    Always the best service from LANCO…I’ve been calling on them since 2007 and they’ve also done jobs for my parents. This week we needed an ADA toilet installed for my dad…the LANCO plumbers noticed that Home Depot had sent the wrong fixture even though I wasn’t home at the time. They are always so polite, quick, clean, and they go above and beyond. Blayne and the rest of the guys…super honest. Thank you LANCO!

    John did a great job on a horrifying toilet. It was leaking onto the floor so he didn’t know what he would find. It was gross beneath the toilet - even had roots coming thru. He was able to clean it up and reseal it properly this time. Don’t use caulk to seal a toilet - use tile grout. I had a poor original install. Probably won’t let the box stores install again. John was polite, educational and efficient. Pricing was more than fair. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service overall. Scheduling was a mess due to Hurricane Beryl, but the ladies at the front office persevered and got me in as soon as they could. This picture is from the Texas freeze, plumbers were backed up for weeks all over the area, Lanco fixed my frozen busted pipe before the original scheduled time and date!     Thanks to Haley and Kelly who are very helpful and responsive my appt was set up quickly. Cody arrived on time and took care of installing my new toilet. He told me there was a problem and that i would need to deal with the manufacturer. I called them and they’ll replace a part so that Cody or another Lanco plumber will return to replace. I’m very satisfied with their service and they’ll always be my first go to Plumbers.Cody returned and replaced the defective FillValve that Toto sent to me free of charge.     Symptom: pilot light would not stay lit on water heater.Called Lanco plumbing at 8:15 am.Receptionist told me $115 per hour and let me know of all the potential solutions and their pricing up front so that there was no ambiguity. I accepted and scheduled an appointment the same day.Door knock at 10:07 am.John and his co-worker came out to diagnose and recommended the thermocouple replacement in the interest of trying the cheapest option first... And that fixed it.John answered all my technical questions and gave detailed explanations.I would recommend this company to anyone first time home owner who knows nothing about water heaters.

    We have a couple of houses with very old plumbing, so we are always having plumbing issues. Lanco is the best, if it’s a leak they get someone out pronto. The guys are great. Old galvanized plumbing is very difficult but they seem to finesse it every time, these guys have the patience of saints. I wouldn’t use any other company.

    I would definitely recommend Lanco. Kelly was an amazing rep on the phone, and got me the answers I needed. We were in a bind, needing a gas leak repaired before a cold weekend. Chris was the plumber assigned to our job and knew what he was doing, explained it to me, and answered my questions. The price was fair, and Lanco was the only company that was able to do the work in a manner that didnt require a bunch of tearing sheet rock out.     Plumber Blayne was at my house less than an hour from my call requesting help. Blayne installed my pop up sink drain and improved the connections below the sink to help with easier clean out.     We had a sudden failure of our garbage disposal with no warning and we had been unhappy with our previous plumber so we decided to call Lanco. They did a great job. Everything works properly.     Called needing emergency repair asap, they were able to come out within a few hours. Very professional, got right on fixing the water line repair. They had to cut the Sheetrock to replace pipe, was impressed how meticulous they were with an exact square cut which I was able to patch back in the hole when they left. Unexpectedly had to replace entire water line outside from ground to house. They changed out how the handle turns off water to house which will be easier to do should it need to be done in the future. Left the work area clean, had pleasant personality even though it was past quitting time for the day. Very, very reasonable price. From what was done we were guessing at least $500 more than what it came out to be. Will absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs we may have.

    Have been my plumber for years. They offer options to problem situations. Always curteous and reasonably priced.. Never had any problems with their work. A few years ago main drain line totally clogged requiring tear up of slab to access. Not covered by home warranty and their contractor wanted $10K. Lanco re-routed the line underground around the exterior of the house for $2.6k. These guys are the best.

    These guys are awesome. Not sure why Id use anyone else. Friendly (like REALLY FRIENDLY), smart, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Theyve done both of our hot water heaters and some other work. Weve had three different plumbers and apprentices, and all of them are exactly the same. Fast, friendly, and smart. I dont know where Lanco finds these guys, but damn if theyre not the best.

