I called Mr. Kreager earlier this week and told him my elderly parents had a toilet that was improperly installed, unsafe, and wobbling. Despite his busy schedule, he made it to my parents house within a day fixed the issue. My parents said he was extremely kind and professional. Mr. Kreager asked my dad to shake the toilet but it wouldn’t move. It was finally properly installed and solid. I would highly recommend his services if you’re in need of a plumber.

Mr Kreager is very professional and thorough . He listens to his customers and has a vast knowledge of all things plumbing. His workmanship is outstanding. Mr Kreager worked with us for several months during a complete renovation of our house. All of the plumbing and fixtures had to be repaired or replaced. He installed the fixtures for two full bathrooms, laundry room, a water heater, ice maker, dishwasher, and kitchen sink.

I called Ed yesterday (Wednesday )to fix a broken toilet. He said he wasnt going to be able to come by until Friday. I was surprised when I received a call from him this morning (Thursday) that he could come by and fix it. He was such a a polite friendly person to talk to. He had it fixed in no time and was very reasonable for his charge of service. I would highly recommend this company to fix any of your plumbing issues

To say that our problems were a disaster is an understatement but Ed was able to diagnose our issues and able to get us all fixed up. Nothing about our problems were easy but he was very knowledgeable about all of it and was able to figure out just how to fix them. Very reasonable priced and great quality work. I called yesterday and left a message. My call was returned promptly. The gentleman called this morning and stated he would come and see what the problem was. He arrived, looked at the garbage disposal, fixed the issue, and took the time to show me how to fix it if the issue happens again. Charged me $50. Most places will charge you $105 just for the service call and it only goes up from there. Excellent service, highly recommend!!

Mr. Kreager came quickly to assess my problem and worked efficiently. I originally thought my water heater was broken, but he quickly figured out there was a leak under my house causing the issue. He then identified the leak under the house and fixed it within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this very experienced man. He did a great job.

He found our issue with a leaking hot water line under our house and went above and beyond to repair and do everything possible so that it will never happen again. We discovered a leak at the water meter by the street yesterday evening. Dothan Utilities determined the issue was on our side. We called Kreager Plumbing, and he was at our house this morning. Mr. Kreager called just before the appointment to make sure I was home, which I appreciate. He was very nice and competent in his manner and work. He was able to quickly identify the problem and worked diligently to make the repairs. Now our pipes are fixed, and I couldnt be happier!

They cleaned out our main sewer line, installed a new clean-out drain, and replaced a toilet flange, new o-ring and seal. We had a root interfering with our sewage line and it was an emergency. Our toilets were overflowing and the shower basin and bathtub were filling up. I called plumbers until I got someone to answer. Ed not only answered but gave me good advice. Then, he even called me back soon after, to see if his advice helped! I said no, the stuff coming up smells real bad and we have wet carpet all over. He came quickly and cut out the root and fixed us up. I will call him again!!! I own a 1997 Alfred Saliba Built home and they put the sewage pipes in wrong! That’s another project that will cost me a lot of money to repair. Not cool Saliba.Thank you Mr Ed Kreager!!!
