    We recently hired Porter Brothers to move our kitchen sink lines and handle some bathroom plumbing fixture changes, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. From the start, their team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable about the job.They relocated the kitchen sink lines and drain, for our addition.     We couldnt be happier with the service from Porter Bros. We just had to have our heat pump replaced, and from the first phone call to the completion they were always professional, friendly, and on time. They also waived the fees for the first two service calls when we found out we needed the new unit. We picked them because of all of the good reviews, and are very happy we did.     I called Porter Brothers to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and to look at the bathtub water pressure. The receptionist is very friendly and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. The serviceman was on time, very professional, and took the time to answer several questions I had. He even wiped off his feet on the front door mat every time he returned from outside! He had absolutely no problem going into the crawl space, whereas a previous plumber refused. I called them to return to install outdoor water faucets.

He did not push anything and did what was necessary to get our unit working right.     I called because the weathershield between my a/c and my house had pulled away from the house leaving a gap exposing some of the ducts. The lady who answered the phone was super polite and got someone out to me in less than 4 hours. The gentlemen who came out were very professional and personable. They leveled my a/c unit and resealed the weathershield to the house. They were efficient and didnt try to upsell or pressure for other services.     I called and made an appointment for service a week later. They came out promptly, and immediately got to work. The problem ended up being worse than they thought, but they worked around our stipulations and fixed the problem quite well. The pricing is honestly pretty fair, and they’re willing to work with payment plans (especially considering how extensive the problem ended up being.) Overall if you’re wanting a plumbing company, this is the one to call.

    I called Porter Borthers when my hot water heater went out and the next day they arrived to diagnose the problem and when they found out the unit would take a while to be delivered they drove to Nashville to pick it up themselves and install the next day so I wouldn’t be without hot water. Later on I called to have them repair my AC and again the very next morning they arrived to diagnose the problem and replace parts. When they got done the unit still wasn’t quite right so their tech came after hours and stayed to make sure everything was running perfect. They go out of their way to ensure the customer is well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their homes because their service is great and they do whatever they can to take care of the customers.

    Exceptional customer service on a wide range of needs. We had to replace older electric water heaters and decided to go with gas on demand. The local gas company does not do this work but Porter Brothers team expanded our gas lines, even added a drop for dryer, and installed great on demand water heaters. We’ve saved so much on electric bill. Also performed HVAC tune up on A/C and had it running more efficiently. Was quickly able to do repair to poorly installed shower balance, all in all a great local Dickson team.
