Doug has been a huge part of my success in managing multiple properties, he is the first person I call for a variety of different issues that come up. Hes quick to respond and having a plumber that I can trust saves me a ton of stress.

I made a appointment with them to install a Faucet and fix a big leak as well. Doug streamlined the old plumbing. removed the old drain pipe and put on the new faucet. It was a pretty big job and he explained each step along the way. He took his time and did a quality and professional job. I was happy with the price and everything now works fine. I would use him again if I need more plumbing work.

Doug Bamford was completely professional, thorough, and honest when working on a kitchen sink leak and outdoor bib repair. He was readily available via phone and text. He completed his work as described. He provided a thorough explanation - both written and verbally - for all the work that was done. He was completely reputable and great to work with. His pricing was reasonable and fair. I would highly HIGHLY recommend him for any work that you need for your home. He would be our go to for any work in Harford County, Maryland!!

So nice as a homeowner to have a plumber you can rely on! Polite, professional, prompt. Very responsive to calls/texts.With generations of knowledge behind him, Doug knows well the pipes and drains of years gone by not just the brand new pretty stuff of new construction. He is willing to explain the issue, suggest courses of action and give pricing up front. He does what he can to work with the existing and doesnt pressure sell new or high end items to pad his bill.We were referred to him for our kitchen sink and he did such a great job we have called him again for our bathroom. He was neat, and did the work within the quote given, even when some of the parts ended up costing him more. He is our go to plumber from now on!

Doug is great. No hoops to jump through like the chain company I previously utilized. He is like having a trusted handyman friend. He takes my call or text and coordinates with my tenant to schedule. Doug has repaired 2 toilets, garbage disposal and refrigerator water supply line. He has also gone to the house for a free consultation. I am able to pay with credit card over the phone and receive receipt via email. If you need help, trust Bamford.

I checked Yelp before scheduling my plumbing service and these folks were at the top of the local list.They didnt disappoint.My wife had to handle the visit since I was at work. She HATES to deal with contractors as they typically try to rip her off (she is quite timid).Bamford came through with exactly the service (well, actually more than expected) for less than I had budgeted for the repairs.So hats off to these honest plumbers (two words that arent often in the same sentence at the same time).

They fixed our radiators, which havent worked in forever. They literally changed our life. They were extremely pleasant and amazing to work with. They listen to the customer and made us feel as if we were a top priority We definitely plan on using them again Im the future if need be.

We got lucky when we first found Bamford Plumbing, because it was by accident. We were so pleased with their work, that we have continued to hire them for all of our plumbing needs over the last 10 years.I constantly refer people to Bamford. They never price gauge, always are timely, the pricing is more than reasonable, and they refer you to another service provide if something is not in their wheelhouse.I cant say enough good things!As long as Bamford is in business, they are our go-to!

Im updating my review, as Ive had work done by Doug twice now (first was a leaky bathtub, this most recent to replace and install a new water heater.) I cant say enough good things about the company. They are responsive, polite, qualified, and most of all honest and fair. Even though my house is a 60+ year old nightmare that in the case of both jobs caused more headaches than anticipated, Doug kept at the price he quoted and never complained or grew frustrated. I know if any future issues come up that I have a good plumber to turn to, one who wont gouge me or do shoddy work, and Ill definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Thanks again!
