Called Mike Harkins and he promptly returned my message. We talked about pricing and what I needed to be done (outlets, switches, gfci, and dimmer).Arrived early and got right to work. Mike was very thorough and explained exactly what he was going to do.I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.Great work at a reasonable price.I would highly recommend!

We have frequent power outages where I live. Dad’s installed a generator transfer switch so I could plug in my generator when the power goes out. It is very useful to have. Any time I need an electrician I call Dad’s Electric Inc., they always do a good job, they respond back when you call and they are reasonably priced.

Very satisfied with my experience with Mike from Dad’s Electric. Also very satisfied with the quality of work and price. This was my best experience with a residential contractor.I had issues with my upstairs lighting. Some lights would turn on and others would not. All circuits were on, so I had no idea what was causing the lights NOT to come on. I am not an electrician and don’t feel comfortable fixing electrical issues. Mike came over, crawled thru the attic/insulation, figured out the issues, and fixed it. When the job was complete I was very happy with the price. Method of payment is very easy too. Dad’s Electric is top notch.

We needed some outlets installed and light fixtures changed & went with Dads based on Facebook recommendations. Good call. They got us on the schedule in a reasonable time and did a great job for a fair price. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again should we need electric work.

I needed (2) GFI outlets replaced, a ceiling fan install (+ wiring) and (2) builder-grade hallway lights swapped out for more modern fixtures.Mike and his apprentice were prompt, professional, courteous, and one heck of a knowledgeable and nice team.I WILL use Dad’s Electric again!

I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Dads Electric. I noticed a wire overheating in the electrical panel. Mike showed up the same day to evaluate it and came back the next day to fix it. He showed up when he said he would, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and gave a very fair price. Im new to the area and happy to say Ive found my go-to electrician. I highly highly recommend Mike Harkins and Dads Electric.

Dad’s Electric came out to help us hook up our generator and converter panel super early in the morning! We luckily had not had to use it in a while and they were so helpful after this last storm. Came right out. Could not ask for a more fair or honest electrician. We have been very happy with them over the years! Can’t recommend enough.
