    Woke up to no heat and they had a technician at our home within an hour or so after I called. John was very professional, friendly, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Even put shoe covers on before coming inside, without me asking. I really appreciated that! Overall great experience. We will definitely use these guys for any future services we need.

    This afternoon, Alex, a Hiller technician, came over to honor our service package and check to make sure that our heating unit is running okay. He also put our new thermostat on, and helped me order filters. He is so knowledgeable and personable. He also helped me with the app setup and how to use it. My husband and I would recommend Hiller to anybody looking for the best heating and air company. They also do electrical and installed our generator. The technicians bend over backwards to make sure everything works correctly, and they are all very respectful and nice. Definitely a 5 star company.

    We were pleased to find out Hiller serviced our area after looking locally for months. I called them this morning at 830, and Mr. Roberts was to our home within 4 hours. Nick genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and took great care of us. We will definitely request him if there is ever another problem. We are so thankful they took care of us so quickly, its been months and we didnt even have to pay an emergency or rush fee. 100% recommend!

    Tony is fantastic!! Tonyā€™s been at our location before and repaired our Generator , today he did a service maintenance on our Generator and did a great job. We highly recommend Hiller for all their services. Ask for Tony to service your Generator, heā€™s the best!

    Dalton is by far the best tech that weā€™ve seen at Hiller. Weā€™ve had several individuals out to fix a problem in the last year and no one else solved the issue.     Had a pipe burst behind my bathroom wall. They had someone out same day on a Saturday. Their parents tech Nick went above and beyond explaining everything and showing me exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommend!!

    Mr. Roberts came and replaced the pipes under my kitchen sink because they were leaking. The job didnā€™t take long at all and now thereā€™s no leaks! Really nice man and professional!*update* 12/4. I thought something was wrong with my HVAC system because of a smell and some smoke so I contacted Hiller to get someone out to check on it. They had Michael Griggs come out the same day and in only a few hours. Funny enough we have the same last name so he has to be one of the best employees. I wasnā€™t home so my boyfriend was able to speak with him and found nothing wrong with it.. it was making smoke due to the weather and put my head at ease. I appreciated that he took his time to come out and check! I love how hiller is on top of everything! Best customer service and techs here.

    Fantastic service. Everyone from the late night call center to the mechanic early on a Sunday morning were kind, friendly and efficient. Having your AC unit break in the middle of a heat wave is not ideal, but Hiller had someone out to look at it when scheduled and everything was resolved in an hour.

    Hiller provides great service. Not the cheapest (bargain price usually equals bargain service) but they do good work, always show up when they say they will, stand behind their work, and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I use them for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Recently theyve replaced light fixtures, fixed a leaky kitchen sink, repaired a toilet, fixed a tankless water heater, and installed a new HVAC system.

    The two technicians that came out to fix our split unit, where not only EXTREMELY thorough in performing their job but moreover explaining the issue as well.They thought there may have been a leak but upon doing a pressure test found the system to be holding adequate pressure. Despite this adequate pressure they were not satisfied and went into further investigations were they did in fact find a leak that was only holding due to the positioning of the line. Upon a slight movement of the line and discovering a plumbing fitting where there should not be the leak became apparent.I would recommend Hiller for any job that fits within their categories.

    Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to order us a new on and install it the day after Thanksgiving. We had another company come out before we called Hiller and they quoted us about 2K more for a lesser unit. The project manager was very thorough in explaining everything to us and gave us 3 options to choose from. Whereas the first person we had come out just told us we need a new furnace and picked one out. We had no as in it. Very happy with Hiller and look forward to doing more business with them.

    The technician, Les was super prompt, he was actually a little early for our appointment window. I was impressed with the knowledge and the service that was provided. He told me what was wrong with it explained everything and made sure my family and I were safe until the near until could be put in. He came back the next day and installed the new water heater.     Same day response that was greatly appreciated. 2 plumbers arrived on time in a large well marked box truck. They did not have the part needed for the repair. They drove into the city to purchase the part and promptly returned and installed the part. The service guys did a great job however it would have more convenient for all parties if they would have the parts prior to arrival.I offered to send pictures of the drain under the sink to the person making the appointment. She said it would not be necessary as their trucks would have all parts needed for repairs. This could have saved time for all if my pictures were accepted.The charges were exactly as explained. I would have preferred that the service guys use a device to run my credit card. The process was antiquated and unsecured as they wrote my credit card information on my invoice that contained all my personal information as well.Overall the service was great however the systems need to be improved and more technology implemented. Having said all this , I do not know of many other companies that could have responded better.

Oh my, after watching Michael I realize it was so quick because they half did it. Thank you Hiller for sending someone who not only did an excellent job( which included cleaning out 3 active wasp nest) but was friendly like family. I decided to go with Hiller Club after he explained the perks. Great experience. Hope he is the one that comes next time.
