Colby in the service department was amazing to work with. Very thorough on the work completed and letting me know of other affected parts that could cause issues later on as the repairs proceeded, not a huge Cat guy here but after my experience with Butler Im looking to only purchase cat powered trucks moving forward! 10/10 great job all around very pleased. -

Great people! Christmas eve my idler pulley broke. They went out of there way. To come after hours so I could buy the part. Keep my load moving. Definitely appreciate it.
