    My hot water heater went out on a Friday, and I was frustrated about the unexpected expense. I called a few places, but many charged a weekend fee.Then I stumbled on New Era, literally stumbled while Googling.Anthony came out that Friday afternoon, and we discussed my options. Since it was my first time making such a purchase, I had a ton of questions. Anthony was not only patient but also very knowledgeable.New Era’s customer service is commendable. Their promptness and availability are worth noting. While the price point was slightly higher, the outcomes more than justified the cost.I walked away with hot water again within 24 hours, new equipment, and more knowledge as a homeowner.Phew, I now have a service provider for life. It’s my hope they will sustain this level of attention and service!

    Long story short, I called New Era Plumbing to get a second opinion on a septic tank job I was previously quoted $4k for by a different company. Michael and Tyler from New Era came out, explained everything to me in great detail, and fixed the issue for less than a quarter the price of the original quote. they really saved me!!! on top of that, they were incredibly kind, and patient with me as they explained everything. oh, and I haven’t yet mentioned that they came out immediately when I called, so they are also fast and efficient!!! they’ve made a customer for life out of me, this company definitely deserves 5 stars. :-))

    It has been a long time since I have been inspired to give a 5 star review but in this instance it is well deserved. The techs explained every step of the way to include showing me pictures that were true to their word and educated me on what things will fill/clog my septic tank causing serious issues. They were extremely polite and professional. The cost was reasonable for everything they had to do. I will be recommending them to all my friends and they are my go to going forward. Cant say enough great things about this company.

    The company was able to bring in someone to help me address a water leak within 12 hours of me calling. Anthony with New Era Plumbing was awesome! He is personable and works with such joy.     Called last minute on a Friday &Although after hours was offered, I didn’t have an emergency so I was okay to wait, & Suzanne got someone to me Saturday. They quoted me 2-5pm and my AWESOME tech Anthony showed up before 1 to get my job taken care of. As a new home owner I was PANICKING, but Anthony reassured me & made me feel so comfortable, confident & I knew we were in good hands.     My experience with New Era Plumbing started off frustrating. Two employees, Michael and his assistant Tyler, arrived at my home. Michael asked me to show him where my septic tank access was located, but after I pointed it out, he ignored my instructions and dug in the wrong spot.To make matters worse, he upcharged me because my tank was full and even argued with me on my property. Thankfully, Tyler was a breath of fresh air. He listened to my concerns and quickly contacted management for a resolution. Thanks to Tyler and BJ, the operations manager, my issues were ultimately addressed. While Michael needs to improve his customer service skills, I appreciate the professionalism of Tyler and BJ in resolving the matter.

    New Era Plumbing and Septic was a life saver and gave me peace of mind. When I woke up, I realized there was a problem with my sump pump. I had a plumber at my house by 2:00 pm. Anthony arrived and service my sump pump. He explained what happed with the pump and got it up and working, again. Anthony even identified/fixed another issue with the pump.     Anthony did a great job installing a gas line and connecting a Pleasant Heart natural gas heater. This brand has a different setup than a Procom that I already have. The Pleasant Hearth has a separate knob within it that has to be at a specific setting for the pilot light to work, and the directions only mention that in one place on a separate insert from the manual. Procom had nothing like that. Anthony worked with it until he found that little blurb on that insert. Until he found that, I was ready to ship the heater back and order a Procom. Im glad that I used New Era and got Anthony as the technician who worked long and hard to provide needed service. I would recommend this company and a valuable employee like Anthony. I will use them for all plumbing and gas services going forward.

    My septic tank overflowed into my basement area due to a blockage and they came out drained my tank and replaced a cracked pipe. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen clog elsewhere in the piping that cause the area to reflood weeks later. The work was still under warranty and Josh Gallagher came out and handled it like a pro. He confirmed the issue was resolved prior to leaving and Im forever grateful for him. He was personable and professional. This man deserves a raise for sure!

    I highly recommend New Era Plumbing. Bobby J headed up the demolition of the existing pipes and the final reconfiguration of the installation. Michael C lead the crew for the water heater installation. The entire crew were so professional and the work was so quite as they worked inside my home. The scheduling technology is on point, and they really do go beyond the call. During the initial inspection with Michael C, I new I had the right company. He is really good and a straight shooter on what needs to happen. Also, Bobby J pointed out an item that was crucial on my sink installation by others and I had it corrected. This corrective items over time would have been an issue for my sink. The price was competitive and fair. So if you need a good plumbing company with a good crew, I believe New Era would be a good choice.

