    Around 8pm we had sewage water coming up through our shower drains. After a quick call to Vanderford for an emergency service they were at our house in a very timely manner. Mason was great at explaining what the issue was and quickly had things draining for us. We really appreciate that this business doesnt charge extra for emergency after hours services. We also really appreciate Mason coming out and fixing things on a cold night. We will be calling Vanderford for any future needs and recommending them to others.

    We were having issues with our heating system, Angelo came out and diagnosed the issue. After diagnosing the issue he gave us multiple options of different ways we could resolve the issue. The information that Angelo communicated to us was very informative and easy to comprehend. Angelo was very professional and answered all of our questions. We have been with Vanderford Air for 11 years and have always been satisfied with their great service.

    Will Tran was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough about the appt. But he also went above and beyond answering other questions I had. Didnā€™t seem rushed and gave me the time of day! Iā€™m always weary with contractors but I didnā€™t get that vibe from him at all! We will definitely be going with them for future and all services! Thank you Will!

    Very quick to reply and get to my house! Service man, Angelo Sanchez diagnose the issue very quickly and repaired it ASAP. I love that the company sent me a picture and the name of the technician before he ever came. Pricing seemed fair butI have not had any repair work done in long time. The Company came highly recommended from a friend, and I was very pleased That I did not have to sleep in a hot house last night.

    Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jason. He is a people person and easy to get along with. Jason conducted an evaluation of the AC system and was honest. I tried paying extra for an AC vent he adjusted to keep the other from sweat leaking and he said there was no charge. I know what youā€™re thinking, he just turned a vent. Itā€™s the knowledge thatā€™s valuable. I am a future Vanderford customer. Oh and the customer service, so nice.

    Matthew did an exceptional job at our installation of a blower motor. He was on time and efficient. He explained everything he needed to do, before he did anything. He was respectful of our home, we have an immuned compromised family member and when asked to wear a mask he agreed and wore it while in our home. He thoroughly explained the membership program and we will reach out to Elaine to complete the process. Overall we we extremely pleased with the service we received from Vanderford today and will ask for Matthew in the future.

    First of all, when the initial phone call is pleasant, informative, helpful, and an actual enjoyable conversation - it helps set a good precedence. I dont remember the young ladyā€™s name that answered the phone, but she was a joy to talk to.We had Will Tran pop by, and he was exceptionally polite, respectful, and happy to explain everything in terms I understood whenever i had a question. He outlined a plan for us to move forwards with, deficiencies that other companies had brushed off, and was just flat out honest.I would recommend and use Vanderford again in a heartbeat!

    5 stars for the service provided by Angelo. If you choose this company to service your air conditioning units you will be happy you did, especially if Angelo shows up as your service man. After doing maintenance on my ac unit I can tell a significant difference in the cold air flowing through my house.I considered only giving 4 stars because the back off support team made it a bit cumbersome to schedule the desired maintenance appointments.At the end of the day, though, Angelo took care of our needs and went above and beyond to make us a happy customer.

    A few years ago, we added an addition onto our home. Since that time, we have had many AC companies assess our units. Joe was the first person that thoroughly evaluated both units. He took pictures of everything and wrote an extensive report addressing all issues and suggested repairs. He then sat down with us and went through everything in detail with no hint of being in a rush to leave. He spent three hours at our home, and with a long list of clients still needing to be seen on a Saturday, he still asked us if we had any further questions and was happy to continue to help. I have never felt more confident. No need to do endless searches or ask several friends for the best AC company. You have already found the perfect solution.

    Have nothing but great feedback to give this company. My AC unit went out at my house (in 98deg Texas Heat) and they were able to get someone on site next morning to evaluate. Immediately after finding that the unit needed to be replaced they had boots on ground ready to install the new AC unit. Great people, especially Angelo!

