    The guy did a good job, but I called and requested an itemized and didnt receive one. My sister was quoted between $300 - 400, the guy quoted me $575.00 and I ended up paying $585.00. The toilet is new, but she only paid $148.00 for it. I want an itemized bill!!!!! I am happy with the service and not happy with the billing service.

    Chan was awesome! He replaced an outside faucet and added a lever valve shut off valve. Plus he replaced the out of code ice maker water line connection, added a shut off valve there and drilled new holes through joists and floor in order to get our new fridge a water line connection. Chan is hard working and professional and I will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter in the future for any future plumbing issues.     Excellent company to work with even on holiday hours, had a kitchen sink drain that was not fixed by the usual methods, so I had to find a plumber on Sunday evening. Tian came to the house in a timely manner and was able to quickly locate the problem. Through his expertise and use of professional tools he had the kitchen drain cleared very quickly, and was easily and thoroughly able to explain the likely causes and how to prevent them from re-occurring. Additionally, their pricing was not jacked up, and was reasonable.

    Frankly, I did not have high expectations. But I couldn’t believe how quickly Roto Rooter responded. We had a sewer backup. Min, the tech who came, was absolutely awesome. He went right to work, explained what he was doing and spent a bunch of time helping us understanding how to prevent this problem in the future. He also filed paperwork with WSSC, our water and sewer company because the problem was on their end not on our property. Great experience with these folks, highly recommend.

    Amazing, amazingly thorough and pleasant! Nick looked through everything as much as possible before leaving. Fortunately the draino we used prior to their arrival cleared things out for our tenant, but they made sure all possibilities of backups in the system were checked out.     My service rep spent the better part of an afternoon into the evening snaking 75 feet of a sewer line after a major backup. The house is old and the main access to the line was inoperable. It took a lot of work to come up with an alternative plan and it required more than one idea, but he did and got things working again. He did a great job. Thank you!

    Roto Rooter provided great service to me on both October 16 and 17. On October 16, Plumber William came out and worked for at least 2.5 hours to clear the drain. He didnt have any luck but scheduled for another Plumber to come out on October 17. On October 17, Plumber Dama came out and cleared the drain. Both plumbers were professional, wore their masks, and kept me up with their progress. They even cleaned up after they were finished. A great job by Roto-Rooter, even the person that answered the phone on October 17 was nice. A GREAT experience. Will use them again.

    I had dealt with a slow running kitchen drain for a while. My own attempts to solve the problem did not succeed. My son suggested Roto-Rooter. Of course I had heard of their business but never used their services. I called and they were at my house in a few hours. My plumber, Jeff, was very efficient and told me what he expected he would have to do to fix the problem. There were no surprises. Jeff was friendly and took Covid precautions. When he left, the only sign that he had been there was a kitchen sink that was properly draining again.

    Roto Rooter took our situation with a stuck, partially blind squirrel that could not get out of our sump pump pipe seriously. She was scared by something and got stuck going in deep. The technician saw her and then weighed his options. She was blocking the way for any water to get out. He used his snake tool without the blades on the end to push through the drain. We saw the snake appear at the end but not her until suddenly a muddy little critter came streaking out like lightning. He happily removed her without any further damage to animal, pipe or pump. We cant thank them enough for helping us when another service wouldnt even return our calls on the weekend. Thank you, Kenny, our hero! :-)

    Our main sewage line got a backed up called RotoRooter and they send out a plumber within an hour. Our plumber was on time and professional. He explained the issue and after a camera scope we unfortunately needed the outdoor and indoor pipes replaced. RotoRooter came out the next day (Friday)and excavated and replaced our pipes. They excavation team did a great job and cleaned up our front yard nicely.Our plumber came back first thing Monday and replaced our indoor pipe and related pipes associated with our main plumbing. He even went the extra step and replaced the trap by our sanitary tub (we had not noticed a small leak). Overall, Mr. Khaing and his partner were so courteous and professional. They did a great job removing (cast iron) pipes and installing our new pipes. The cost for the whole ordeal was reasonable. We will be using RotoRooter in the future and will be requesting Mr. Khaing.

He did what he could, helped problem solve for a creative solution for us, and only charged us for his time.