    My experience was great and awful all at the same time. The awful part was our fault as the homeowners. We never serviced our septic tank from the day we built our house 20 years ago.     This was not the first time Tony was at my house to take care of a request from me. He was here on time, was very respectful of my home and the property. He took extra care to ensure the areas he was working in were not only properly taken care of, but were also sealed against the elements. He did not leave any open spaces for the weather or insects to enter the house. He is not only knowledgeable but friendly and very personable. He took care to ensure I understood the work he was going to do and then followed up with me to show me how he completed the assignment.     Gilberto (and 2 other workers, I cant recall their names) provided septic pump services for my home. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work. They were very polite, worked quickly (and with me on some issues with where the tank lids were), and let me watch/ask questions without issues. They pumped and made sure we were good to go before leaving.The reason this isnt 5 stars, is that upon opening the tank, I was told their would be a significant upcharge for excessive sludge.Now, I agree it was pretty bad, but I dont see any reason the sludge amount (still liquid/flowing) that utilized the same standard pump and truck, cost a nearly 75% increase. It would be one thing if I was warned this could happen on the phone, but I was told this only once the tank was open. I get that you cant evaluate until you see in the tank, but given many pumps are done due to a backup, I would think extra sludge is very common. This left a very poor taste in my mouth. I dont want to rate lower due to the excellence of the technicians, but the business itself was problematic.If you are doing a routine pump, I highly recommend this company. If you have a backup, I do not.

    I dont write a lot of reviews; however, I felt compelled to share my experience with New Era Plumbing & Septic. We recently moved into a fairly new home with a septic system and experienced a shower clog, along with an odor emanating from a toilet. We didnt know much about septic systems, as weve never had one in the past, and were concerned about an expensive cleaning and repair service. After calling several plumbing services who charged fees just to schedule an appointment, New Era Plumbing was not only able to dispatch a service technician the same day, but there was also no fee to diagnose the issue.Our technicians, Anthony and his assistant, were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about our problem, and provided cost effective solutions. We didnt feel as if they were trying to upcharge us for services we didnt need (like many other home service providers - plumbers, electricians, and HVAC). We also received a complete and detailed summary of our service appointment with recommendations for preventive care. Our first call for any plumbing or septic needs in the future will definitely be to New Era Plumbing and Septic.

    We have used New Era for a couple of plumbing issues, and they have been very responsive, very thorough, and theyve lived up to the very clear expectations that they set. We are very happy with the service. Michael C was fantastic!. 12/13/2023 - We had the misfortune of a leak in our mud room and called New Era. Anthony was extremely responsive and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing. He even cleaned up a lot of the leaked water when he was done.     Our water heater went out on us on late Saturday night. I Google search for a company that could come out and service us as soon as possible. I came across New Era Plumbing LLC and the high rating. So, I decided to give them a shot. They did not disappoint. I contacted the number listed and a customer service representative answered. She asked me what were my issues, and once she gathered all information, she told me a technician would be in contact with me. Within 10 to 15 minutes, a technician called me. He set me up with an appointment for the next day between the house of 0800-1000 hours. I received a phone call promptly at 0800 from Bobby Johnson II, who was assigned as our technician. He was very professional and came right in to assess the situation with our water heater. He broke down the options, along with the prices. I selected what we want to go with, and immediately started to work to complete his assignment. Bobby was very through and focused on completing his job in a timely and efficient manner. When he was done, he cleaned up the area of which he worked and made sure to give me a briefing on what my next steps needed to be. Bobby also gave me his business card if we needed anything else. They put the sink in but when it came time to clean my line they were unable to do so. They said the only way to fix this problem is to replace the entire line, $7000! What?? So I call Bobby from New Era. He came out and said we can jet your system and clean the line and we can do it today. He saved me over $5000 on a line that did not need to be replaced. New Era is honest, friendly and hard working. I will be their customer for life and will gladly tell everyone to use them. Thank you New Era you guys are the best!

    We had a broken shower faucet due to my son falling in the shower(he was not hurt) causing the pipe to be ripped out of the wall. I called at 9:30am, I was told someone would be there between 12-3 which was great. Jamie the tech showed up at 11:30am , he was professional, quick and even suggested we put in an access panel so that if in the future we need access again we wouldn’t have to damage the sheet rock. As a homeowner it’s always scary calling someone new to work on your home, I’ve had some really bad experiences over the years but I will be calling New Era next time I need plumbing work for sure.     I had a water leak in my kitchen, I contacted the New Era Plumbling company for assitance, the plumber that came by was wonderful, he made sure everything was handled correctly and also explained everything as he did the job. I would strongly recommend you guys to everyone I know to let them know what a wonderful job you guys did and to make sure when they have any issues to make sure they contact you guys.