    TLDR: If I could give Vanderford Air a 10/5 rating here, especially HVAC technician Angelo Sanchez, I would. I am so IMPRESSED with his quality of work, dedication to his craft, and for providing me guidelines so I can better advocate for myself with regards to addressing work that another HVAC company had previously done.I called Vanderford Air for a second opinion for high indoor humidity and condensation along our AC vents. Our relative humidity in the house is high (>60%) with the AC running as well as having 2 dehumidifers. We have worked with another AC company who kept informing us everything was normal at a recent visit (August). With his routine inspection, Angelo was able to identify that the subcoolant charge in our AC was really low (along with another possible reason re: condensation, pending work at this time). With our condenser coil being replaced by the other company just in June, Angelo recommended I reach back out to the old company considering we just paid for a new coil. What really impressed me with this first visit was that Angelo took the time to explain things to me (a new homeowner with no understanding of HVAC systems), showed me pictures of the systems charges and included pics in his report for proper documentation, and provided talking points in what to ask the other HVAC company. And even when the other company tried to give me a roundabout answer regarding the issue and tried to get me to pay $270 for another leak search, Angelo really coached me in what to ask for. Because of this, we have the other companys supervisor coming by later to do a leak search for free. To me, this shows that Angelo is an honest and reliable person because he didnt try to upsell anything. He kept telling me that he wants to make sure we werent taken advantage of by the other company. To say that I am incredibly GRATEFUL is an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend Vanderford Air as well as Angelo Sanchez. We will definitely be continuing to use them for all our HVAC needs.

    I use Vanderford Air for my semi-annual maintenance on my a/c unit and the service, quality, and value are all top-notch. My technician, Eric Thompson, was thorough, easy to work with, and he went the extra mile to explain things to me and made sure I understood the work he did and the status of my a/c after her completed the maintenance. And, he seemed like an all-around good guy, which is always nice too. Good service, good people.Just had a follow-up to an electrical issue and the technician (Jason) was awesome and thorough.     Vanderford Air replaced an old 4 ton HVAC with a 2 cycle 16 SEER unit as well as the old duct work which was poorly insulated. Starting with the sales rep to the admin scheduling wok and the workers themselves everyone was courteous, professional and eager to prove us with a great experience. The work was done as schedule and we were informed when everyone was arriving. Replacing HVAC and duct work was completed all in one day. We also appreciate that the new ductwork location in the attic was placed to provide better access to the attic. We no longer have to climb over or squeeze under ducts when going to the attic.We received 6 different bids and while not the cheapest Vanderford did deliver a decent value with a good HVAC system along with the ductwork replacement. They also included the 10 warranty including labor which does give piece of mind.

    Vanderford is a good company. By no means are they the cheapest and I do believe some of the labor charges for the work do not align. Unfortunately those items that you could change easily as a homeowner could potentially void a warranty. I do recommend this company with their transparency and timeliness. They communicate well and send a photo of the technician prior to the visit. Like with any company, expect the recommendations and the up sales but their isnt pressure or guilting to purchase. Most importantly I have trusted them in my home. They do not have a talk down or condescending demeanor, and they are willing to answer questions. They have worked with me well for several years after the install of my whole home AC and heat.

    Vanderford Air recently completed a semi annual inspection of our conditioning and heating systems, in accordance with our maintenance contract with them. The craftsman did a great job inspecting our systems. He skillfully replaced two filters on our air handlers on the second floor and attic. The result has been an efficiently running system. Vanderford has upgraded and maintained our mechanical systems since 1995. The current system is our most efficient so far. I highly recommend Vanderford Air to anyone seeking quality mechanical system installation and repairs.

    A/C and heating system Installation team was very professional, courteous and clean. And very fast. Explained answers to all my questions where I could understand. Vanderford is a very good company to do business with. Kept me informed when they were going to be here. Service tech Jason also all of the above. Showed and explained to me my problem and how to get it fix. Which turned out to bet a whole new system -- haha. But he explored all possibilities that I could have done. I pretty much knew I would need a new system but he first showed me how could get fix without a completely new system. But I went for the complete overhaul. Very satisfied. We cannot skimp for good A/C in Texas !!

