Richard worked on a few projects for me; upgrading some outlets, fixing light switches, installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom. He is very nice and approachable and answered any/all questions I had. He communicated very well. He cleaned up after his work and explained any issues that came up while giving options to choose from. His prices are very reasonable. Im excited to have finally found an electrician that is trustworthy and knowledgeable after trying 3 others first.

Rich was wonderful to work with. We upgraded our electric panel and installed an electric car charger. Rich answered all of our questions before the work began and throughout the process. Along the way, he educated us about things he noticed about the electrical service in our home. We have lived here for less than a year and there are some issues from the previous owners. He was clear about what needed to be done from a safety perspective and what could be done to make the system better. In other words, he was extremely honest. He told us that there were some issues and also that they didnt necessarily need to be fixed unless they bothered us. Highly recommend. He will be our go-to electrician going forward.

I was referred to Rich to deal with some surprise electrical problems in my new old house. He was able to come over the next morning and worked half a day to fix several problems. He did a great job and was just what we needed.

I was having my gas range installed by my plumber when we all realized the incorrect size outlet was behind the stove, one for a dual fuel range not a gas range. I panicked as I was already on the clock for the plumber and they said to call an electrician while they did some other work. I called around without any responses and finally saw Rich Gibbons number and great reviews. He immediately responded to my phone call, listened patiently to what I needed and let me know he may be able to help. He asked for photos, gave me a few options, a reasonable estimate and then Jack the electrician, who was in the area, was at my house in 3 hours (exactly like he had said). He also had those little protective booties over his work boots which was a nice touch since I hate the idea of debris being dragged around the house. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and the plumbers were able to return at lunch time to connect the stove. I still cant believe what great service I received from Rich and Jack. I have had a hard time just getting estimates for some electrical work let alone having someone show up, same day! I am thoroughly impressed and will be calling them for future work. Thank you Rich and Jack!

Richard is the best electrician I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the problem with the radiant floor in my bathroom and researched the right controller to get as a replacement. He made it easy for me to order a replacement by texting an Amazon link later that day. While he was here he diagnosed and helped find a solution for a broken light in my stove hood. He was on time, very nice, professional, and charged reasonable prices. And he joked around with my kids while he was here. Such a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend.

Very professional and Id highly recommend. I reached out to Richard on a Saturday about an issue that we were having with a number of outlets. Richard actually attempted to walk me through the issue before scheduling the service call (A+ customer service with trying to save a potential customer time and money). He came up the next morning to fix our problem and I got little big more educated about my house.

Rich and his team wired and mounted our TV above our fireplace. They did a great job with the positioning of the new electrical and cable outlets so they are hidden from view but easily accessible. Rich was very fair and honest in regard to the final bill. He reduced the bill from his initial estimate based on the work that was actually done.

I’ve had Rich out to the house a few times now and each time is more impressive than the last. His work has been excellent from start to finish each time. He and his crew are meticulous at cleaning up any mess they make and really go out of their way to make sure the end result is exactly what you wanted. I’ve also been really happy with his communication on things. His estimates are written out in detail so you know what is being done and what it will cost. He takes the time to answer all of your (or your wifes) questions and picks up the phone when you call. I highly recommend him for any electrical job big or small.
