I must say that I lack the words for how impressed I am with the service I received. My technician, Lonnie Woods, went above and beyond to assure my wife and my satisfaction. Initially, I contacted Mr. Rooter to repair/replace a toilet we were having problems with. Lonnie did such a fine job that we went ahead and hired him to fix a sink for us. Also, I have to also say that they were very affordable. They even recognized my military service by giving a generous discount.MR ROOTER has my dedicated loyalty from now on.

I was very happy with the front line crew. My only gripe is that I paid $700 for leak detection and I’m a member and still was required to pay half on the job before the job began. My peers say I overpaid for the job. I went with you all because of your crew. They deserve a raise. This positive review is based on the crew that did the work. I did feel as though I could’ve gotten the job done cheaper.

Saturday I had to shut off our water in order to install a new sink. All went well until I tried turning our water back on.The valve on our side of the meter stripped out and would not turn on.Mr. Rooter was the only place to respond and call me back. And it only gets better. Very caring and prompt help. With in 30 minutes someone was here checking out our situation. It was determined I needed a whole new main line run from the meter to the house, replacing very old pipe.By 11 am Sunday we had water, and everything cleaned up. I can not express how great the two guys were, who worked so hard in the morning heat to get our water running. We are very pleases with Mr. Rooter and their staff. We have several projects that need to be done. We will be calling Mr. Rooter again.Thankyou so much!

Had them come out to replace a hot water Cartridge that was leaky in a tub. The cost was just under 300.00. It lasted about 6 weeks apparently due to the water temp. They sent the same tech (Brad F. who was great)Brad via his supervisor informed me they would warranty the work and replace part in a couple days. I was unable to wait as I had a sick child at home so I replaced the cartridge myself and adjusted the water heater temp to Mr. Fountains specs. I do appreciate them standing behind their work and / or offer to replace the part.

I had an issue with a leak from my tub faucet and sink. I called on Thursday, had a technician out on Friday morning and the issues were fixed Monday. The ladies in the office definitely set the first tone for the business. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My technician, Cody, was absolutely amazing! He was on time, kept everything clean while he worked, showed me what he was doing during the process, made sure I understood what was being done and was very kind. I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone and will use only them if any future issues arise!

When we received a water bill that was double our usual, we immediately called a plumber and the office staff who took our information and got us set up with an appointment were so kind. They were up front about costs and were able to get us scheduled with a next day appointment. They called next day to say they’d had an opening if we were ok with them coming earlier. When the plumber (Brad, I believe) arrived, he was in and out in less than an hour! Issue fixed and everything! We will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again!