Technician Sean showed within 2 hours, corrected the issue immediately, answered our questions on possible replacement and upgrades. Finished and was done within 30 minutes.     Each year I purchase Vanderfords service contract. Today I had an appointment to have my spring service on my air conditioning system. They were able to get us to a comfortable point and got us a very reasonable quote for the rest of the work necessary for full repair.     Grateful for same day service. I had a clogged kitchen sink that they were able to fix. Customer service was good. Only complaint was I felt like the price was a bit high. I paid roughly $350 for at most, 30 minutes of work. They did use a machine and I understand that costs more but I couldnā€™t help but feel like the cost was high relative to the time spent working. Overall, Iā€™m satisfied with the quality of work but will take the time to shop around next time just to feel better about pricing.

    We were very lucky to have Vanderford Air replace our furnace and AC. They have incredibly high work standard. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing the system but later did all it is possible to set the unit so the humidity inside was low.     From the time I called the office, through the installation, and even until the detailed walk through with Les, I felt like I was valued and in good hands. The office staff is kind and helpful which is getting to be rare these days! When Les came out to review our current units and give us proposals, he spent so much time educating me about my current system and how AC/heater units work in general. That way when he gave me several options to replace one or both systems I could make a more confident decision. Ultimately we choose to replace both units with a larger system that would function for the whole house. The team that came to do the installation was on time and polite. They worked quickly and I felt comfortable with them in my house. The installation took two full days, and each day a supervisor from Vanderford Air come to check on the progress. I think my favorite part about doing business with Vanderford Air was the walk through that we did with Les AFTER we paid for the system! He came out and spent almost 2 hours helping us set up the zoning and the time settings. He also took us up to the system and explained how it would work and what to do to get the most out of our new system!     First, I was very happy with the AC Technician, Angelo. He was able to immediately define the problem, then get the part replaced. It was great to have AC after not having it for 4 weeks.Second, he did a thorough inspection of the AC unit and the HVAC system. The work that needs to be done or was recommended, I am in complete agreement with.I have some plumbing work that needs to be completed before I can have the AC & HVAC work. I will be calling Vanderford to complete the plumbing work.First class business. And let me give a shout-out to Shannon, who responded quickly to all my text questions.Thank you Vanderford.

    I gave Vanderford Air a call to give me an estimate on getting a new system installed. They were extremely responsive and were able to schedule me a next day estimate with Mr. Les Hickman. Les was extremely professional, and was able to explain to me the pros/cons of the systems we were looking into, and how it would impact the overall quality of our home. While we ended up not getting a system today (because our fortunately still runs!) we for sure will keep Vanderford (and Les) in mind whenever our system does decide to break down...Their pricing is also pretty competitive, and if youre looking to go with a variable system... I was impressed at how competitive they were.

    Well to start with lets understand I normally will not waste my time doing a review.But after calling calling vanderford air at about 9:40 pm and speaking with a really profession lady the answering service then having there tech call me in less than 15 minutes hear what I had to tell him about what I know he had a good idea what the issue was said his gps said he was about and hour away and could head this way he was here in about and hour it was 98 degrees in the house and way hotter than that in the attic the tech had trouble shot the issue and replaced the needed part and had the air back up and running in about 30 minutes he was great to deal with the hole time Jay Hollar was the techs name knows his job and does it well would hope to get the same tech if I ever need one again let me know what kind of bill I was looking at as soon as he got started and kept me informed of what it was looking like cant say enough good about how well he done his job and his costumer service

    Great service! Highly reccomend!I called Vanderford and spoke with Natalie who was very helpful. I was a little worried we would have to wait tell the next day since it was already almost 3pm. She answered all my questions and told me they could be this afternoon. They were at my house less than 2 hours later. The best part is they give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before the tech arrives so youre not stuck at home waiting on them.Archie was quick and professional and gave me prices and options before doing any work. I ended up needing a new thermostat...but i was given options on a way to get my own or having him install one right away. I went with the professional install instead of doing it myself.No hidden fees! From the time i called, to the time the tech was done! I was told up front what the prices would be! No pressure to buy!Thanks!

