Jermaine and his crew are absolutely fantastic! We originally contracted with them to replace our existing living room flooring and replace an old, metal spiral staircase with wood ones that have a closet built out underneath. They did such a great job we ended up having them replace more flooring in the house, update our exterior doors, some interior doors and a few windows, update lighting in several rooms and install Ring security cameras in the front and back of our house. Along the way, Jermaine fixed random broken things in my house and improved our back patio with new lights, plants and a power wash...all without my asking! They had professional cleaners come out after the job was complete to deep clean the entire house. Malcolm Contracting is incredibly reliable, professional and treated my home (and pets) as their own. We will definitely use them for any contracting needs in the future.

Weve had Jermaine and his crew tackle multiple projects for us, and each time theyve been professional, speedy, and done high-quality work that looks great and functions well. We didnt have much home improvement experience, and Jermaine helped educate us about what should be fixed and why. We highly recommend Malcolm Contracting to anyone.

Jermaine did a renovation for me recently and my experience was phenomenal. Not only that but the final product was literally perfect. They re-did our bathroom and kitchen and my experience was great! The owner Jermaine, actually came onsite scoped everything out, got the quote over to me within a day and completed the project on time. (within scope of the original quote) Overall, great experience, I highly recommend them!
