    I am very happy with the electrical update completed by Towles Electric. They replaced our out-dated recessed kitchen lights with new LED lights and added additional lights to brighten our living room/dining area.I appreciated receiving their project estimate in a timely manner. Additionally, they started the project on time and cleaned up after completion.We used their services at our prior home as well. I highly recommend these professionals!Lauretta Cooper

    I highly recommend them. did a great job 8 years go on my chandlier and ceiling fans. 8 years later came back to check chandelier and it was fine just needed slight adjustment. the problem was cosmetic not from thier work . no charge. Im impressed and grateful.

    Excellent service, very professional, but the price was a little high. UT these days, what isnt?. Id recommend them, based on the techs that did the work.Edited After Covid Recovery: 10/10/2022I gave these people high marks with their work. I give them a low rating for their prices.My Story so you can be the judge:My GFCI (General fault circuit interrupt) outlet in the kitchen went bad.The right side button was stuck inward and the outlet as well as the other three outlets in the kitchen were not working. I was feeling sick that day.I took a covid test to make sure it wasnt covid,which turned up negative, but went positive 24 hours later. So I hired these folks to take care of the problem. They were here for about 40 minutes,give or take a few. Very professional,no complaints in that department. My final bill , including a 5% senior citizens discount was $302.10. This is for 1 receptacle. I dont like giving bad reviews and have only done so a couple of times,but to me that was very pricey for what was done. So you make the decision based on my words. Would I hire them again? Not at that price.I did eventually get covid , so I was sick the morning they came out.It took weeks for me to figure out and come to my senses to realize what I did. Im embarrassed because the problem is something I could have fixed myself. Thats my peace. I have the receipt for proof and will probably put it in a picture frame for a reminder. Again, the 2 techs that came out were very professional. My complaint is the price!!!!10-10-2022

    Towles electric was recommended by Dover pools to have the electric installed for my above ground pool. They came out and did a free quote which they emailed to me two days later. I felt like the price might be a little high but to be honest I dont know the going rate for this job. I was more worried about getting the job done right than penny pinching so I went with them. They came out despite it being a rainy day and installed my electric for me and had an inspector come out the next day to pass everything. They installed exactly what I wanted and all the work looks good. I really like the timer installed inside my garage as well. They were friendly and answered all my questions.

    The overall experience was very positive. Joshua presented the work order clearly and performed his duty quietly and efficiently. We were happy to have him in our home and , as the matter of fact, asked him to come back for more work..if needed...

    Could not say enough about Towels Electric. Professional, honest, reasonably priced. Had 6 outlets that needed replaced, a couple odd electrical things they figured out, and fix my patio lights. I will use them everytime I need electrical work done. Highly recommended.

    Very Professional. They wired my enclosed Gazebo for an entrance light, outlets, fridge, tv, Portable AC unit, heater, fan with light and an outlet to turn on and off party lights. I also had them install a main breaker panel outside under my deck to include wiring my hot tub and extra wall outlets on my deck. The job estimate ($$) was reasonable and the work was finished in a timely agreed upon manner. I would recommend Nick the owner to anyone that ask. I am very happy with the company.Fred GDover, DE

    Last week I had an emergency in that the electric circuit at home which my WiFi is on went down. At the time I had a work project due later that afternoon so an internet connection was critical. I placed a call to Mr. Sebastian and he had one of his great guys over at my home within 2 hours. Next theyll be installing a new electrical box since my home is about 40 years old. At any rate, Ive been acquainted with the owner, Mr. Sebastian for some years and I can say that hes is a high character individual. Folks, Nick Sebastian is one of the good guys and you can trust him. I highly recommend his company if you need electrical service work.
