Then when he came to do the work he answered all my questions along with my fathers, who was doing another part of the job, with a high level of details, showing that he was highly skilled and knew what he was doing and he always acted in a very courteous and professional manner his whole time doing the job. I used Caserta for the installation of a 240 50v exterior outlet for my electric car charger. I chose them because they do upfront pricing and they seemed honest and confident about the job. They were profesional and on time. They had to free up some space in my breaker box, drill through my basement wall to the exterior, and run the line through a pipe along my wall to one side of the house. They did all of this quickly and efficiently. I would use them again for any project.

Dominick and his team at Caserta have been providing electrical support for our home over the last few years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are responsive in scheduling and provide quick estimates and stick to what they quote. All of the jobs that they’ve done for us have been top notch. We recently had to upgrade our electrical panel to house a portable generator, and the job was done perfect. Dominick went over the operation of everything when completed and called for the final inspection. Caserta is my go-to whenever I need electrical work done.

I can honestly say this company surrpassed my expectations!!!! I put off hiring any electrician after reading Google reviews about how the expense was so great. But it was absolutely necessary so I called and they sent out an electrician the same day. Not only did he diagnosis the issue but he fixed it the same day!! For literally a fraction of the amount i had expected!! I was actually happy when paying the gentleman after the horror stories I read on Google of different companies overcharging for simple jobs!!! I have his card attached to my breaker box and will definitely use him for any other jobs that come up!!!! I appreciate the honesty bc he really could have said anything and I wouldnt have known any better but the fact is that he was completely honest and charged me for the service call was so refreshing that they werent going to charge me for some huge project that I didnt need. Dominic was incredible came by and gave me a very fair and affordable estimate and fixed my prior electricians mistakes on my Inground Pool bonding so i can pass my inspection. I highly recommend Caserta for electrical work! I called at 6 am on a Saturday because my lights were flickering and my fridge lost power. Domenick was at my house by 11 am to assess the situation. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly! We ended up needing a new meter, which he replaced efficiently. Another thing I really like about this company is they send you an email with a picture of your technician before they arrive so you know who to expect, and they charge a flat rate rather than per hour so you know exactly how much it will cost. I will definitely be using them again!

After much heartache with circuit-breakers combusting into flames and soot covering the inside of our circuit box, Domenic arrived to assess first thing after an 11:00pm late night Sunday phone call. Courteous and knowledgeable, he explained and outlined the issues, and offered options. Though the diagnostic fee was high, he kindly appraised other problems and offered to troubleshoot. The next day he arrived with John to replace old cables, grounding, rewiring and an install of a new circuit box. As a curtesy they also installed some lighting. I needed a good electrician who could upgrade the electric to my very old in-ground pool. Dominic was great to work with... he explained everything to myself and my husband. He took care of the permitting with our town and even took down and then put back the permanent fence so that they could lay down the new electrical line. Once the township inspector had passed his work - with flying colors - he stoped by to make sure everything was in order and replaced a small piece as suggested by the inspector. When my AC stopped working I was told to replace the entire system by one home services company. However, when I decided to take second opinion, Dominick visited promptly and did the thorough diagnostics to find out that the compressor was the issue. He gave us the reasonable option just to replace the condenser unit and did the entire replacement task efficiently. He also gave the 0% financing option for 18 months. Few may argue but his knowledge and expertise would totally justify the initial diagnostic fee. Only suggestion is the initial diagnostic fee needs to be clearly conveyed in the initial call to set the expectation. . Would not hesitate to recommend Dominick/Caserta homeservices !

Professional and courteous, Dominic is both a knowledgable and skilled electrician and HVAC tech. I have had a few conversations with their support team and never once got a voicemail, theres always someone readily available. We had some lighting fixtures installed on our outdoor patio and in our kitchen. They look amazing! It was no easy fix as I have a very specific and historic home. I couldnt have asked for better service and support. Highly recommend!!!
