Great experience working with Citywide on a 12,500 square foot commercial renovation. Super complicated recording studio build with 15 HVAC zones, 30 independently poured concrete slabs, acoustical doors, isolated power systems, and beyond. Very collaborative, down to earth, lets find a solution kind of folx. Just the kind of partner you want when you know youll have to work through unexpected challenges together. Planning our next job with them now!

We hired CWC for a remodel of newly-acquired B office space in Boston’s Downtown Crossing. They met or beat every deadline, chased and obtained all necessary permits (no small feat in Boston), lined up talented and hard-working subcontractors, and delivered a beautiful office space on time and on budget. They were easy to work with for the inevitable field adjustments that need to be made during construction with an high level of communication and practical advice, and they were always prompt, professional and displayed pride in their work. Highly highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience working with Citywide. Sean McShane was our project manager and hung in there and held things together through a build out of a fine wine store during a) covid, b) supply chain delays c) inflation and d) the joys of working through Massport permitting. It was a tough build but they came through. Were very appreciative of what theyve done and would recommend them highly.
