I called after hours with a leak in water meter pipes. They called me back in 5 minutes and within 35 minutes I had a great plumber that started immediately on my issue. His name is Donald. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and professional. I will definitely be using this company again. Seriously, he had my leak fixed on after hours time, and I was shocked at how affordable they are. I highly recommend them.

Ray and Jamal came out only expecting a clean out and video scope but ended up fixing some issues with my drain line! We have been having serious issues since we moved in and have had to get the line cleaned out many times. Hoping what he recommended is the final fix. It was really cool getting to see the video on the camera so I could see the issues and he even help me mark on the wall where a potential issue might be in the future. I can’t think them and Fast AZ Services enough as they came out in the middle of the night when we first moved in to clean out the line

We recently bought a house in Dothan and had an extensive leak of sewer water impacting both of our upstairs bathrooms yesterday. I called Fast Az Services at 4pm and was greeted by a friendly scheduler who dispatched a technician and kept me updated on the estimated time of arrival via text messages. Donald and Joshua arrived by 5:30pm and were amazing! Donald has over 25 years of plumbing experience, and I do not think our problem would have been diagnosed without an expert plumber. Both plumbers were committed to finding and fixing the problem and went extra lengths to ensure the leaking had stopped and the toilets were functioning properly. They even cleaned and mopped both bathrooms before they left! The after-hours fees and hourly charges were explained upfront. Donald was very reasonable with what he charged us for and even offered a military discount. Donald and Joshua were prompt, friendly, professional, and competent. Fast Az Services has definitely earned our loyalty for future business!

My hot water went out and I called around town early that morning to find someone to come out and look at it and Fast AZ came out within 2 hours. He fixed the problem really quickly and was fairly priced too. About a week later we started experiencing issues with our water coming out brown when on the hot setting and pressure issues in our kitchen. I called again and he was out within an hour. Fixed that problem in about 15 minutes and didn’t charge me for it. Excellent and honest service! I definitely recommend Fast AZ to anyone looking for fair prices and quality work! Our new to go plumber! After calling several plumbers that could not return our call, Fast A Z sent Steven. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything prior to doing the work. When he was almost done with the leak, I asked about my sink that was clogged. Without hesitation, he agreed to fix my sink. Every time he left, he explained what he had to do - go get part, turn off water, etc. He was careful not to track any dirt in the home. Super great guy with lots of knowledge! Thanks Fast AZ!

My husband and I were absolutely terrified of what to expect. We had a guy who was cutting our grass (YEARRRRSSSS AGO) who hit a pipe outside and we didn’t know how bad it was until about a year ago when our then lawn guy told us how bad it was. Then we got a puppy who proceeded to dig it up and break it further. Yesterday it was backing up terribly. No one would answer or they didn’t have availability. They were SO kind on the phone and came out first thing this morning. They were kind, professional, and extremely honest. I would trust them again for anything. I think we found our new go-to people. He found that debris from a previous day rain storm had clogged the city lines leading to my shop. With his camera system he was able to provide evidence for me to be reimbursed for the cost of his services. I give Steven 5 stars! This guy is dedicated to quality and prompt service. The dispatcher explained that they had 3 techs working and that the tech would be out today, but they had been really busy. I called at about 12 noon, and Kenneth showed up around 4 pm. He was polite and knowledgeable. He let me explain what was going on, then he developed a game plan in order to fix the situation. He was able to clear the blockage and even took the time to clear a sink drain for me. I strongly recommend this company, and their rates were very affordable. I will definitely use them again!

We had a problem with the toilet in the mens room at church. The water would occasionally keep running, and the handle was difficult to turn. Fast AZ Services fixed the running water problem and replaced the handle. The handle later broke. We called them back and they quickly returned and replaced the internals of the toilet at no charge. They were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Very nice, professional and actually cares about the customers. Called because my hot water heater was spraying water on the wall of the garage. The girl who answered the phone said she could send someone right away to shut off the water, but wouldn’t have a technician till this evening. Within 30 minutes the owner came here and shut off water and used shop vac to vacuum the puddle that had formed. Said he didn’t have the tools on his truck to fix the problem, so I was going to wait for the tech. 1&1/2 hours later, he was back. Said he didn’t want us to have to wait till this evening, so he bought the tools to fix our problem. The bill was very reasonable too. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to everyone.

I have use roto rooter previously for this drainage problem but continued to have the same problem so I decided to use a different company. I pick Fast AZ plumbing based on the good online reviews. Kenneth arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and within 30 minutes had fixed the problem. Kenneth did a thorough job of cleaning the blockage. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for my plumbing and electrical problems. We had a drain that was clogged on one end of the house (the kitchen end) which wasnt affecting the bathrooms. When I called, I was told that he could come after hours at a higher rate or he could come at 2 the next day. I was fine with 2 the next day, but much to my surprise, he was there at around 9:30 that morning! I wasnt home at the time, but my wife sent me a message that he was there, so I went home. He was pretty much done by the time I got there, but I did some tests to make sure everything was draining properly as he packed up his tools. He emailed me an invoice on the spot, and he was off to the next job! I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues!

When I called, they worked me into their schedule immediately even though it was almost close to closing time. Kenny Wayne was a Godsend! He had to cut into my wall to fix the leak but he was able to save my baseboard and floor. He even went out of his way to come back the next day and repair the wall with matching paint and everything! I can’t tell you how much that means to me since I just purchased the home yesterday. Not only that, while he was waiting for the mudding to dry so he could sand and paint it, he helped me unload my uhaul and setup my washer and dryer! My dryer was missing a foot so he cut a piece of wood to go under it. SOMEONE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. He went above and beyond anything that could have been asked of him. I’m grateful for all he did for me and for Alicia and the lady I spoke to on the phone who helped work me in so quickly!

I called Fast Az yesterday when we realized there was a water in my wall. I could have elected for an after hour service but I choose to turn off the main line to the house and wait until the next day. Was expecting an afternoon arrival but they called early and showed up ahead of schedule. They work with us on a plan to find the leak with minimal damage to the existing drywall. I had to call these guys to come out and dig up my line because The sewage kept backing up into the house. We knew that something was going on either the previous company that had tied my line onto the city had done shotty work or there was a tree root involved. These guys showed up promptly and begin working with the excavator. But we did find was indeed a tree route root had grown and was pressing on some of the PVc And indeed the previous company that had tied my line in had put in a 90° bend which is just ridiculous knowing that the line had to go at a 45 and a bit uphill.