    Great, professional, quick and quality work!     Every time I need them, they are amazing. They check things out, go over what the options are, give an estimate, and always come under it. Their pricing is fair, by the hour + supplies, vs some other places that work on commission. My only regret is that I did not find these guys until after Id been swindled by another company. But Chris was my most recent plumber to come out and he was excellent. He answered 1000 questions, he quickly figured out what I needed, he did the job quickly but well, and was very friendly and professional. Daryl was the last one to come fix a problem and he was just as kind, competent, and quick as one would want.     Weve had problems with shower and toilets backing up for several years now. Weve had Buddys come out to help ever since Harvey. They usually pull up the toilet and run a snake and it cost big time $$$$. This time we call Lanco. John came out and said pulling toilet is the last resort.     Today, 5/23/2023, Justin was great. He knew exactly what to do, and had to fight this older rusty faucet and cast iron drain pipe that was clogged a long way down the pipe . He also had to fight the old faucet that broke and would not be removed without sawing through the threaded vertical stack.Great company still. Very happy with everyone at Lanco.2016 - We have had 3 different issues over the last few years which were quickly and efficiently fixed by Sam from Lanco Plumbing.I have done enough plumbing of my own over the years to know a little bit about the time and issues encountered, and Ive been really impressed every time that we got such expert response. They call you back quickly if youve left a message after hours, and they let you know a ballpark window in which they can respond, but they have beaten that estimate for us every time if it was an emergency, and even when we were just having new faucets installed.After the first visit from Sam, we have always requested him subsequently. He is very friendly but immediately gets right on the problem. He found a galvanized pipe drip in our attic that I could not find at all, but it took him all of about 60 seconds or less. He also had it fixed in about 15 minutes - and that included going to his truck to get the clamp.I highly recommend Lanco as a company, and if you are lucky enough for him to be available, maybe Sam will be the guy who saves your house, or just fixes the problem more quickly than you expected.We will have this whole house re-plumbed before too long, and we will certainly use Lanco and Sam for that.

    My experience with Lanco was above exceptional from the professionalism of their front office and service personnel to their quality of work. I came home on a Friday evening to find “waste” was backing up in my guest bathroom shower/tub drain, sink drain and toilet as well as my master bathroom sink, toilet and shower drain. After my husband attempting to mitigate the situation all weekend I called Lanco the minute they had opened on Monday morning remembering they helped me a few years earlier. They answered immediately and after describing my situation made it possible for me to get immediate assistance. I was scheduled for that afternoon and when I asked about the service repair charge she did not just give me their hourly rate but further explained approximately how long I was looking at making me fully aware of my expected cost which I appreciated. They do call you when they are on their way. I did not receive the call but only because my phone is set to send all calls not registered in my phone to voice mail which I forgot about. They did in fact call twice before showing up per my call log. This is a great customer service perk in my opinion. My technician Justin showed up on time and with an extremely positive attitude. I explained my issue as best I could without my husband being home and within 10 mins he was able to locate all the drain access points inside and out, set up his equipment and begin working. I was working while he was there and he was very respectful of that when needing to speak to me. My issue was years of sludge buildup that needed to be evacuated. He work a solid 1.25 hrs pumping out my pipes several times until it was running clear water. He was able to explain to me why this happened in a way I completely understood. While preparing my invoice he was personable with me as we joked about what a horrible weekend this has caused which is amazing customer service. I was able to pay him with my card and have my invoice email making the transaction seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Lanco Plumbing!!!

The person said they could have someone out within a hour. I said ok. They showed up approximately 45 min later. Replaced wax seal ,and flapper, cleaned up area and caulked where applicable.     Was able to get a next-day appointment for a leaky sink. They arrived early (but made sure to call me beforehand to let me know, which was super appreciated!). The 2 guys that came looked at the sink and immediately knew what to do. Within 30 minutes, my problem was solved and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Will use again for any future plumbing needs!

Lanco Plumbing was dedicated to finding and resolving our issue, while remaining professional and pleasant. When all was said and done, the job cost 1/3 of what some of the other companies wanted to charge for their fix (which was not even close to the resolution we required).     Ive had numerous occasions where I needed a plumber and have had several who came out to tell me what the problem is. I called Lanco for my most recent backup and will never choose another plumbing company. If you have sewer problems, just go straight to Lanco. They are reasonable , honest and know what they are talking about without giving you a bunch of nonsense. I am very particular and normally do everything myself but I am writing this to help others as they have helped me.

    When my nearly 30-year old water heater finally gave out, I decided to let the professionals handle it. Several of my neighbors recommended Lanco. The nice lady who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She told me they would be out the first thing the next day. Then to my surprise she called me back a couple of hours later to say they finished up a job quicker than expected and could be at my house in about an hour! The guys arrived right on time and were in and out within 2 hours. We were without hot water less than 24 hours. The tank itself was just as cheap if not cheaper than what the box stores sold them for. The total cost (while not trivial) was still much less than what a neighbor had just told me he paid for the same service. I have been hesitant in the past to call a plumber because I worried about the expense, but I felt like Lanco was honest and affordable and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Excellent work by Chris and Steven with Lanco. They replaced 5 toilets, all our angle stops, and two flood stops on our water heaters. Called at noon and they had everything ready to go the next morning to knock the job out. Highly recommend.
