when to expect his arrival.My technician was Michael D end he was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly coordinated the arrival of a second technician to help complete a job that became bigger than what was initially expected. Ive had situations like this in the past where the bigger/unexpected job needed to be rescheduled to another day, but Lifeline quickly adapted and the job was done same day! The quality of the work was equally exceptional. I would absolutely use their services again.

    Miguel has been a treasure to us. He has helped immensely with all of our plumbing problems and has been with us through the entire journey. When we didnt have water, instead of leaving us high and dry, he went the extra mile in making sure that the job would be done that day in order for us to have water again. He helped us in getting things moving again when we needed more things done to our pipes despite the fact that his part of the job was done and we were talking to others within the same company.     Daniel and Nick did a nice job. Showed up on time and got to work quickly to replace our furnace. Put in a lot of time and effort to install a new unit and fix some existing venting and drainage issues. Showed me everything and explained what all was done. Provided the information I need to register for the warranty. Respected my home and cleaned up. Overall a great experience for a not so great situation.

    5 stars. I used to use 4 Seasons until they didnā€™t show and then had no way to make a sooner appointment. Glad it happened because now I have a new favorite with Lifeline, scheduling was easy and very friendly, they sent email and text reminders, and even have a tracker for when the tech is on the way. Jimmy was on time each of the 2 visits and furnace is working great and now I finally have a working Humidifier that the other place wouldā€™ve charged way too much to replace for a single home owner. I definitely reccomend!

    Miguel was great. My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and it was only a matter of time before my basement flooded. Miguel installed a new water heater in the middle of the night and installed new pipes and brought my system up to code. Great guy and solid operator.

    We just moved into Sleepy Hollow and the current 75 gallon water heater needed to be replaced. Using google I searched local companies and Lifeline plumbing was one of the top rated in the area. Mike D was our installer and he was excellent. He came out to look at our current situation and gave us immediate quotes on several different options. We ended up going with a tankless water heater. Our original quote was on a Friday and they scheduled and completed the job on the following Tuesday. Mike D was professional, personable and most importantly did an excellent job installing the new tankless water heater. He also kept is in the loop the day of the install showing progress. Iā€™d use Lifeline and Mike D again.

    Had a bit of an emergency when I tried to replace the cartridge in my shower. The solder on the valve failed, and needed a fast appointment. Lifeline dispatched the next day; and Nathan was professional, and was clear what it was going to take to complete the job quickly.     Sam and Tyler are phenomenal! We had a filtered water replacement, sink replacement, etc and they were thorough. Very professional, friendly, and willing to teach/show me what theyā€™re doing. If you have an autoimmune disease, I insist you make the switch if itā€™s within your budget. Clean water is worth the investment.

    Great experience from the moment that I decided to call! Phenomenal & polite receptionist that answered my call and got me scheduled for a same day HVAC consult within a few hours to meet with a technician! Also loved the text/email features to confirm the appointment time frame and location of the technician when he was in route! The technician (Dan) also called an hour prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment which I thought was very professional! When he arrived he was extremely knowledgable about HVAC and explained everything to me in great detail as he worked to keep me informed of my options with different price points. He completed the work in a professional mannor and repaired the issue on the spot! The technology used for me to sign the estimate, and automatically receive a copy and make payment with my credit card for the work via his ipad was a great convenience as well!     We called LifeLine when our drain lines at our restaurant backed up, Miguel showed up earlier than anticipated, which was a great surprise. We were already open for business so he had to work while quests were being seated. He performed all his required tests before determine a plan of action. All pipes were cleared before he left and he highly recommended that our grease pit be cleaned to ensure no further back ups occur and that we work with our neighbor on maintaining their drain lines as well as we share pipes that go to the sewer.     Sam and his apprentice Tyler came out for an issue I was having with my shower. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive.     Mike D. and Kyle P. did a great job installing a tankless water heater. Not only did they work quickly considering they had to remove the old tank and re-configure pipes for the new tankless heater, but they left the area cleaner than when they found it. Mike also took the time to figure out our temperature preference for the hot water, and did a brief explanation of the operations. I really appreciate their efforts in getting our hot water back quickly!

    No one plans for a disaster when it hits. I was beyond pleased with the level of service from Lifeline. Abigail, the office lady, helped us push up our appointment as it became an emergency in the middle of the night. Her response time (literally texted me at 3am to schuedule us)and ability to put my mind at ease was outstanding.Kyle, our plumber, came in quickly, identified the problem, and fixed it right away.     We are grateful to Lifeline for sending Nate out yesterday to assess the location and reason for the water gushing into our basement and to do a few necessary repairs inside our house.     Dan Powell arrived on time to perform routine maintenance on the Furnace system that Lifeline installed a few years ago, as well as the humidifier. He was friendly, courteous & professional, explaining what he was doing & why as he evaluated how the thermostat, humidifier, & furnace were functioning. Dan gave me some tips on how to keep the pvc pipes clean & helped me find future air filters online after he changed the furnace filter, cleaned the furnace & altered the duct return to improve air flow. Dan is so pleasant and efficient! We feel safe for another year.

    I had a leaking kitchen faucet and called Lifeline on the 4th of July requesting service the next day. I received a text and a call saying theyā€™d send someone between 10-1 today. The technician Miguel arrived right on time and explained everything thoroughly. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything very well. He then explained the new faucet and reminded me to register for the warranty. He was very kind and helpful. I felt the price was also reasonable. I have used Lifeline for many years and theyā€™ve put in a furnace, air conditioner, water treatment system, and repaired leaky faucets and toilets. I highly recommend them.

    I was very pleased with the professional service provided by Miguel. I felt I could trust him to give me the best options. He was very thorough in inspecting the sewer line and explained each step. He also offered some good advice on the maintenance of sewer line to avoid future problems. Lifeline came highly recommended from my neighbor, and I will continue to pass on their good work.     Even though we had some issues with the on-call service, the ACTUAL at-home service was phenomenal. We had an issue with an ejector pump. Dan checked the system and removed a foreign object. He double checked to ensure the pump was performing properly. Dan also informed us of what to look for with our home being over 20 years old. If the review was only for Dan, it would be 5 stars.

    My neighbor friend recommended Lifeline after I had some water in the basement. Mike D was great to work with and explained what was causing the issue along with providing instant quotes. He answered all of my questions and even showed me the old ejector pump and the new one that was being installed.     I called Lifeline to diagnose a slow flowing main drain. They promptly sent out Nathan the same day who successfully snaked the sewer line. Upon finding substantial tree root growth in the line, it was determined Hydro jetting the line was necessary. Nathan was knowledgable& courteous.

    Our Lifeline representative for our whole home plumbing inspection is Miguel Herrera. He has done work for us several times, and each time he was superb. This time he found a potential problem with our water heater, catching it before it became a real active problem. In the past Miguel had come to our home for an emergency in the middle of the night, and was extremely prompt, efficient, professional, and made me feel as if it was no imposition at all.
