From the first call to the end of the install the people at Southeastern Cooling was wonderful and very professional! I called Southeastern Cooling around 9:30 a.m. and on the same day around 1:30 p.m. Austin with the Company was at my front door. He helped me get easy financing and best of all it was affordable! Three days later Cameron and his crew did the install and they were awesome. I told my wife these guys are top notch, some of the best in the business! The install was great and went very smoothly, they even cleaned up behind themselves continuously as they were installing, as a homeowner that meant a lot to me and showed me the workmanship of these men. Exceptional Company!Our home, built in 1978, was in dire need of new ductwork. After getting quotes from several companies in the Wiregrass area, we chose Southeastern Cooling because of their fair pricing and professionalism. Unlike many local companies where you have to chase them down for a response, Southeastern Cooling was on top of everything from the start. They scheduled a date and time, and showed up exactly when promised.It wasnt just one or two technicians, but five or more, as our home is quite large and required a sizable team to remove and replace the ductwork. They provided a clear estimate for completion and finished on time. From Avery, the sales estimator, to Team Lead Bo and his excellent crew, we were in great hands. They were thorough in their work and ensured the house was spotless every day they were there.They also installed blown-in insulation, which we desperately needed.I highly recommend Southeastern Cooling. Its rare to find such a professional business these days.Thank you to everyone involved for a job well done!

Jake O. came by this morning to service our A/C unit. He was very polite and professional. He asked first thing if we had had any more thermostat issues (from a prior service call). We had but were able to reset the thermostat. He double checked everything on that as well as performed the fall maintenance. Jake explained what he did and asked if I had any questions. I did not. Its never fun having to do maintenance on your home, but Brandon made it a lot more bearable and knew what he was talking about without trying to sell me anything.Update: Got a new HVAC and the crew was done by the time I finished lunch. My inside coil (?) was very dirty due to my own negligence in proper service. I was relieved to discover the ice build up was not the result of a leak in the system. These guys are great they was able to get my system in the attic in two days. It only took them that long due to we had our 30+ year old system ripped out and duct work as well. They fixed our issues of some rooms not being as cool as the other at the same time. Plus they do more just ACs. They blew in insulation to bring it up to where it needed to be and saved myself a lot of time and headache. If you need AC work definitely use Southeastern Cooling they are very professional and take pride in their work.

James B gave me a card and mentioned a maintenance “club” so I figured I’d give it a look when my unit (only 5 years old) stopped working. Ryan came out did a thorough diagnostic check and asked if there had been any power surges because he had found a blown fuse. Since there had been recent severe thunderstorms, I figured that was the issue. Ryan replaced the fuse. Got the system going and clearly explained the cooling club levels. I signed up happily and figured it would be months till I would see Ryan or Southeastern again till time for a scheduled inspection that came with enrollment. The unit stopped working that night. I called and Nancy was so pleasant when she said she’d pass it on to Ryan. Ryan called back, said another technician would come out, and that he would also come by to help. Deon came, got to work quickly and was soon joined by Ryan. They found the problem after some time and effort and explained exactly the nature and likely cause of the problem. I prepared myself for a big bill, certain this was not something included in my club benefits. Deon and Ryan seemed genuinely happy to tell me “no charge today, just tell your friends about us!” It was a very wonderful experience doing business with a company that has such competent, concerned, and committed personnel. It was heartwarming that they were all so congenial as well.

Very nice! James Beynon was my technician for an annual A/C maintenance check to ensure that the system was running efficiently. He was very professional and kind, and provided a timely and thorough check over all of the areas of the equipment. He checked over all of the system inside first to ensure there were no leaks and proper power was getting the to system. Then followed up with checking all of the connections and air pressure on the outside system. He recommended that a contactor be changed out as it was beggining to degrade, and had that swapped out with a new one in no time. He took the time to show me what area of the existing part was degrading, which in itself was very nice and made me feel like he wished to keep his customer informed and not just tell them what needed to be fixed. I would recommend him to anyone! Have had two technicians come out from this company so far, and the customer service has been on par both times. It was a HOT Saturday morning when I realized that my air conditioner wasnt working. I tried to call three different places and did not even get a call back. My friend recommended Chris Law, at Southeastern cooling. I was desperate and I called. It was the best decision I ever made. Chris came out the next morning and looked at my unit for me. He works very hard to see if he could solve the problem. Unfortunately, I needed to have a new unit. Austin, the sales rep came out at a time that was convenient for me and helped me pick a financing company that would finance the job. He explained every single thing to me in detail and if I had a question he was quick to answer as honestly as he could. On the morning of insulation everybody was here on time.