    First, I received a text and picture of both the initial technician and the installation crew so I knew who to look for. Second, the bid was reasonable and included a UV light to kill/clean mold, mildew, allergen and pet dander. My allergies are better already.

    Vanderford Air did such a great job! A consultant was able to evaluate my system requirements the same day I called, and a new system was installed the next day. The technicians were on time and very professional. They were organized, worked efficiently and cleaned up all work areas before leaving. I absolutely recommend this company for all AC needs.

    I had a very good experience with Guillermo at Vanderford Air. He explained all our options and explains the benefits of each system. He also made sure we were getting what we needed. He did not pressure us into anything. He didnā€™t rush through inspection and showed me what he was looking at in our attic.The crew was very professional and very quick! The work was done properly and they cleaned up after themselves.They also changed around appointments to fit in our duct cleaning of our existing unit that was not replaced unit the next day after the installation of our new unit.

    Vanderford Air rocks! They arrived, did the job, did exactly what they said they would do. I had a complete system installed with new duct work and cold air within seven hours. All the work looks great and professional, not thrown together or mid-matched. Overall from start to finish was smooth.     My pipes broke in my attic due the sub zero freeze we had. I contacted them about 9pm and they had one of their plumbers show up at 8:30am the following morning. Alex was courteous, professional, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. We were able to take a shower by 1pm. That was awesome!

    Professional, on time and the only person I could get to come out and look at my failed mini split. They figured out the problem quickly, special ordered the parts that they were able to get covered by the manufactures warranty. It still took nearly half a day of labor to make the repair which I had to pay for since labor wasnā€™t covered by the manufacturers warranty and they didnā€™t do the original install, but it was way cheaper than getting a new system that others told me I might need. Thank you Vanderford!!!

    They came earlier than planned, actually. And were professional and got our system working again within a few hours. Not too expensive for coming out, one of the lower costs for coming out to the house that we were quoted. Only downside was the overall price. But it was an average price for what is going to be charged these days. Houses are just expensive in general, so not much to be done about that. I would recommend them

    We have used Vanderford multiple times for A/C service, we were always pleased with the techs and their professionalism. So when we saw that they were doing plumbing service also, we gave it a try and had them service our 10 year old water heaters. The tech showed up on time, was polite, and did a good job servicing our hot water heaters. Thank you for having honest, hard working, and a professional staff, yes I do recommend them.

    Had Vandorford put in an A/C in my moms house in 2018. While I wasnt completely happy with the job (didnt put in enough return vents), I must say, their service department is stellar. A/C went out on a Sunday and they came out Sunday night to repair the unit. Price of the call was extremely reasonable.

    Excellent techs, prompt service, good prices. Honest with their accurate diagnosis and takes the time to explain the issues (in common terms) and gives lots of options. Highly recommend this company over all the others. Used another company for years and they did not do the maintenance we paid for, which caused all of my problems, then could not figure out how to fix it.... but IMHO didnt want to admit it was their fault or cover the repair costs. Vanderford Air came in and saved the day and restored my faith in honest businesses. What else can I say? Call them, you will be glad you did.

    Our air conditioner went out over a holiday weekend and after calling several places that were either closed or charged an outrageous service fee, we finally called Vanderford Air (which we should have called first). They had someone out to take a look quickly and even though the attempt to fix wasnt a permanent solution (our ac unit was on its last leg), Joe set us up with a new unit and installation was pain free, efficient and before we knew it, our air was back up and blowing. Thank you Vanderford Air for great customer service! I would recommend to anyone who wants quick, quality service at a good cost.

    Great experience!!...Senior Tech Dan was professional and explained in detail what I needed and offered a fair price. He sent his team of reliable techs to install new unit and they were professional, courteous, and efficient. Great company and very happy with results. Dan is straight forward and a pros pro!     Vanderford Air performed the regular scheduled maintenance on our 6 month old system. Jaret was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He respected our house and belongings. We were so pleased with the service that we signed up for another 3 years!
