We had a wonderful experience with Zoom Drain. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with our plumbing issue. We thought we had a simple clog, but it turned out to be a major clog. The employees at Zoom Drain spent a great deal of time and were able to unclog the drain. I give them 5 stars and will recommend them to everyone i know with plumbing issues.

Tommy and Gallagher were thorough with changing out an old faucet. They are friendly and professional. Gallagher offered to change out the stopper because the one they installed doesn’t fit well. They made sure that I was happy with their work, and I appreciate that. Most would have left without letting me know about it. I’m glad to have found them and will continue to work with them.

I can’t say enough, how pleased I was with picking Zoom Drain and working with them. Late Saturday night I had issues. And these guys walked me through how to turn off my water at the street since my shut off valve was as not working. They then made it out first thing Sunday and got me up and running at a very fair price! They were very respectful and kind. They talked to me and taught me things that will help me as a solo home owner in the future. I WILL come back to them in the future and I will recommend them anytime a neighbor/coworker asks.Update: had them come back to do one more fix and they once again nailed it! Worked late into the evening in the rain but got me back together. My old house has its share of issues and does not make it easy to update with the times but they are doing an amazing job getting me there.

I called to see how much for the estimate and it was free which was nice, they cleared a clogged drain i had very fast and were easy to work with. He knew his stuff and got the job done. From the time i called to get a quote to them leaving my house having fixed the issue was around an hour maybe a little more. Very fast response and repair time. I will recommend to friends and family in the future.

They had a thankless job of digging up and locating the pipe in my yard that was leaking and did an excellent job repairing the leak. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Kyle Urban from Zoom Drain really went above and beyond to help us out over the weekend… he arrived on the same day I called, advised me when they were about to arrive and fixed our problem very efficiently. He even returned to fix a leak and replace the PTrap we found even after he had already left the job.He did a GREAT job for us - professional, fast, friendly and the issue was resolved. I can definitely say these guys are very professional Tommy came out and had a clog in my kitchen and laundry room he tried and tried with no success but we later found that we had a broken pipe under the house. This gentleman is a hard dedicated worker and won’t back down from work. All there equipment was state of the art. I definitely will keep in my contacts for future use.

I was referred to zoom drain by a co worker so I gave them a call, I informed them of my situation with a clogged drain that I was thinking was a clogged main sewer line. I asked about an estimate and they told me someone would come out and review the problem for free and would give us options and prices on the best possible solution. To my surprise they were able to book an appointment the same day for me within a few hours of calling! Tommy came out and was very punctual and professional, based on what he saw he told me his opinion on where he thinks the clog was and that it wasn’t in the main sewer line. He gave me the options of the power snakes and hydro jetting and I had to go with my budget and choose the smaller option, the snake was giving Tommy a little hassle and he went above and beyond and went ahead and pulled the toilet to use the bigger snake to save hassle. He ran it a few times and pulled out what we thought was the main reason of the clog and tested the drain but it still wasn’t unclogged. He was persistent and kept snaking it and it was a big hassle and a pain! We came to a stop because it just wasn’t unclogging even after pulling out a lot of stuff. The only other option was to hidrojet it which was way beyond my budget. Tommy gave me a better price and I said let’s go ahead and do it, he snaked it 2 more times before doing so and to our surprise we heard a big gulp and everything went down and it was clear!! This man was working all day long and had a hassle with my drain but didn’t give up and was the coolest and friendliest professional that could have came out!! He put a new wax ring on the toilet and put the toilet back on, cleaned a little mess from water dripping, and caulked the bottom of the toilet.. Thank you Tommy and zoom drain!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Hope to see you along the road at one of the concerts tommy!!

In a word PHENOMENAL. The team of Thomas and Tommy offer up the perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality. They made time for my wife and I, same day (short notice) to complete a plumbing project they don’t actually offer in terms of their business model. Namely - insulation of piping under our home. A task which, during the present weather conditions, seems mandatory. Unfortunately, due to a medical concern I am unable to complete the task myself… and here came Zoom to our rescue. The quality of their work is excellent. The quality of their respective characters is beyond definition so please accept AWESOME! More than fair/competitive pricing. If you are looking for a top notch plumber in this area, look no further!

Thank you for being sincere and looking over. The only down fall is that Synder Septic doesnt currently cover Harris county for their maintenance program. I hope they will soon. I called zoom drain and Kyle came out the same night. Looked over everything and agreed there was a break under the house. He seemed truly upset that nothing could be done right then but told me they would get it done in a day or so. Got the quote from Thomas the next day which was very reasonable and had them out Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Kyle and Tommy worked on the messed up job the last plumber did until it was done even though it got dark on them. Everyone was absolutely amazing and kept me up to date each step of the way. Now it looks how it should and works great. Highly recommend!!!
