Very happy with my experience!Matt, Brad, and the rest of the team did a great job with our recent electrical work. We had them install 2 ceiling fans as well as replace a light in a bathroom. We live in an old house that didn’t have any pre-existing lights or fans in the ceilings. They were able to cut and drill the needed holes from the attic down into the 2nd floor and did an amazing job. Looks flawless. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward, too. They even let my 3-year-old daughter (safely) watch while they worked. She was very excited. Would highly recommend.

Im exceptionally happy with my choice of hiring Lotus Electric.Matt came out for an estimate on a home breaker panel replacement and many other upgrades and did a thorough job examining the situation and offering suggestions and explanations. I got a detailed job quote the very next morning and scheduled the work.Just before the scheduled job I requested a little additional work and they gladly fit the into the scope of the project, no problem.The day of, Brad and Erik addressed every question and concern I had with skill and courtesy. They executed the work with acumen, and left the work site neat and tidy. Its a great feeling to have found a trusted business I can rely on. I will always call them for all of my electrical work. Matt was responsive and communicative. He did a great job helping us make sense of our electric system, from the main thru the two sub panels. Even marking the buried power lines from the pole to the house, garage and shop. Well definitely be keeping him on speed dial for our electrical needs.

Im so happy I found Lotus Electric. Matt and his team were professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and timely. They did great work with an entire-house electrical update at a very fair price! Ive been enjoying now having up-to-code electric, additional outlets in places that make sense, a bathroom fan, and overhead lighting. We had some outlets installed and had a reasonable price. So far so good. I liked they actually looked at things before starting it and making sure it was doable. Two things that I appreciated was there communication was great. They texted the appointment time and when they were coming out. They texted you when they were enroute. Had a few issues with other companies being extremely late is you dont know if they are coming or not. I also appreciate the invoice and can pay online. They cleaned up after themselves and were timely.

My wife and I own a home renovation company. We have hired Matt and Lotus Electric multiple times for projects. Usually we have them rewire the entire house, including replacing the panel. We have also hired Lotus to do smaller jobs, like finishing a basement. Either way, no project is too big or too small. And they always get the work done on time and on budget.Matt and his team are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There pricing is consistently the lowest and their work is always done right the first time. We give them our strongest recommendation. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!

I had a mysterious issue with canless recessed lights not working. Matt diagnosed the issue quickly finding a hidden transformer for the previous lights. He removed the transformer and rewired the box. They work great now! I highly recommend Lotus to anyone who is looking for a quality and reliable electrician.

We worked primarily with Matt to install and replace a couple of bathroom fans, repair some faulty wiring, and install wiring, outlets, switches, and a light fixture in a new bedroom. From the beginning, Matt was amazing. I called many different electricians for a bid, and he was the only one who was prompt in his response, in-person estimate, bid, and scheduling, and he was the only one I didnt have to call back to get things rolling. He was on the ball from the start. He also offered the best price! He and his team were very professional, punctual, patient, and efficient. They did beautifully on all the jobs and didnt even have to kill the electric while they worked -- that was nice because I work from home and was happy I didnt have to take the time off. I will absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we will certainly have them back for the next electrical job!

One would not expect to have electrical issues on a newly built townhome. Seems Covid-19 may have been a supply factor and we received inferior grade ground fault outlets in bathrooms and garage. Just say overly sensitive.The Lotus Electric electrician ran some load tests and viewed my standard outlets to find all wiring was very much on par and the plug-in outlets were the highest in the industry. His attention to detail made the discovery that this home was built a month before the new electrical code addressing total power source surge protection at input port. This detours the effects on electronic gear in the home after a lightning strike or spike in normal power.Our repairman was very congenial, good listener, extremely neat, had all necessary tools at hand. He had to get the protection device he suggested would be more piece of mind for us. This was a very short wait for his return and job completion.

He called back, he was there when he said hed be there, and he even handled some of the quicker repairs while he was out for an estimate. Him and his team performed a wide range of work on our home from canned lights, underground wire repair and fixture fixes and installs, all to a very high degree and for a much better price than we expected.
