Our water heater died on a Saturday evening (messy and hugely inconvenient).😱Members of a local Facebook group had several recommendations. Based on those recommendations, I called Accurate, Amanda, Fritz Baumann, and Jack Woods.Only Mike from Accurate Plumbing responded and sent someone (his son) out the very next morning (Sunday) to replace our water heater. They were polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy!I am extremely impressed with their work ethic, service, and how easy they were to work with (and also to see young people who feel called, entering the trades)! Equally thrilled to have hot water again! 🥳I will absolutely contact them for any future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with shower head dripping water. I contacted the company for service since one of my neighbors had recommended them.A technician came and fixed the problem, however, after some time, it started dripping again. I called the company and this time, Mike, a skilled technician, came to my house. Mike is great. He took his shoes off at the door and spent time to check the valve and did a thorough job to repair the shower head valve. Mike is professional and very skillful.The Accurate Plumbing is also great in honoring their warranty promise. Five stars for Mike and five stars for the company.

Bill and Cameron did an excellent job fixing the leaks under my kitchen sink that were caused by someone else replacing the sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They checked everything thoroughly and discovered multiple issues. Each item was addressed, fixed accordingly, and double or triple checked to ensure it was fixed. They were punctual, polite, and effective in fixing the pipe. Also, they cleaned up after the job was complete. I most definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. He even recommended me change things with my current washer and dryer that I didn’t even think about! He even removed old appliances for us and the left the place better than ever!!

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.
